Cause of the different spiritual directions doubt.... truth....

Observe the development of the different schools of thought and you will have to confirm that first there had to be doubts or counter-opinions which stimulated several like-minded people to exchange thoughts and which finally led to the establishment of new teachings, more or less successfully, depending on the number of doubters and seekers of truth. The desire for truth will always be inherent in the seekers, and yet there are different schools of thought, thus divergent teachings of faith. And this finds its explanation in the nature of the followers, especially those from whom the transforming thoughts have emerged. Their way of life is decisive as to how far they are in truth, for it depends on their way of life alone how far God, as the giver of truth, participates in their mental work. If you humans want to know the truth then you absolutely have to put yourselves into a state through a God-pleasing way of life so that He Himself can impart the truth to you through correctly guided thinking, if you don't hear His voice within you, yet you also seriously desire the truth, otherwise you won't ask questions and thus won't be able to receive an answer either. But only doubts will cause you to ask questions, and doubts will befall you if you seriously think about what you are taught. Therefore it is urgently necessary that you mentally deal with the spiritual knowledge which is imparted to you from outside, otherwise no other spiritual direction could ever be taken. And it is up to you whether your thinking is guided right or wrong. But it will always be right if you appeal to God for His help, if you endeavour to comply with His will, which is expressed in His word, which can be imparted to you everywhere. Seek God and you will find Him, seek the truth and it will become yours, yet you will not be able to fathom it purely intellectually, for which the various schools of thought will give you proof.... Yet they shall give you proof that their followers were intellectually active themselves, that they felt prompted by doubts about the truth of their own possessions to seek a doctrine of faith which appeals to them, and that this activity of thought is the first prerequisite in order to arrive at the pure truth. It cannot be gained without one's own reflection, and one's own reflection must lead to the awareness of one's inability to penetrate the truth by oneself, and God as the eternal truth must be called upon for support. But anyone who finds the path to God will also always endeavour to live in accordance with His will. And thus he will fulfil all preconditions.... he will live in love, acknowledge God and desire the truth.... And if he now pays attention to his thoughts, if he dwells longer on the disputed question and then acknowledges the thoughts flowing towards him as being of divine origin, he will be introduced to pure truth and it will give him full satisfaction.... He will have the inner conviction to think right and no longer be subject to doubts about it. For God, as the eternal truth, also wants to convey this to people who are worthy of it.... And they will also remain faithful to a thus gained school of thought and be able to convincingly stand up for its truth towards their fellow human beings....

다양한 교파가 의심을 일으키게 하는 원인이다. 진리.

서로 다른 교파들의 역사를 관찰해보라. 너희는 먼저 많은 같은 생각을 가진 사람들이 생각을 교환하도록 자극하고, 결과적으로 의심하는 사람들의 숫자나 진리를 구하는 사람들의 숫자에 따라, 크거나 적게 성공적으로 새로운 가르침을 세우기 위해, 의심이나 반대 의견이 있어야만 한다는 것을 확인하게 될 것이다. 구하는 사람은 내면에 항상 진리를 향한 갈망을 가지고 있다. 그러나 서로 다른, 즉 서로 다른 믿음의 가르침을 가진 교파가 있다.

이런 일에 대한 설명을 추종자들의 성품에서 찾을 수 있다. 특히 변화를 일으키는 생각을 불러일으킨 사람들의 성품에서 찾을 수 있다. 그들이 진리 안에 얼마나 가까이에 있는 지는 그들의 삶의 방식이 결정적이다. 왜냐면 진리를 주는 하나님이 그들의 생각에 얼마나 참여할 지는 유일하게 삶의 방식에 달려 있기 때문이다. 너희 사람들이 진리 안에 서기 원하면, 너희는 하나님을 기쁘게 하는 삶을 통해 하나님 자신이 올바르게 인도된 생각을 통해 너희에게 진리를 전할 수 있는 상태로 만들어야만 하고, 너희가 너희 안에서 하나님을 음성을 듣지 못할지라도, 너희는 진지하게 진리를 갈망하는 상태로 만들어야만 한다. 그렇지 않으면 너희는 질문하지 않고, 그러므로 또한 대답을 얻을 수 없게 된다.

그러나 의심이 비로소 너희가 질문하게 할 것이다. 너희가 배운 것에 대해 진지하게 생각하면, 너희는 의심에 빠지게 될 것이다. 그러므로 외부에서 너희에게 전해진 영적인 내용을 생각으로 분별하는 일이 긴급하게 필요하다. 그렇지 않으면 너희는 절대로 다른 영적인 방향을 받아드릴 수 없게 된다. 너희의 생각이 올바르게 또는 잘못되게 인도받을지는 너희 자신에게 달려 있다. 그러나 너희가 하나님의 도움을 구하고, 어디에서나 너희에게 전달될 수 있는 하나님의 말씀에 나타난 하나님의 뜻을 따르기 위해 열심을 드리면, 너희의 생각은 항상 옳게 될 것이다.

하나님을 찾으라. 너희는 하나님을 찾게 될 것이다. 진리를 찾으라. 진리가 너희의 것이 될 것이다. 그러나 너희는 단지 순수한 이성을 통해 진리를 헤아려 볼 수 없게 될 것이고, 서로 다른 영적인 교파가 이에 대한 증거를 제공한다. 교파의 추종자들 스스로가 생각했고, 그들이 자신이 소유한 진리를 의심하는 일을 통해 그들에게 맞는 믿음의 가르침을 찾게 만들고, 이런 생각이 순수한 진리를 얻기 위한 첫 번째 전제 조건이라는 증거를 너희에게 줄 것이다.

스스로 생각하는 일이 없이는 진리를 얻을 수 없다. 스스로 생각하는 일이 스스로 진리 안으로 들어갈 수 없다는 것을 의식하게 해야만 하고, 영원한 진리인 하나님의 도움을 요청해야만 한다는 것을 의식하게 해야만 한다. 그러나 하나님께 가는 길을 찾은 사람은 항상 하나님의 뜻에 따라 살려고 노력할 것이다. 그러므로 그는 모든 전제 조건을 충족시킬 것이다. 그는 사랑 안에서 살 것이고, 하나님을 인정할 것이고, 진리를 갈망할 것이다.

그가 이제 자신의 생각에 주의를 기울이면, 그가 논쟁의 여지가 있는 질문을 오랜 동안 생각하고, 그에게 흐르는 생각을 하나님의 기원으로 깨닫는다면, 그는 순수한 진리로 인도받게 될 것이고, 진리가 그에게 완전한 만족을 줄 것이다. 그는 자신이 옳게 생각하고 있다는 내적 확신을 갖게 될 것이고, 그에 대해 더 이상 의심하지 않을 것이다. 왜냐면 영원한 진리인 하나님도 진리를 받기에 합당한 사람들에게 진리를 전해주기를 원하기 때문이다. 그들은 이런 식으로 택한 영적인 교파에 충성스럽게 머물고, 또한 이웃 사람들에게 영적인 교파가 진리임을 확신 있게 대변할 수 있게 될 것이다.
