Miracles.... False prophets....

Don’t allow yourselves to be deceived, because the adversary constantly seeks to keep you in darkness and to obscure the light from above. He tries to trap you with lies and falsehoods and thereby render you unreceptive to the absolute truth. He is always plotting to obscure your vision, to confuse your senses and to shroud the essence of the eternal Deity, and uses means which are difficult to discern as Satan’s work of deception if the sincere will for pure truth does not exist. He feigns piety towards people, his appearance is that of an angel of light because the people themselves desire radiance and splendour and can only imagine divine glory as external magnificence. He feigns the illusion of God’s glory when he finds gullible people who derive pleasure from it. And through them he spreads lies and misleading notions and thus obscures the thoughts of human beings. They accept the falsehood and reject the pure truth which God Himself sends in plain form to earth.... And thus the lies and fallacies spread much faster than the truth, because this is what people themselves want and because those who spread falsehoods work in the guise of being a representative of Christ’s teachings and hence find approval everywhere. Satan works with cunning and force.... He uses human beings who do not sincerely desire the truth, and they are his slaves because they do not sincerely desire God either, Who is the eternal truth Himself. And thus Satan, the lord of falsehood, has an easy time.

Human establishments can only be of lasting value when God’s support is called upon. And God wants to be called upon in spirit and in truth, otherwise He will not listen. This excludes every outer formality; all kinds of ceremony, splendour and grandeur prevent the right kind of prayer, prayer in spirit and in truth.... He who takes notice of external events will find making an inner connection with God very difficult, because the adversary will always step between him and God, divert his attention and capture his senses with external impressions. And therefore do not look for God in grandeur and splendour, do not look for him in surroundings where earthly matter has its greatest effect.... This is the field of God’s adversary and he works it with success. God reveals Himself in secret, He reveals Himself in people who are lowly and humble. He reveals Himself in those who shall speak on His behalf because His revelations apply to all of humanity and the individual person merely serves as His tool through which He speaks to the people Himself. His revelations primarily aim to spread the truth and to proclaim His will, adherence to which results in eternal bliss for the human being. Through seers and prophets He will also announce the end of the world and draw attention to the signs of the last days. It is His will that humanity be given the relevant information, that no one shall claim that they have not been reminded and warned when the end takes them by surprise. These seers and prophets will always be human beings with profound faith and love, otherwise God’s adversary will choose people to work for him and find their approval. Consequently particular attention has to be paid to the conduct of those who call themselves God’s servants, whether it complies with God’s will, with His commandments. But then the revelations should also be believed.

God works in silence, albeit in a clear and remarkable way, yet not in miracles which would force people to believe, just as He excludes all outward show because He is not trying to win over the people of the world with splendour and grandeur, but He wants to turn their hearts away from that worldly light of deceit. Worldly people have to be able to explain unnatural events by natural means, otherwise they would be forced into believing, which God would never sanction. And thus only profoundly devout human beings will have extraordinary revelations when God’s love wants to award those and He wants to reveal Himself to them. However, public miracles compel people to believe and they would not progress spiritually because fear of God can never take the place of love which the human being has to feel for Him in order to join Him. But miracles only cause fear in the immature person and never love.... Nevertheless Satan does use such means; in this manner he wants to prevent human beings from loving God, and his work shall be unhindered where there is a lot of sinfulness and where human beings are seldom introspective but worldly-minded instead. But even there he appears under the cover of piety. He pulls the wool over people’s eyes, stopping them from seeing clearly and thus exercises his influence. This is further aided by false representatives of Christ, who deem themselves destined to spread His teachings but who are not sufficiently living in truth themselves to separate lie and falsehood as such and to exclude them. Because he works with cunning and power.... God, however, is love, and only love flows from His revelations and cultivates love. And thus you should apply this standard.... Truth is where love is taught and practised because there is God Himself.... But where the light of the world shines too brightly God’s adversary makes himself known.... And his activity is falsehood and opposes God even if he tries to appear in a disguise of light. Anyone whose will is turned towards God knows him in spite of his disguise, and he is destined to warn his fellow human beings of the false prophets who will always appear when people are in need but who will even worsen spiritual hardship instead of reducing it. And God calls out to people: Beware of false prophets because the last days will be used to work against God, against the eternal truth....

Milagres.... Falsos Profetas....

