Activity of intellect and heart.... Truth....

All spiritual knowledge can certainly be processed by the intellect but it first has to be grasped by the heart, whereas worldly knowledge is closer to the intellect than the heart.... And therefore it is understandable that an intellectually very active person would try to ascertain subjects which are closely related to world events, even if he tries to give them a spiritual character.... that he thus would like to investigate My plan of eternity purely because of its worldly outcome, which he believes he can calculate with mathematical certainty.... As long as the human being is still focussing his attention on external events his intellect is more active than his heart.... only when he starts to attend to purely spiritual problems will his heart be active, but then he will take little notice of external life, the unfolding of worldly events, and will only look at these as accompaniment of the actual happening. Only then will he approach the truth, which enters through his heart and wants to be understood by the intellect. It is not possible for a human being to understand My eternal plan of Salvation such that he can establish any intervention by My will. Only when it is revealed through My spirit will it be proclaimed by a prophet in accordance with My will, but I will not disclose the time even to this prophet, as this corresponds to My wisdom. A spiritually aspiring person will also know that it is necessary to keep the date and time of the end secret, consequently he will not ever believe the account of a person who trusts that he can calculate it.

This kind of intellectual activity is a clear indication of an unenlightened spirit, because a spiritually awakened person lets Me rule and work and only aims to achieve utmost maturity for the soul, and by the signs of the time he will recognise humanity’s spiritual low.... He will also know the reason and cause of the spiritual decline, he will know about the correlation of all things and thus also the course (sequence) of events of the earth period in accordance with certain basic laws, he merely finds his knowledge confirmed in the sequence of world events but does not attempt to derive world events themselves from it. World events are indeed also a consequence of spiritual decline, but the latter has to be recognised and heeded first, and thus every single person has to endeavour to first remedy the spiritual hardship, and for this it is essential that the heart is activated first and then the intellect. The serious work on oneself also results in spiritual enlightenment and gives reliable vision for future events, and then the heart is active. However, by using the intellect alone it is not possible to reach the goal of becoming knowledgeable and to understand My plan of eternity.... Because I set a limit to the human being’s intellect which he cannot transcend, but I gave the heart unlimited leeway.... Its spirit, which is part of Me and to which nothing remains hidden, can gain unrestricted access. Therefore, if you want to become wise, i.e. acquire knowledge which corresponds to the purest truth, your heart needs to be constantly active.... Love has to guide you into truth.... but you will never reach the goal by just using your intellect, your knowledge will be and remain inaccurate as long as My spirit cannot become effective in you through the activity of your heart.... through love....

L'activité de l'intellect et du cœur - la Vérité

Tout le savoir spirituel peut certes être élaboré par l'intellect, mais auparavant il doit être saisi par le cœur, tandis que la connaissance mondaine est plus près de l'intellect que du cœur. Et ainsi il est explicable que l'homme qui est outre mesure plus habile intellectuellement, cherche à sonder les choses qui sont en étroite liaison avec les événements du monde, même lorsqu’il veut donner à celles-ci un caractère spirituel, parce qu’il voudrait expliquer Mon Plan d'Éternité simplement par ses effets mondains qu'il croit pouvoir calculer avec certitude par les mathématiques. Tant que l'homme tourne encore son attention vers les processus extérieurs, tant que son intellect est plus actif que son cœur qui devient actif seulement s'il commence à s'occuper de problèmes purement spirituels, alors il offre peu de considération à la vie extérieure, au déroulement des événements mondains, et il les voit seulement comme des phénomènes qui accompagnent ce qui est réel. Seulement alors il s'approche de la Vérité, qui entre par le cœur et veut être saisi par l'entendement. Il n'existe aucune possibilité pour un homme de sonder Mon Plan de Salut d'Éternité de façon à pouvoir déterminer une Intervention par Ma Volonté. Seulement s'il est révélé par Mon Esprit, un prophète annonce un tel Plan selon Ma Volonté, mais même à ces prophètes Je cache le temps, parce que cela correspond à Ma Sagesse. Un homme, qui tend spirituellement, connaît aussi la nécessité du secret de l'instant de la fin, et donc il ne croira jamais et encore jamais les arguments d'un homme qui croit pouvoir calculer cet instant. Parce que là où l'entendement est actif de cette manière, c’est aussi une marque claire d'un esprit non éclairé, parce qu'un homme réveillé spirituellement Me laisse agir et ordonner, et pense seulement à porter l'âme à une maturité la plus haute possible, et il reconnaît dans les signes du temps le bas état spirituel des hommes. Il connaît aussi le motif et la cause de la décadence spirituelle, il connaît la liaison de toutes les choses et ainsi aussi le cours des événements d’une période terrestre selon certaines Lois de base, il voit seulement dans l’ordre des événements du monde la confirmation de son savoir, mais il ne cherche pas à en déduire l'événement du monde lui-même. Cela est aussi la conséquence de la décadence spirituelle, mais celle-ci doit être reconnue et considérée en premier et donc chaque homme doit tendre à la suspension de la misère spirituelle, et pour cela le cœur doit d'abord absolument devenir actif et ensuite l'intellect. Le sérieux travail sur soi-même fournit aussi l'éclairage spirituel et un regard sûr pour ce qui est en train d'arriver, et alors le cœur est actif. Mais le but n'est pas accessible seulement intellectuellement pour devenir savants et obtenir un regard dans Mon Plan d'Éternité ; parce que J'ai posé une limite à l'intellect de l'homme qu’il ne peut pas dépasser, mais la voie du cœur est libre. Celui-ci pourra y pénétrer sans entrave à travers son esprit qui est Ma Part et auquel rien ne reste caché. Si donc vous voulez devenir sage, c'est-à-dire posséder un savoir qui correspond à très pleine Vérité, alors votre cœur doit être actif sans interruption. L'amour doit vous guider dans la Vérité, mais vous n'arriverez intellectuellement seulement jamais et encore jamais au but, votre savoir sera et restera dans l’erreur, jusqu’à ce qu’en vous Mon Esprit puisse devenir actif à travers l'activité de votre cœur, à travers l'amour.
