Fulfilment of the divine commandments.... knowledge of God....

To walk the right path on earth requires the fulfilment of divine commandments which, however, are extremely easy to fulfil if the human being lives in love, i.e. if he has the instinct from within to be good and to do good.... Then he will not feel God's commandments as pressure or influence which inhibits him, but he will strive of his own accord to do the same as God demands of him, and then he will also walk the right path. Then he does not need any commandments because his nature changes to love of its own accord and because his will strives towards God, thus the spiritual in him is already in the recognition of the eternal deity, even if the human being is not aware of it or has the corresponding knowledge. The knowledge is certainly already slumbering in him but has not yet come to light, and yet his soul recognizes God, otherwise it would not strive for good. The human being will also strive for perfection, for his heart, which is willing and able to love, impels him to constant activity in love. Thus his actions and thoughts do not contradict the commandments of love which God has given in order to make it possible for people to change according to His will. For many people's knowledge of good and evil is not so well developed because their inner will is still turned towards God's adversary. The latter clouds the human being's clear perception of good and evil, he presents evil in such a light that it seems tempting to him. And thus a person who has fallen under his influence, who allows all bad instincts to take effect in him, can nevertheless be convinced within himself that he is acting right, for he only sees his own benefit and considers everything to be good which brings him advantage. The deeper he sinks, i.e. falls into the power of God's adversary, the more his knowledge of good and evil fades. And the divine commandments shall now be a guideline for him as soon as he seriously endeavours to live right on earth. For again and again his wrong way of life has to be held up to him and the divine commandments have to be his standard by which his deeds are evaluated and judged. The commandment of love will always put one's own advantage aside and protect the neighbour's advantage, and only when the human being observes this will he begin to submit to these commandments. Individual commandments had to be issued for the person under the influence of the adversary by which he can recognize the wrongness of his thoughts and actions. The person who is in love, on the other hand, does not need these commandments, it is not possible for him to transgress the individual commandments because love prevents him from doing what a person without love does without hesitation. In a loving person the good forces are active and these keep him back from every thoughtless bad deed, whereas the God-remote person, who is devoid of all love, grants access to the forces of evil and these repeatedly drive him to carry out unloving actions. But if every single commandment is held up to him, the feeling of responsibility for his actions can also be awakened in him and he will then carry out a bad deed with inhibitions which can even result in a change of his thinking, providing he decides to change his way of life in anticipation of a life after death which seems forfeit to him....

Then he directs his attention to the salvation of his soul, then he seizes every opportunity to gain information about God's will, and he seriously repents of his failed life, and then he seeks to change.... He detests himself and his previous actions, he acknowledges the divine commandments and henceforth endeavours to live in accordance with them.... And only then will he be granted spiritual success, i.e. his soul can still develop upwards shortly before his death, and although its degree of maturity is still low it nevertheless enters the spiritual kingdom with the realization of the eternal deity, and it is no longer completely turned away from God. As soon as it acknowledges God and His commandments it is saved, it is on the path of ascent, its ascent development has begun and the soul will also reach its aim, if not on earth then nevertheless one day in the spiritual kingdom. Yet as long as the human being ignores the divine commandments or associates the fulfilment of these with earthly advantages the soul will remain on the lowest spiritual level, and then it will also remain in dark spiritual night.... It does not recognize God and cannot love Him either, it will not strive towards Him but turn to God's adversary who, however, can never make the soul knowledgeable, thus he cannot impart knowledge of God to it either.... And it is this knowledge which humanity lacks, the knowledge of a God of love Who is omnipotent and wise and wants to win people over for Himself.... As soon as the human being is enlightened, as soon as he believes in God as a supremely perfect being, he will also take notice of what this supreme being requires of the human being.... and he will do this out of innermost impulse, because love for God awakens in him and he seeks to join the supreme, most perfect being.... And then he will not need any commandments but he will be full of love for God and his neighbour from within....

Cumplimiento de los mandamientos divinos.... Cognición de Dios....

Para recorrer el camino correcto en la Tierra se requiere el cumplimiento de los mandamientos divinos que, sin embargo, son fáciles de cumplir si el humano vive en el amor, es decir, que tiene el impulso interior de ser bueno y de hacer el bien.... Entonces él no percibe los mandamientos de Dios como una presión o influencia que lo inhibe, sino que se esfuerza por lograr los mismo que Dios exige de él, y entonces también camina por el camino correcto. Entonces no necesita ningún mandamiento porque su ser se cambia por propio impulso al amor y porque su voluntad se dirige hacia Dios, y lo espiritual en él ya está en el reconocimiento de la Deidad Eterna, incluso si el humano no es consciente de esto o no tiene un conocimiento correspondiente o no dispone del saber al respecto.

