Destiny.... Submission to God's will....

That which is granted to you according to divine will of eternity has to be accepted by you, and its blessing for you depends on how you cope with it. If you submit yourselves to divine will, you will accept your fate without grumbling and complaining, for then you will have faith in God's love and omnipotence and expect His help without doubting. And then God will certainly help you.... If, however, you inwardly rebel against God's divine providence, if you sullenly complain and try to defend yourselves, the weight will burden you even more, or you will receive help from below, you will be supported by the one who wants to gain you for himself in order to corrupt you. For with those who still carry too much of their own will and do not yet acknowledge God's will, he will be preaching to the converted, he will be listened to and will win over the soul. Every person's destiny is according to his own will, and the reason as to why the same destiny causes more suffering in one person than another is because he lacks submission to God's will. And in order to save the soul which is rebelling against God, the adversity must affect it harder until it realises that a higher will is taking effect and it unconditionally subjects itself to the latter. And thus you humans need never believe that you can make your earthly fate easier for yourselves by taking this or that precaution.... You can certainly alter your course of life by using your own will but never its difficulties, for the gravity of events approaching you depends on how your soul needs it, and you must take your measure of suffering upon yourselves regardless of which path you are taking.... you cannot escape your destiny, because it has been determined for eternity. Only your submission of will shall make it bearable for you, for then it will have served its purpose, and you will no longer need such painful means, instead, you can live an easier life until its end. Therefore, don't rebel against God's will, recognise God's will in everything that comes upon you, don't complain and grumble but humbly bear what you are sent by God and He will take it away from you again as soon as you yield to His will. And firmly believe that He can always help you, and the strength of faith will banish every disaster.... God only wants to win you over to Himself and not lose you to the one who is His adversary, who has completely turned his will from Him and aims to push His living creations away from Him as well by inciting their will to likewise rebel against God. Therefore, don't fall prey to the one who wants to corrupt you but recognise God as your Lord and submit yourselves to Him.... and even the harshest destiny will be a blessing for you....

Lot - Berusting in Gods Wil

Wat u beschoren is volgens goddelijke Wil van eeuwigheid, zult u op u moeten nemen. En al naar gelang u het zult dragen, zal het voor u tot zegen zijn. Onderwerpt u zich aan de goddelijke Wil, dan neemt u zonder morren en klagen uw lot op u, want dan staat u ook vast in het geloof in Gods Liefde en Almacht en u verwacht zonder twijfel Zijn hulp. En dan zal God u ook helpen.

Maar komt u innerlijk in opstand tegen de beschikking van God, klaagt u ontstemd en probeert u zich te verzetten, dan zal de last des te harder op u drukken, of ook wel zal u verlichting worden gegeven van beneden. Diegene zal u bijstaan, die u voor zich wil winnen om u in het verderf te storten. Want hij vindt goede bodem voor zijn invloed bij hen, die nog te veel eigenzinnigheid in zich hebben en de Wil Gods niet meer erkennen. Hij vindt gehoor en hij heeft de ziel gewonnen.

Het lot van ieder mens is in overeenstemming met zijn wil. Daarom lijdt ook de één meer dan de ander onder hetzelfde lot, omdat de berusting in Gods Wil ontbreekt. Om de God weerspannige ziel nog te redden moet de nood nog harder op haar afkomen, tot ze inziet dat een hogere Macht werkzaam is en ze zich nu aan Deze onvoorwaardelijk onderwerpt. En zo hoeft u mensen ook nooit te geloven, dat u uw lot op aarde voor uzelf lichter kunt maken door deze of gene voorzorgsmaatregel.

U zult wel door eigen wil voor uzelf uw levensloop kunnen veranderen, maar nooit de zwaarte ervan. Want alle gebeurtenissen komen in die moeilijkheid op u af, zoals u ze nodig heeft voor uw ziel. En uw mate van leed zult u op u moeten nemen, ongeacht welke weg u zult inslaan. U ontloopt uw lot niet, omdat dit is bepaald sinds eeuwigheid. Alleen door de onderwerping van uw wil maakt u het draaglijk voor u, want dan heeft het aan zijn doel voldaan en hebt u niet meer zulke pijnlijke middelen nodig, maar kan uw leven door u gemakkelijker worden volbracht.

Kom dus daarom niet in opstand tegen Gods Wil. Herken in alles wat u treft de Wil van God. Klaag en mor niet, maar draag met stille overgave wat God u zendt en Hij zal het weer van u wegnemen, zodra u zich geheel aan Zijn Wil onderwerpt. En geloof vast, dat Hij u te allen tijde kan en wil helpen, en de kracht van het geloof zal elk onheil uitbannen. God wil u alleen maar winnen, maar niet verliezen aan hem, die Zijn tegenstander is, die zijn wil volledig van Hem heeft afgekeerd en ook probeert Zijn schepselen van Hem weg te dringen, doordat hij juist hun wil eveneens tot weerspannigheid tracht aan te zetten.

Word daarom niet het slachtoffer van diegene die u wil verderven, maar zie in dat God uw Heer is en onderwerp u aan Hem en de zwaarste lotgevallen zullen voor u tot zegen zijn.
