Prayer in spirit and in truth prerequisite for the working of the spirit....

You can only hear the voice of the spirit within you after you open your heart through heartfelt prayer. And this prayer must be directed towards Me in spirit and in truth, otherwise I will close My ear and you will wait in vain for divine enlightenment. This is a law which has to be fulfilled, but which was not always fulfilled where the enlightenment of the spirit was necessary in order to be instructed in the pure truth. Anyone who is responsible as a teacher and leader for the souls of those he instructs must first stand in truth himself and make the transmission of truth possible through intimate contact with Me, he must know that I and truth are one, that therefore truth cannot be received without Me and that the connection with Me must be established first, otherwise the connection with truth cannot be achieved either. But the connection with Me depends on the human being's free will, and therefore he must turn to Me of his own accord, which happens through heartfelt prayer, through prayer in spirit and in truth.... Anyone who prays like this will also hear My voice, his thoughts will be guided such that they will move in truth, even though My word is not audibly heard by him due to his lack of maturity of soul. For this presupposes a certain degree of maturity which is not reached by all people who ask for the truth. And therefore people who proceed intellectually can also live in truth if they have first established the most intimate connection with Me, however, their way of life must also correspond to My will, they must live a life of love, otherwise My working on them through the spirit is impossible. For I, love and truth are one.... Again and again this has to be explained to you humans, that you recognize people's spirit by their fruits and thus can never grant right thinking to someone who does not live according to My will, and thus you will always have a standard if you want to test a person's statements for their credibility. Anyone who lives in love, who acknowledges Me and seeks the truth, will also live in truth and his thinking will be right, for I will enlighten his spirit so that the truth will spread through him....

Previa condición para el obrar del Espíritu: la oración en el espíritu y en la Verdad

Vosotros podéis percibir la voz del Espíritu sólo, después de abrir vuestro corazón mediante una íntima oración. Y esta oración tiene que estar dirigida a Mí en el espíritu y en la Verdad, de lo contrario cierro Yo Mi oído y aguardáis inútilmente a la iluminación divina. Esto es una ley que tiene que ser cumplida, pero que no siempre fue cumplida, donde se requería la iluminación del espíritu para ser instruído en la pura Verdad.

Quien como maestro y director es responsable para las almas de los que él instruye, tiene que estar primero él mismo en la Verdad y hacer posible la transmisión de la Verdad por medio de la íntima comunicación Conmigo, él tiene que saber, de que Yo y la Verdad son una sola cosa, de que, de ese modo, no puede ser recibida sin Mí y que tiene que ser establecida anteriormente la unión Conmigo, de lo contrario tampoco puede ser lograda la comunicación con la Verdad. Mas la unión Conmigo es dependiente de la voluntad libre del hombre, y por lo tanto éste tiene que dirigirse a Mí Mismo, lo cual sucede por la oración íntima, por la oración en el espíritu y en la Verdad.

Quien ora así, percibirá también Mi Voz, sus pensamientos estarán de ese modo guiados a que se muevan en la Verdad, aunque Mi Palabra no sea en forma de sonido perceptible para él a causa de la escasez de madurez del alma. Pues ésta supone un cierto grado de madurez por adelantado, el cual no ha sido alcanzado por todos los hombres que piden por la Verdad.

Y por eso pueden también, hombres, que proceden intelectualmente, estar en la Verdad, si anteriormente han establecido la íntima unión Conmigo, no obstante, también su conducta tiene que corresponder a Mi Voluntad, tiene que ser llevada por él una vida en el amor, porque si no Mi obrar en él es imposible. Pues Yo, el Amor y la Verdad son uno.

Cada vez de nuevo se os tiene que aclarar, a vosotros, hombres esto, de que en los frutos del Espíritu reconoceréis a los hombres y jamás podéis conceder una forma recta de pensar, al que no vive según Mi Voluntad, y así tendréis siempre un criterio, si queréis examinar los argumentos y declaraciones de un hombre en su crédito. Quien vive en el amor, Me reconoce a Mí y busca la Verdad, ese estará también en la Verdad, y su forma de pensar será justa, pues a su espíritu lo ilumino Yo, para que a través de él encuentre difusión la Verdad.
