Community of 'Saints'.... Intercession pointless....

You humans need considerable support from the spiritual world if you want to survive the last battle on earth, and this help is at your full disposal in every way by just asking for it. For this reason it should be explained to you what kind of help will be given to you and how you can request it. There exists, as you humans call it, the community of Saints, which helps you; but it is necessary to explain the term ‘Saints’ to you if you are to be truthfully taught and free from wrong notions. The beings of light are people’s most faithful guides and helpers who are always ready as soon as they are called. But their assignment to people is determined by God in His wisdom, just as He, corresponding to their degree of perfection, also permeates the spiritual beings with light and strength. People, however, are unable to assess another person’s degree of maturity and therefore have neither the right nor the ability to elevate him to sainthood, because only God knows the quality of his soul when he, having been liberated by physical death, enters the spiritual kingdom. Only God knows the relationship the person has had with Him on earth and to what extent he acted with love.

Loving activity is the decisive factor and could have given him light and strength in abundance while still on earth, enabling him to do extraordinary things on earth if he wanted to. But in the beyond God reserves the right to guide mature souls to the sphere of activity which corresponds to their degree of maturity. He allocates to them the activity in the spiritual kingdom, just as He determines what kind of help should be given to people on earth. The beings of light have abundant strength, they can achieve anything because they work with God and in accordance with His will since they are constantly permeated by His strength. But the being of light moves entirely within God’s will too, i.e. it cannot want anything but God’s will since it has already established the union with God and is therefore totally absorbed in His will. However, since it possesses great wisdom it also recognises the inexpediency of many people’s petitions and therefore also has to refuse when a fulfilment would be detrimental for the soul.

Helping people is a state of happiness for the beings of light, for this reason God allows people to request help from them. But it is not right to call upon specific Saints, because their activity and task could be entirely different and people, in their ignorance, might appeal to a being which is still far from perfect and then, due to their petition, become subject to and get unfavourably influenced by it. Because those who are called will appear, they immediately seek to get close to the caller and try to impose their thoughts on him, which might not correspond to the truth. Besides, the canonisation by people is mainly dependent on a way of life conforming to a church community, i.e. where piety is a prerequisite, although never demanded by God it is insisted upon by that church, and in accordance with the latter the canonisation takes place, which can never be the will of God. Consequently, not everyone canonised may be a being of light, whereas there are many beings of light in the spiritual kingdom whose way of life in fact corresponded to God’s will but did not conform to the rules of an ecclesiastical community. All beings of light possess God’s strength which they want to use, thus people were entrusted into their care whom they should and can help to reach perfection, providing human will is not opposed to it. Appealing to the beings of light will never be in vain, whereas calling upon specific beings may be good but could also be harmful even though help is expected from them. However, the idea to gain intercession by the beings of light is misguided....

Prayer is an appeal to God. It establishes the relationship between the human being and God, which is requested by God Himself because the appeal demonstrates that the person’s will is directed towards Him. Thus in people’s opinion, the beings of light, which are already in closest union with Him, are supposed to establish this relationship with God. This would relieve the person from establishing the relationship himself which, however, is purpose and goal of his earthly life, because only the contact with God provides the influx of strength without which the soul is unable to mature fully. But the being of light cannot convey strength to the person, because even in the spiritual kingdom are laws which have to be observed by its inhabitants in the knowledge that they were given by God’s love and wisdom. The beings are willing to help in every instance and in accordance with God’s will, consequently the human being has to please God’s will first in order to be considered by Him directly or through the beings of light, which truly will never leave anyone without help if God’s will approves. Hence the appeal for help to the beings of light will never be in vain, but an appeal for intercession is futile. Because the child itself should trustingly approach the Father so that the Father’s love can give Itself to the child, and because this intimate relationship will never be established if the human being believes that he can also reach the goal through intercession. God is a God of love. He does not want people frightened to come to Him, He wants to be the Father of His children and not a strict judge and ruler. People try to please the latter through intercession but approach the former trustingly, and God asks for this trust from His living creations, because His infinite love belongs to them and He will also fulfil their every prayer....

성도가 교통하는 일과 중보기도.

