Grace.... will.... measure of grace....

Everything that contributes to the attainment of maturity of soul is grace and thus a gift from God which you receive undeservedly. You must know that you humans, due to your distance from God, are in a state where you unconsciously reject God's love, i.e. His emanation of strength, where you are, so to speak, outside the circuit of love and therefore His strength would not touch you if His greater-than-great love would not make an allowance to you despite your distance from Him; you must know that you would never reduce the distance from God by yourselves. And this attention is therefore an undeserved gift which God certainly offers to everyone but does not force anyone to accept it, but which only becomes effective if the human being is willing to accept it. Thus the human being's soul can mature but it can also ignore the gift of grace and not achieve any spiritual progress. In that case, however, there is no means of perfection either, for then it lacks strength due to a lack of will. God constantly gives because He wants to help His living creations, yet as free independent beings they have free will and are never forced to accept the means of help offered to them, and thus free will is decisive. Consequently, the will is the first thing, although the human being's whole life course can be called a chain of divine grants of grace, yet it is only successful when the human being wants it himself, only then does grace become effective and only then is it recognized as grace. However, the concept of grace is not yet clear to people insofar as they believe that God distributes it differently, that He gives to people at will so that they will also become blessed according to His will, i.e. that they can mature on earth or remain in their imperfection. For them the word of God means a gift from above which one receives while the other goes away empty-handed.... And this view is erroneous, for it gives a completely wrong idea of God's love, which applies equally to all His creatures and excludes none from beatitude, thus it also offers everyone the same opportunity to become perfect. However, the human being can increase or decrease the abundance of grace himself, depending on his attitude towards God, his desire for God's help and the opening of his heart to every supply of grace. He need only give himself completely to God, commend himself to Him and submit his will to God, and he will receive an unmeasured supply of grace which he will then also use according to God's will. And the ascent upwards will no longer be difficult for him, for his devotion to God also assures him God's guidance and support where his earthly path has cliffs and obstacles. And this is the surest sign that God is his guide when the human being is able to hear His voice, when God testifies to His love through His word, for this is the greatest grace a person can be offered on earth.... to be instructed by Him in His will, to receive knowledge from Him which is only offered through the inner voice and to be cared for by Him with a mission which requires a certain degree of maturity.... An extraordinary task also requires an extraordinary allocation of grace which, however, does not arbitrarily touch people from God but requires their will to be completely turned towards God. And thus people can certainly be recipients of grace differently in measure, but never be considered differently by God, but determine themselves the measure of grace they receive. Yet grace inevitably leads the human being to God, he can inevitably become eternally happy if he opens himself to divine grace, for a divine gift also contains strength, and the effect of this strength is spiritual perfection, alignment with God's nature, shaping into love and thus unification with eternal love, which makes unspeakably blissful....

Gnade.... Wille.... Gnadenmaß....

Alles, was zur Erlangung der Seelenreife beiträgt, ist Gnade und also ein Geschenk Gottes, das euch unverdient zugeht. Ihr müsset wissen, daß ihr Menschen euch durch die Entfernung von Gott in einem Zustand befindet, wo ihr unbewußt die Liebe Gottes, d.h. Seine Kraftausstrahlung, zurückweiset, wo ihr euch gewissermaßen außerhalb des Liebestromkreises befindet und Seine Kraft daher euch nicht berührt, wenn nicht Seine übergroße Liebe euch eine Zuwendung machen würde trotz eures Abstandes von Ihm; ihr müsset wissen, daß ihr von selbst niemals die Entfernung von Gott verringern würdet. Und diese Zuwendung ist also ein unverdientes Geschenk, das Gott allen wohl anbietet, jedoch niemanden zwingt, es anzunehmen, das aber nur wirksam wird, so der Mensch annahmebereit ist. Es kann also die Seele des Menschen reifen, sie kann aber auch die Gnadenzuwendung unbeachtet lassen und keinerlei geistigen Fortschritt erzielen. Dann aber gibt es auch kein Mittel zur Vollendung, denn es fehlt ihr dann die Kraft, weil es ihr am Willen gebricht. Gott gibt unentwegt, weil Er Seinen Geschöpfen helfen will, doch als freie selbständige Wesen stehen sie im freien Willen und werden nimmermehr gezwungen, die ihnen dargebotenen Hilfsmittel anzunehmen, und so ist der freie Wille entscheidend. Folglich ist der Wille das erste, wenngleich der ganze Lebenslauf des Menschen eine Kette von göttlichen Gnadenzuwendungen genannt werden kann, doch erfolgreich erst dann, wenn der Mensch selbst es will, dann erst wird die Gnade wirksam und erst als Gnade erkannt. Es ist aber der Begriff Gnade den Menschen noch nicht klar insofern, als daß sie glauben, daß Gott diese verschieden austeilt, daß Er nach Willkür die Menschen bedenket, so daß diese auch Seinem Willen entsprechend selig werden, d.h. auf Erden ausreifen können oder in ihrer Unvollkommenheit verharren. Für sie bedeutet das Wort Gottes ein Geschenk aus der Höhe, das der eine empfängt, während der andere leer ausgeht.... Und diese Auffassung ist irrig, gibt sie doch von der Liebe Gottes einen ganz falschen Begriff, die allen Seinen Geschöpfen gleich gilt und keines von der Seligkeit ausschließt, also auch allen die gleiche Möglichkeit bietet, vollkommen zu werden. Die Fülle der Gnade jedoch kann der Mensch selbst vermehren oder verringern, je nach seiner Einstellung zu Gott, seinem Verlangen nach Gottes Hilfe und dem Erschließen seines Herzens jeglicher Gnadenzufuhr. Er braucht sich nur voll und ganz Gott hinzugeben, sich Ihm empfehlen und seinen Willen Gott unterstellen, und es wird ihm Gnade ungemessen zugehen, die er dann auch nützen wird dem Willen Gottes entsprechend. Und es wird für ihn der Aufstieg zur Höhe nicht mehr schwer sein, denn seine Hingabe an Gott sichert ihm auch Gottes Führerschaft und Unterstützung, wo sein Erdenweg Klippen und Hindernisse aufzuweisen hat. Und das ist das sicherste Zeichen, daß Gott sein Führer ist, wenn der Mensch Seine Stimme zu hören vermag, wenn Gott ihm Seine Liebe bezeuget durch Sein Wort, denn dieses ist die größte Gnade, die auf Erden einem Menschen geboten werden kann.... von Ihm in Seinem Willen unterrichtet zu werden, von Ihm ein Wissen zu empfangen, das nur durch die innere Stimme dargeboten wird und von Ihm mit einer Mission betreut zu werden, die einen gewissen Reifegrad voraussetzt.... Eine außergewöhnliche Aufgabe erfordert auch außergewöhnliche Gnadenzuwendung, die aber nicht von Gott aus willkürlich die Menschen berührt, sondern deren völlig Gott-zugewandten Willen zur Voraussetzung hat. Und so können wohl die Menschen im Maß unterschiedlich Gnadenempfänger sein, jedoch niemals von Gott aus unterschiedlich bedacht werden, sondern selbst das Maß von Gnade bestimmen, das sie entgegennehmen. Doch unweigerlich führt die Gnade den Menschen zu Gott, unweigerlich kann er ewig selig werden, so er sich der göttlichen Gnade erschließet, denn ein göttliches Geschenk hat auch die Kraft in sich, und Wirkung dieser Kraft ist die geistige Vervollkommnung, die Angleichung an Gottes Wesen, die Gestaltung zur Liebe und sonach Vereinigung mit der ewigen Liebe, die unaussprechlich selig macht....
