End time.... sign.... averting the judgement....

The turn of time will be marked by world events, as it is written. But the spiritual condition (of man) is the cause of everything that happens. Earthly events are only the effect of the spiritual decline, i.e., the spiritual low determines all events which take place on earth because all people have to be the ones to suffer in order to achieve a still possible improvement of their spiritual nature. And you have to recognize the spiritual low from the hardship and affliction on earth, from the atrocities which are caused by people, from the immense destructions which also express human will, and thus you have to make sure that it is first remedied before you can expect earthly events and circumstances to take a tolerable form for you. Suffering can only subside if every individual person strives to steer his life in a God-pleasing direction, if he endeavours to work on himself and his soul and is willing to lead a life of love. Only then will the earthly tribulation subside and an improvement will occur. The last days have begun and will not last much longer, a spiritual blossoming on this earth can no longer be expected, for humanity does not recognize the low it is living in and therefore does not change either. And yet, the individual should make an effort to save himself and his soul before the end has come. The individual can certainly carry out this spiritual change, he need only want to increase his knowledge and fulfil his purpose of earthly life, he need only not completely oppose God by being accessible to the instructions imparted to him by God's messengers, and he will be richly blessed, for God's help is assured to anyone who thinks correctly and only has the will to come to Him. And that is why God has repeatedly pointed to the end time through seers and prophets, He has drawn people's attention to the signs so that the individual will become perceptive, recognize the truth of what is written and now also take to heart everything that is imparted to him through God's love. For everyone is responsible for himself; and even if the whole world corrupts and perishes, the individual can save himself from it, he can escape the inevitable judgment because he can determine himself, because he can take the path to God as soon as his will impels him to do so. And his will is free.... he can just as well turn towards God as he can turn away from Him.... And this is why the human being should recognize the great danger his soul is in by the signs of the end time if it does not change before the end has come. For this reason God does not specify an exact time so that the human being will immediately start the work of transformation; for this reason he will be afflicted by suffering and affliction so that he will become thoughtful and can now be offered the opportunity to attain realization. For only the thinking person can be instructed, otherwise every instruction will only sound in the ear....

Only a short time will pass until the end, yet this time can still be well utilized if the human being is seriously willing to reach his aim. He can progress very quickly, he can make use of the increased blessings of the end time and thereby mature in a far shorter time, however, he must strive diligently and put his spiritual development before all earthly striving. He has to work on himself as if he would be called away from earth every day; he has to entrust himself to all good forces and allow himself to be guided by them, so to speak; he has to be devoted to God with heartfelt love and extraordinarily loving towards his neighbour. Then he will also be able to avert the judgment for himself insofar as he will belong to the chosen ones who will be raptured before the end of the world. Countless people will be made aware of their wrong way of life, they will be informed of the approaching end but they will not pay attention to the information and the end will come as a surprise to them, for they pay no attention to the signs of the times, they are only earthly-minded and not accessible to spiritual instruction. Consequently, they are also not concerned about their salvation because they deny life after death. And it is these who bring about the end, who are so spiritually backward that one can rather speak of a retrogression than of a standstill, and who therefore give immediate cause for a transformation of earth. For since they do not establish any spiritual connection with good forces they are open to the work of evil forces whose aim is to remove such souls from God. And these forces are successful, for all people's thoughts and aspirations are only the increase of earthly possessions, the well-being of the body and worldly joys and pleasures. And therefore this earth ceases to exist in its present form, and although people themselves are not directly involved in its destruction they are nevertheless the cause of it, because their way of life completely contradicts God's will and therefore the time has come which brings an end to their life....

Endzeit.... Zeichen.... Abwendung des Strafgerichtes....