너희가 이 땅의 마지막 싸움에서 승리하려면, 너희 사람들에게 영의 세계로부터 오는 아주 큰 도움이 필요하다. 그러나 너희가 요구하기만 하면 되는, 이 도움은 충분하게 준비되었다. 그러므로 너희에게 어떤 형태로 도움이 주어지는지, 너희가 이 도움을 어떻게 구할 수 있는지, 설명할 필요가 있다. 이는 너희 사람들이 말하는 것처럼, 너희들 곁에서 돕는 거룩한 존재들과 교제를 의미한다. 그러나 너희가 진리된 가르침을 받고, 잘못된 개념으로부터 자유롭게 되려면, 거룩한 존재라는 개념을 너희들에게 설명해줄 필요가 있다. 거룩한 존재는 빛의 존재이고, 사람에게 가장 신실한 인도자이며 돕는 존재로써, 그들은 항상 단지 부름 받기를 기다리고 있다. 그들이 어떤 사람에게 배정이 되는지는, 빛의 존재의 온전한 정도에 따라 빛과 능력으로 채워주는 것처럼, 하나님이 자신의 지혜로 정한다.

그러나 사람은 이웃 사람의 성숙한 정도를 측정할 수 없다. 그러므로 사람은 이웃 사람을 성자라고 높일 권리나 능력이 없다. 왜냐면 그 혼이 육신의 죽음으로 인해 자유롭게 되어, 영의 나라에 들어 갈 때, 단지 하나님만이 그의 상태가 어떠한 지를 알기 때문이다. 하나님만이 이 땅에서 그가 자기와 어떤 관계였는지, 어느 정도 사랑 안에서 행하였는지 안다. 유일하게 사랑의 역사만이, 결정적인 것이며, 그에게 이미 이 땅에서 충만한 빛과 능력을 받을 수 있게 한다. 이로써 그가 이 땅에서 특별하게 역사하는 것이 그의 의지였다면, 역사할 수 있었다. 그러나 하나님 자신이 이런 성숙한 혼들에게 그들의 성숙한 정도에 알맞게, 저 세상에서 역사할 영역을 배치하는 일을 맡아서 한다. 하나님이 이 땅의 사람들에게 줘야 할 도움의 종류를 정하는 것처럼, 그들이 영의 나라에서 해야 할 일을 정한다.

빛의 존재는 능력이 충만하고, 그에게 모든 일이 가능하다. 왜냐면 그는 하나님과 함께, 하나님의 의지 안에서 역사하기 때문이다. 왜냐면 그는 지속적으로 하나님의 힘으로 충만하기 때문이다. 그러나 빛의 존재는 전적으로 하나님의 의지 안에 있다. 다시 말해 그는 스스로 하나님의 뜻이 아닌 것을 원할 수 없다. 왜냐면 하나님과 하나가 되는 일을 이미 이뤘기 때문이다. 그러므로 전적으로 하나님의 의지 안에서 헌신한다. 그러나 빛의 존재는 지혜가 충만하기 때문에, 사람이 하는 기도가 목적에 합당하지 않은 점을 깨닫고, 기도가 성취되면, 혼에게 해가 되기 때문에, 이를 들어주지 않아야만 한다.

사람에게 도움을 주는 일이 빛의 존재의 행복이다. 그러므로 사람들이 빛의 존재에게 도움을 구하는 일을 하나님 편에서 허용할 수 있다. 그러나 정해진 성자를 부르는 일은 절대로 허용될 수 없는 일이다. 왜냐면 그의 하는 일과 소명이 전혀 다를 수 있기 때문이다. 사람이 그의 무지로 인해, 온전함에 아직 전혀 도달하지 못한 존재를 부를 수 있기 때문이다. 그를 부름으로써 자신을 그에게 제공하고, 부른 자로부터 적게 유익이 되는 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문이다. 왜냐면 부름 받은 자가 즉시 가장 가까이에 나타나, 자기를 부른 자에 임하면, 그는 꼭 진리에 합당할 필요가 없는 생각을 집어 넣어 주려고 하기 때문이다.