Probablemente el conocimiento ya duerme dentro de él, pero aún no ha salido a la luz, y sin embargo su alma reconoce a Dios, de lo contrario no se esforzaría por el bien. El humano también buscará la perfección, porque su corazón, dispuesto y capaz de amar, lo impulsa a una actividad constante en el amor. Sus acciones y pensamientos no contradicen los mandamientos de amor que Dios dio para hacer posible que los humanos cambien según Su voluntad.

Porque en muchos humanos la cognición del bien y del mal no está tan desarrollada porque su voluntad interior todavía está dirigida hacia el oponente de Dios. Éste nubla en el humano el claro sentido del bien y del mal; le presenta el mal bajo una luz que le parece tentadora. Y así, un humano que ha caído bajo su influencia, que deja que todos los malos impulsos surtan efecto en él, no obstante puede estar convencido en su corazón de que actúa correctamente, porque sólo ve su propio beneficio y considera que todo es bueno lo que le da una ventaja. Cuanto más se hunde, es decir, cae en el poder del oponente de Dios, más desaparece su cognición del bien y del mal.

Y los mandamientos divinos deben ser ahora una guía para él mientras hace un esfuerzo serio por vivir correctamente en la Tierra. Porque su estilo equivocado de vida tiene que ser reprochado a él una y otra vez, y los mandamientos divinos deben servirle como punto de referencia por el cual sus acciones son evaluadas y juzgadas. El mandamiento del amor siempre dejará de lado el propio beneficio y protegerá el beneficio del prójimo, y sólo cuando un humano tenga en cuenta esto comienza a someterse a estos mandamientos. Al ser humano bajo la influencia del oponente se le debían dar mandamientos individuales, a través de los cuales pudiera reconocer la maldad de sus pensamientos y acciones. El ser humano que está en el amor, en cambio, no necesita estos mandamientos; no le es posible violar los mandamientos individuales porque el amor le impide hacer lo que un humano sin amor hace sin dudarlo.

Las fuerzas del bien están activas en un ser humano que está activo en el amor, y éstas le impiden cometer cualquier acto malo, mientras que el humano que está alejado de Dios y desprovisto de todo amor permite el acceso a las fuerzas del mal y éstas le impulsan repetidamente a cometer acciones sin amor. Sin embargo, si se le reprocha cada uno de los mandamientos, entonces se puede despertar en él el sentimiento de responsabilidad por sus acciones y entonces comete una mala acción sin inhibiciones, lo que puede incluso provocar un cambio en su forma de pensar, siempre que se decide a un cambio de su estilo de vida en la premonición de una vida después de la muerte, que le parece perdida....

Entonces dirige su atención a la salvación de su alma, entonces aprovecha cada oportunidad para lograr aclaración acerca de la voluntad de Dios, se arrepiente sinceramente de su vida fallida y entonces busca a cambiarse a sí mismo.... Se aborrece a sí mismo y sus acciones anteriores, reconoce los mandamientos divinos y se esfuerza por vivir de acuerdo con ellos de ahora en adelante.... Y sólo entonces se le concede el éxito espiritual, es decir, su alma puede desarrollarse hacia arriba poco antes de su muerte, y aunque su grado de madurez es todavía baja, entra en el reino espiritual con la cognición de la Deidad Eterna y ya no está completamente apartado de Dios.

Tan pronto como reconoce a Dios y Sus mandamientos, se salva, está en camino hacia la altura, ha comenzado su desarrollo ascendente y el alma también alcanzará su objetivo, si no en la Tierra, al menos algún día en el reino espiritual. Pero mientras el humano ignore los mandamientos divinos o vincule las ventajas terrenales al cumplimiento de estos, el alma permanecerá en el grado espiritual más bajo, y entonces permanecerá también en la noche oscura espiritual.... No reconoce a Dios y tampoco puede amarle a Él, no se esforzará por Él, sino dirigirse al oponente de Dios que, sin embargo, nunca puede hacer que el alma sea conocedora y, por tanto, tampoco puede transmitirla conocimiento acerca de Dios.

Y es este conocimiento de la que carece la humanidad, el conocimiento de un Dios de amor, Que es omnipotente y sabio y Que quiere ganar a los humanos para Sí.... Tan pronto como el humano tiene conocimiento, tan pronto como cree en Dios como un Ser sumamente perfecto, también prestará atención a lo que este Ser supremo exige del humano.... y lo hará por su impulso más íntimo, porque en él despierta el amor a Dios y busca unificarse al Ser más supremo y perfecto.... Y entonces ya no necesitará mandamientos, porque desde dentro está lleno de amor por Dios y el prójimo....