Die Zeitenwende wird durch das Weltgeschehen gekennzeichnet werden, wie es geschrieben steht. Doch die geistige Beschaffenheit (des Menschen) ist die Ursache von allem, was geschieht. Das irdische Geschehen ist nur die Auswirkung des geistigen Niederganges, d.h., der geistige Tiefstand bestimmt alle Ereignisse, die sich auf der Erde abspielen, weil alle Menschen die Leidtragenden sein müssen, um eine noch mögliche Besserung ihrer geistigen Beschaffenheit zu erzielen. Und an der Not und Trübsal, die über die Erde geht, an den Greueltaten, deren Urheber Menschen sind, an den gewaltigen Vernichtungen, in denen gleichfalls der menschliche Wille sich äußert, müsset ihr den geistigen Tiefstand erkennen und also nun Sorge tragen, daß dieser erst behoben wird, ehe ihr damit rechnen könnt, daß sich die irdischen Ereignisse und Verhältnisse in für euch erträglichen Formen bewegen. Es kann das Leid nur nachlassen, wenn jeder einzelne Mensch danach strebt, sein Leben in Gott-gefällige Bahnen zu lenken, wenn er bestrebt ist, an sich und seiner Seele zu arbeiten, und also er ein liebetätiges Leben zu führen gewillt ist. Dann erst wird die irdische Drangsal nachlassen, und es wird eine Besserung eintreten. Es ist die letzte Zeit angebrochen, und diese währet nicht mehr lange, es ist ein geistiges Aufblühen auf dieser Erde nicht mehr zu erwarten, denn die Menschheit erkennt den Tiefstand nicht, in dem sie wandelt, und ändert sich darum auch nicht. Und trotzdem soll der einzelne sich bemühen, um sich und seine Seele noch zu retten, bevor das Ende gekommen ist. Es kann der einzelne sehr wohl diese geistige Wandlung an sich vornehmen, er braucht nur zu wollen, daß er an Erkenntnis zunehme und daß er seinen Erdenlebenszweck erfülle, er braucht nur sich nicht gänzlich Gott zu widersetzen, indem er zugänglich ist den Belehrungen, die ihm durch Boten Gottes vermittelt werden, und er wird mit Gnaden reich bedacht werden, denn Gottes Hilfe ist einem jeden gewiß, der rechtlich denkt und nur den Willen hat, zu Ihm zu kommen. Und darum hat Gott durch Seher und Propheten immer wieder auf die Endzeit hingewiesen, Er hat die Menschen auf die Zeichen aufmerksam gemacht, auf daß der einzelne stutzig werde, die Wahrheit dessen erkenne, was geschrieben steht, und nun auch alles beherzige, was ihm durch die Liebe Gottes an Belehrungen vermittelt wird. Denn ein jeder ist für sich selbst verantwortlich; und ob auch die ganze Welt verdirbt und untergeht, der einzelne kann sich daraus retten, er kann dem Strafgericht entgehen, das unvermeidlich ist, weil er über sich selbst bestimmen kann, weil er den Weg zu Gott gehen kann, sowie sein Wille ihn dazu treibt. Und sein Wille ist frei.... er kann sich genausogut Gott zuwenden, wie er sich von Ihm abwenden kann.... Und darum soll der Mensch an den Zeichen der Endzeit die große Gefahr erkennen, in der seine Seele schwebt, wenn sie sich nicht wandelt, noch ehe das Ende gekommen ist. Darum gibt Gott keine genaue Zeit an, damit der Mensch unverzüglich das Werk der Umgestaltung an sich in Angriff nimmt; darum wird er von Leid und Trübsal heimgesucht, damit er nachdenklich werde und ihm nun Gelegenheit geboten werden kann, zur Erkenntnis zu gelangen. Denn nur der denkende Mensch kann belehrt werden, ansonsten jede Belehrung nur am Ohr verklingt....

Eine kurze Zeit nur wird noch vergehen bis zum Ende, doch diese Zeit kann noch gut ausgewertet werden, so der Mensch ernsten Willens ist, sein Ziel zu erreichen. Er kann sehr schnell vorwärtsschreiten, er kann die vermehrten Gnaden der Endzeit in Anspruch nehmen und dadurch reifen in weit kürzerer Zeit, jedoch er muß eifrig streben und seine geistige Entwicklung allem irdischen Streben voransetzen. Er muß an sich arbeiten, als werde er jeden Tag abberufen von der Erde; er muß sich allen guten Kräften anvertrauen und sich gewissermaßen lenken lassen von ihnen; er muß mit inniger Liebe Gott zugewandt sein und außerordentlich liebetätig seinem Nächsten gegenüber. Dann kann er für sich selbst auch das Strafgericht abwenden insofern, als daß er mit zur Schar der Auserwählten gehört, die entrückt werden vor dem Ende.... Unzähligen Menschen wird ihr falscher Lebenswandel vorgestellt, sie werden hingewiesen auf das nahe Ende, doch sie beachten die Hinweise nicht, und ihnen wird das Ende überraschend kommen, denn sie achten nicht der Zeichen der Zeit, sie sind nur irdisch gesinnt und keiner geistigen Belehrung zugänglich. Folglich sind sie auch nicht um ihr Seelenheil besorgt, weil sie ein Leben nach dem Tode verneinen. Und diese sind es, die das Ende heranziehen, die geistig so rückständig sind, daß eher von einer Rückentwicklung als von einem Stillstand zu sprechen ist, und die daher den unmittelbaren Anlaß geben zu einer Umgestaltung der Erde. Denn da sie keinerlei geistige Verbindung anknüpfen mit guten Kräften, sind sie für das Wirken der schlechten Kräfte aufgeschlossen, deren Ziel ist, solche Seelen von Gott zu entfernen. Und diese Kräfte haben Erfolg, denn alles Sinnen und Trachten der Menschen ist nur Vermehrung irdischen Besitzes, Wohlleben des Körpers und weltliche Freuden und Genüsse. Und darum hört diese Erde auf, zu bestehen in ihrer jetzigen Form, und wenngleich die Menschen selbst nicht unmittelbar beteiligt sind an der Zerstörung dieser, so sind sie doch der Anlaß dazu, weil ihr Lebenswandel gänzlich dem Willen Gottes widerspricht und darum die Zeit gekommen ist, die ihrem Leben ein Ende bereitet....
