Without activity no higher development....

I assign to every creature the activity it has to carry out in order to become free from its external form. All works of creation contain spiritual substances which are of bound will, i.e. which have to be active according to My will, the law of nature, in accordance with their degree of maturity. It determines the nature of its activity itself, so to speak, by relaxing its resistance against Me, thus the spiritual is only permitted to be active in a certain way when it relaxes its rebellion, its resistance against Me. But every activity serves the building up and preservation of My creations, thus it will only have a destructive effect when the destruction of one results in the development of the other work of creation. For everything goes according to My plan, which is based on wisdom and love and only aims at redeeming the unfree. And thus a lively activity will be recognizable in the whole of creation, seemingly dead and living matter subordinates itself to My law, it submits to My will, albeit forcedly, as long as the spiritual's degree of maturity is still a lower one. Yet it is always on the path of ascent development, for as long as the spiritual substance is subject to the law of compulsion it can only carry out what is My will, and My will is that the spiritual substance progresses upwards, that it reaches the degree where I can release it from the bound will and give it free will, in that it can then carry out any activity.... constructive and also destructive, in accordance with My will or also directed against My will.... But then it is also responsible for its activity and its will, whereas previously it was relieved of all responsibility. The stages of development in the state of compulsion are endlessly long compared to the last stage in free will, but the last stage is of utmost importance because it is determining for eternity.... The distance from Me through the former rebellion of the spiritual was too great for the spiritual itself to reduce it because it was also powerless through the distance. But the supply of strength is guaranteed to it during the endless long time in the bound will. But it must be used to reduce the distance, and therefore the being must compulsorily carry out the activity, which it refused before.... It must serve.... because it previously wanted to rule.... Its once free will was forced into an activity it did not want to carry out of its own accord. And thus it could again reach a degree that its freedom of will could be given to it again, in which it now has to prove itself. If it now voluntarily continues to serve, it is driven to do so by love, and in a short time it completely releases itself from its form, from a fetter which has made it unfree. If it refuses to serve with love, if it tries to rule again with unkindness, it increases the distance from Me again and strengthens the bondage, it remains unfree and is deprived of all strength again because it uses its will and strength in the wrong direction.... every activity must therefore be carried out in serving love, every activity must be a voluntary service of love to the neighbour or to the works of creation, then it will have a redeeming effect....

(25.10.1945) The task the being has to fulfil in the bound state is determined by God; the earthly task, however, is left to the human being's own will. He can choose his activity himself, and this will correspond to the degree of love in which the human being stands. Fate will indeed place him in a position which prescribes a certain activity to him, nevertheless his will is also decisive, for he can carry it out with pleasure and love but also with reluctance, and his spiritual development is also corresponding. Without activity, however, an ascent development is impossible. Then the spiritual in the human being still remains in resistance to God, it does not use the vitality offered to it as a gift of grace and voluntarily retreats into a state of powerlessness. It ignores a gift from God and thus increases the distance from God instead of reducing it. And this inactivity of free will is contrary to divine order and has exceedingly serious consequences for the being. For since it was active for endless times before according to God's will in a state of compulsion and thus reached the degree of development which is a prerequisite for embodiment as a human being, it is now also fully responsible for the direction of its will, and renewed resistance to God results in complete withdrawal of strength from God, which has exceedingly agonizing effects in the beyond after earthly life. For in the spiritual kingdom the lack of strength is an intolerable state for the being which now cannot be remedied as long as the being's will does not strive for it itself.... And again the law of serving love applies to the redemption of such souls.... What the being neglected to do on earth it has to make up for in the beyond under increased difficulties; it is now neither in bound will nor in free, powerful will but it is left to itself whether and how it uses its totally weakened will. It has to be active in order to redeem itself and is incapable of activity because it lacks the strength to do so, which it left unused on earth as a human being. This state is far more agonizing than the state of being bound in matter through endless times. But even then God's infinite love and mercy still gives the spiritual being the opportunity to free itself, but the will is always decisive, the will to be active in love. The being is never forced, yet opportunity is constantly offered to it, and that is why there is no eternal damnation, only often that of endless long duration until the being itself has the will to be lovingly active. Then strength will also be supplied to it again because it has now finally given up its resistance against God as soon as it wants to be active in love....

Sem atividade não há desenvolvimento superior....