게다가 사람이 성자로 지정하는 요건은 제일 먼저 교회에서 요구하는 생활 방식을 따르는 지에 달려있기 때문이다. 다시 말해 교회에서 요구할지라도, 그러나 하나님이 절대로 요구하지 않은 경건함을 선행조건으로 만들었고, 이 선행조건을 따라 성자로 지정하는 일이 이뤄 졌고, 이는 절대로 하나님의 뜻이 아니기 때문이다. 그러므로 이러한 모든 성자라고 지정 받은 성자들이 영의 나라의 수많은 빛의 존재와 같은 빛의 존재일 필요가 없다. 영의 나라의 수많은 빛의 존재들의 삶은 교회가 세운 요구에 합당하지 않지만, 그러나 실제 하나님의 뜻에는 합당하다.

이 모든 빛의 존재 안에, 빛의 존재들이 활용하기 원하는 하나님의 힘이 거하고 있다. 그러므로 빛의 존재들에게 사람들을 온전함에 이르게 돕도록, 맡겨져 있고, 사람들이 이 도움에 저항하지 않으면, 도울 수 있다. 이런 존재를 부르는 일은 절대로 헛되지 않을 것이다. 반면에 마찬가지로 어떤 특정한 존재를 부르고, 그의 도움을 기다리는 동안에, 해를 입을 수 있다. 그러나 모든 빛의 존재를 통해 중보의 기도를 받을 수 있다고, 믿는 일은 잘못된 일이다.

기도는 하나님께 부탁하는 것이다. 그러면 사람으로부터 하나님께, 하나님 자신이 요구하는 연결이 이뤄진다. 왜냐면 도움을 청하는 일은 그를 향한 의지를 입증하기 때문이다. 인간적인 관점에 따르면, 이미 하나님과 가장 가까이 연합을 이룬 빛의 존재가 하나님과 연결을 이루는 것으로 여긴다. 그러면 사람이 그의 이 땅의 삶의 목적과 목표인, 연결을 이루지 않아도 되는 것이 된다. 왜냐면 하나님과 연결이 된 후에, 비로소 힘을 받는 일이 가능하고, 힘을 받지 않고, 혼의 성장이 이뤄질 수 없기 때문이다. 그러나 힘이 빛의 존재로부터 사람에게 전해지는 것이 아니다. 왜냐면 이 힘이 하나님의 사랑과 지혜에 의해 주어졌다는 깨달음을 가진, 영의 나라의 거주자들이 순복하는 법칙이 있기 때문이다. 이 존재들은 당연히 도움을 베풀 준비가 되어 있고, 하나님의 의지에 순복한다. 결과적으로 사람은, 하나님으로부터 직접 도움을 받거나 또는 하나님의 의지가 허용하면, 어떤 사람도 도움이 없게 놔두지 않는 빛의 존재를 통한 도움을 받기 위해, 먼저 하나님의 의지에 가까이 가려고 해야만 한다. 빛의 존재에게 도움을 청하는 일은 헛되지 않을 것이다. 그럴지라도 빛의 존재에게 중보기도를 요청하는 일은 무의미할 것이다. 왜냐면 자녀들이 스스로 모두 신뢰하며, 아버지께 나가, 아버지가 그에게 사랑을 선물할 수 있게 해야 하기 때문이다. 사람이 중보기도를 받음으로, 마찬가지로 목표에 도달할 수 있다고 믿으면, 이러한 신뢰 있는 관계는 절대로 이뤄질 수 없기 때문이다.

하나님은 사랑의 하나님이고, 사람들이 자기에게 다가오기를 두려워하는 것을 원치 않는다. 그는 자신의 자녀들의 아버지가 되기 원하고, 엄격한 심판자나 권세자가 되기 원하지 않는다. 사람은 이러한 관계를 중보기도를 통해 얻으려고 한다. 그러나 신뢰를 통해서만, 이런 관계에 도달한다. 하나님은 이러한 신뢰를 자신의 피조물들에게 요구한다. 왜냐면 그는 피조물들을 끝없이 사랑하고, 그들의 모든 기도를 들어줄 것이기 때문이다.