Não se deixe enganar, pois o adversário procura sempre espalhar escuridão ao seu redor e obscurecer a luz do alto. Ele procura prendê-lo com mentiras e erros e assim torná-lo insensível à pura verdade. Ele está sempre com a intenção de desfocar sua visão, confundindo sua mente e escondendo de você a essência da Deidade eterna, e ele usa tais meios para isso que são difíceis de reconhecer como o trabalho enganoso de Satanás, se a vontade sincera para a verdade pura não estiver presente. Ele finge ser piedoso, ele vem na veste de luz do anjo porque as próprias pessoas desejam esplendor e pompa e só imaginam a glória divina a ser associada ao esplendor externo. Ele os engana sobre a glória de Deus, onde encontra pessoas crédulas que a desfrutam. E assim ele espalha mentiras e erros através deles e assim escurece o pensamento das pessoas. Eles aceitam a inverdade e rejeitam a pura verdade que é transmitida à Terra pelo próprio Deus em uma simples peça de roupa.... E assim a mentira e o erro espalham-se muito mais depressa do que a verdade, porque as próprias pessoas a querem e porque os propagadores do erro trabalham sob a capa de um representante do ensinamento de Cristo e, portanto, encontram favor em toda a parte. Para Satanás trabalha com astúcia e força.... Ele usa pessoas que não desejam seriamente a verdade, e estão em cativeiro com ele, pois também não desejam seriamente a Deus, que é a verdade eterna Ele mesmo. E assim Satanás, o príncipe das mentiras, tem um jogo fácil. O que as pessoas constroem só tem valor duradouro quando Deus é invocado. E Deus quer ser chamado em espírito e em verdade, senão Ele fecha o seu ouvido. E isto elimina todas as aparências exteriores; cada cerimónia, esplendor e pompa impede a oração correcta, a oração em espírito e em verdade..... Quem presta atenção ao exterior dificilmente conseguirá estabelecer a ligação interior com Deus, pois o adversário sempre se colocará entre ele e Deus, distraindo-o e capturando seus sentidos através do exterior. E portanto não procure a Deus em pompa e esplendor, não O procure em um ambiente onde a matéria terrena entra em seu efeito mais pleno..... O adversário de Deus tem lá o seu campo e ele trabalha-o com sucesso. Deus se revela em segredo, Ele se revela às pessoas que andam pequenas e humildes. Ele se revela àqueles que devem falar por Ele, pois Suas revelações se aplicam a toda a humanidade e Ele só usa o ser humano individual como um instrumento através do qual Ele mesmo quer falar às pessoas. As suas revelações visam, antes de mais nada, difundir a verdade e proclamar a Sua vontade, cuja observância traz às pessoas a bem-aventurança eterna. Através de videntes e profetas, Ele também anuncia o fim do mundo e chama a atenção para os sinais do fim dos tempos. E é de Sua vontade que a humanidade seja informada disso, para que ninguém possa dizer que permaneceram sem monitoramento e sem serem avisados quando o fim chegar. E estes videntes e profetas serão sempre pessoas que têm a mais profunda fé e amor, caso contrário o adversário de Deus escolherá pessoas para trabalhar para ele e ele encontrará aprovação. Portanto, deve ser dada atenção especial ao modo de vida daqueles que se dizem servos de Deus, se corresponde à vontade de Deus, aos Seus mandamentos. Mas então as revelações devem ser acreditadas. Deus trabalha em silêncio, embora seja óbvio e extraordinário, mas Ele não força as pessoas a acreditarem através de milagres, assim como também exclui a ostentação externa porque Ele não procura conquistar as pessoas do mundo através do esplendor e da magnificência, mas Ele quer desviar os seus corações da luz enganadora do mundo. A atividade não natural também deve poder ser explicada naturalmente pelas pessoas mundanas, caso contrário significaria uma compulsão de fé para elas, que, no entanto, nunca é exercida por Deus. E assim somente pessoas profundamente crentes terão revelações extraordinárias tão logo o amor de Deus as dignifique e Ele queira dar-se a conhecer a elas. Os milagres públicos, porém, determinam a fé das pessoas, e isto não seria um progresso espiritual para elas, pois o medo de Deus nunca poderá substituir o amor que o ser humano tem de lhe demonstrar para poder juntar-se a Ele. O ser humano imaturo, porém, só será levado a temer através de milagres, mas nunca a amar..... Satanás, porém, usa tais meios para impedir que as pessoas amem a Deus, e sua atividade irá sem obstáculos onde a pecaminosidade é grande e as pessoas não estão muito inclinadas interiormente, mas em vez disso se voltam para o mundo. Ali, também, ele só aparece sob o manto da piedade. Ele joga areia nos olhos das pessoas para que elas não possam ver claramente e assim exercer a sua influência, que é ainda mais encorajada por falsos representantes de Cristo, por pessoas que acreditam ser chamadas a proclamar o Seu ensinamento e que elas próprias não estão fundamentadas na verdade o suficiente para reconhecer mentiras e erros como tais e excluí-los. Pois ele trabalha com astúcia e com power.... Mas Deus é amor, e as Suas revelações só emanam amor e educam para amar. E este é o padrão a ser aplicado.... Onde o amor é ensinado e praticado, existe a verdade, pois existe o próprio Deus.... Mas onde a luz do mundo brilha muito, o adversário de Deus se faz sentir.... E sua atividade é uma mentira e dirigida contra Deus, mesmo que ele tente aparecer em uma veste de luz. Qualquer pessoa com uma vontade voltada para Deus o reconhece apesar de sua máscara, e é chamada a avisar seus semelhantes dos falsos profetas que sempre aparecerão quando as pessoas estiverem em perigo, mas que promovem a adversidade espiritual em vez de remediá-la. E Deus chama as pessoas: Cuidado com os falsos profetas, pois eles usarão o fim dos tempos para trabalhar contra Deus, contra a verdade eterna...._>Amém