Atribuo a cada criatura a atividade que ela tem que realizar para se libertar de sua forma externa. Todas as obras de criação contêm substâncias espirituais que são de vontade vinculada, ou seja, que têm de ser activas de acordo com a Minha vontade, a lei da natureza, de acordo com o seu grau de maturidade. Ela determina a natureza de sua própria atividade, por assim dizer, ao relaxar sua resistência contra Mim, assim o espiritual só é permitido ser ativo de certa forma quando relaxa sua rebelião, sua resistência contra Mim. Mas toda atividade serve para a construção e preservação das Minhas criações, assim só terá um efeito destrutivo quando a destruição de uma resultar no desenvolvimento da outra obra de criação. Pois tudo vai de acordo com o Meu plano, que se baseia na sabedoria e no amor e só visa redimir o não livre. E assim uma atividade viva será reconhecível em toda a criação, aparentemente morta e viva subordinada à Minha lei, submete-se à Minha vontade, embora forçosamente, desde que o grau de maturidade espiritual seja ainda menor. No entanto, está sempre no caminho do desenvolvimento ascendente, pois enquanto a substância espiritual estiver sujeita à lei da compulsão só pode realizar o que é a Minha vontade, e a Minha vontade é que a substância espiritual progrida para cima, que atinja o grau em que eu possa libertá-la da vontade vinculada e dar-lhe livre arbítrio, na medida em que possa então realizar qualquer actividade.... construtivo e também destrutivo, de acordo com a Minha vontade ou também dirigido contra a Minha vontade.... Mas depois também é responsável pela sua actividade e pela sua vontade, ao passo que anteriormente estava isento de toda a responsabilidade. As fases de desenvolvimento no estado de compulsão são infinitamente longas em comparação com a última fase do livre arbítrio, mas a última fase é da maior importância porque é determinante para a eternidade.... A distância de mim através da antiga rebelião do espiritual era grande demais para que o próprio espiritual a reduzisse, porque também era impotente através da distância. Mas o fornecimento de força é-lhe garantido durante o longo e interminável período de tempo no limite da vontade. Mas deve ser utilizado para reduzir a distância e, portanto, o ser deve obrigatoriamente realizar a actividade, o que recusou antes de 0-COPY0. Ele deve servir.... porque anteriormente queria governar.... O seu livre arbítrio, outrora, foi forçado a uma actividade que não queria levar a cabo por sua própria vontade. E assim poderia voltar a atingir um grau em que a sua liberdade de vontade lhe pudesse ser dada novamente, no qual agora tem de se provar. Se agora continua a servir voluntariamente, é impelido a fazê-lo pelo amor e, em pouco tempo, liberta-se completamente da sua forma, de um grilhão que o tornou desprovido de liberdade. Se se recusa a servir com amor, se tenta governar novamente com indelicadeza, aumenta novamente a distância de Mim e fortalece a escravidão, permanece sem liberdade e é privado de toda força novamente porque usa sua vontade e força na direção errada.... Cada actividade deve, portanto, ser realizada ao serviço do amor, cada actividade deve ser um serviço voluntário de amor ao próximo ou às obras da criação, então terá um efeito redentor.... (25.10.1945) A tarefa que o ser tem que cumprir no estado limite é determinada por Deus; a tarefa terrena, porém, é deixada à vontade do próprio ser humano. Ele próprio pode escolher sua atividade, e isto corresponderá ao grau de amor em que o ser humano se encontra. O destino o colocará numa posição que lhe prescreve uma determinada atividade, mas a sua vontade também é decisiva, pois ele pode realizá-la com prazer e amor, mas também com relutância, e o seu desenvolvimento espiritual também é correspondente. Sem atividade, porém, um desenvolvimento ascendente é impossível. Então o espiritual no ser humano ainda permanece em resistência a Deus, não usa a vitalidade que lhe é oferecida como um dom de graça e retira-se voluntariamente para um estado de impotência. Ignora um dom de Deus e assim aumenta a distância de Deus em vez de a reduzir. E essa inatividade do livre arbítrio é contrária à ordem divina e tem conseqüências extremamente graves para o ser. Pois, como antes era ativo por tempos intermináveis, segundo a vontade de Deus, num estado de compulsão e assim atingiu o grau de desenvolvimento que é um pré-requisito para a encarnação como ser humano, agora também é plenamente responsável pela direção de sua vontade, e a resistência renovada a Deus resulta em completa retirada da força de Deus, que tem efeitos extremamente agonizantes no além, depois da vida terrena. Pois no reino espiritual a falta de força é um estado intolerável para o ser que agora não pode ser remediado enquanto a vontade do ser não se esforçar por ela própria.... E mais uma vez a lei de servir o amor aplica-se à redenção de tais almas.... O que o ser negligenciado na Terra tem que compensar no além sob dificuldades crescentes; agora não está nem em vontade vinculada nem em vontade livre e poderosa, mas é deixado a si mesmo se e como ele usa sua vontade totalmente enfraquecida. Tem de ser ativo para se redimir e é incapaz de atividade porque lhe falta a força para fazê-lo, que deixou inutilizada na Terra como ser humano. Este estado é muito mais agonizante do que o estado de estar ligado à matéria através de tempos intermináveis. Mas mesmo assim o infinito amor e misericórdia de Deus ainda dá ao ser espiritual a oportunidade de se libertar, mas a vontade é sempre decisiva, a vontade de ser ativo no amor. O ser nunca é forçado, mas a oportunidade é-lhe constantemente oferecida, e é por isso que não há condenação eterna, apenas muitas vezes a de longa duração até que o próprio ser tenha a vontade de ser amorosamente ativo. Então também lhe será dada força novamente, porque finalmente desistiu da sua resistência contra Deus, assim que quiser ser activo no amor...._>Amém
