Bright heights.... selfless or inverted love....

God's voice sounds down to earth from bright heights, and love reigns in these high regions, and love speaks to people and tries to change them into love, because again only a soul which has become love can enter these bright heights. And therefore the soul has to be shown the path as to how it can shape itself into love, and God Himself shows it this path through His word.... Thus, wherever love is taught, wherever the human being is encouraged to act with love, wherever love for God and his neighbor is suggested to people, God Himself is at work there and He speaks through those who spread the divine teaching of love. And you should listen to them. You need not fear falling prey to error, you need not fear hostile forces which want to divert you from the truth but you can without doubt regard God Himself as the giver, because love can only be preached by people who receive their knowledge from the heights of light. Love is of divine origin and no human being or spiritual being will ever use words of love if he stands apart from God and is therefore far removed from love. Yet anyone who teaches love will always be in contact with bright heights, and God Himself will place the words into his mouth so that they will not remain without effect, for it is His word which the human being passes on if he preaches love. Yet people have to pay attention to one thing, that only pure, selfless love is divine, whereas craving love is not entitled to be addressed as divine love. Divine love wants to give, and the divine doctrine of love only ever commands love for God and one's neighbor, but love for oneself should never predominate because then desire sets in, which suffocates pure love....

Wrong love always has something material as its goal, it seeks to possess something which still contains immature spiritual substances and is therefore earthly, it arises from the desire for earthly goods, for increased well-being of the body.... And such love cannot be divine, for divine love only has God as its goal, just as it can only emanate from God. A conscientious examination of his feelings will confirm to the human being that love for earthly things diminishes love for God, whereas selfless, pure love strengthens love for God. And therefore pure, selfless love will make you happy, while earthly love triggers desires that call for constant fulfillment. Love continues to radiate down to earth from bright heights in the form of gifts which are intended to help the soul to unite with its spirit, i.e. to return to bright heights again. But wrong love separates the soul from the spirit, it prevents its awakening and development and thus pushes the soul into the abyss; it is a selfish love which should not be called love as such because it is not divine but the characteristic of the one who is without love and therefore tries to weaken love through constant activity. God tries to change people to love through His word. His adversary tries to appropriate this love through the world, the human being himself can now listen to God's word of his own free will and thus receive the divine emanation of love in order to return to God again through it. However, he can also fall prey to the world, which lures and shines with its false rays and turns the human being's love into selfish love; then he inexorably strives towards the one who is devoid of all love....

빛이 있는 높은 곳. 이타적인 사랑과 잘못된 사랑.

빛이 있는 높은 곳에서 하나님의 음성이 이 땅으로 울려 퍼진다. 사랑이 빛이 있는 높은 곳을 다스린다. 사랑이 사람들에게 말하고, 사람들을 사랑으로 변화시키려고 노력한다. 왜냐면 단지 사랑이 된 혼이 다시 빛이 있는 높은 곳으로 들어갈 수 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 혼이 자신을 어떻게 사랑을 형성할 수 있는 지에 대해 혼에게 길을 보여줘야만 하고, 하나님 자신이 자신의 말씀을 통해 혼에게 이 길을 보여준다. 그러므로 사랑이 가르치는 곳은, 사람이 사랑을 행하도록 격려 받는 곳은, 하나님과 이웃 사랑에 관심을 갖게 하는 곳은 하나님 자신이 역사하는 곳이다. 하나님은 자신의 사랑의 가르침을 전파하는 사람들을 통해 말하고, 너희는 이 말을 들어야 한다.

너희는 오류에 빠지는 일을 두려워할 필요가 없고, 너희를 진리에서 멀어지게 하려는 대적자의 세력을 두려워할 필요가 없다. 대신에 너희는 의심없이 하나님 자신이 진리를 주는 분으로 여길 수 있다. 왜냐면 빛이 있는 높은 곳에서 그들의 지식을 받은 사람들이 단지 사랑은 전할 수 있기 때문이다. 사랑은 신적인 기원을 가지고 있고, 하나님과 멀리 떨어진, 즉 사랑과는 거리가 먼 사람이나 또는 영적인 존재가 절대로 사랑의 말을 하지 않는다.

그러나 사랑을 가르치는 사람은 항상 빛이 있는 높은 곳과 연결되어 있고, 하나님 자신이 그의 입술에 말씀을 넣어줄 것이다. 이로써 말씀이 효력이 없게 되지 않게 한다. 왜냐면 사람이 사랑을 전하면, 그가 전하는 것이 하나님의 말씀이기 때문이다. 그러나 사람들은 단지 한가지에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 즉 단지 순수하고 이타적인 사랑이 하나님의 사랑이고, 반면에 요구하는 사랑은 하나님의 사랑이라고 주장할 수 없다는 것이다. 하나님의 사랑은 주기를 원하고, 하나님의 사랑의 가르침은 항상 하나님을 향한 사랑과 이웃을 향한 사랑을 행할 것을 명한다. 그러나 자기 사랑이 절대로 지나쳐서는 안 된다. 왜냐면 그러면 순수한 사랑이 사라지게 하는 욕망이 역사하기 때문이다.

잘못된 사랑은 항상 물질적인 것을 목표로 하고, 아직 성숙하지 못한 영적인 존재를 포함하고 있는 어떤 것을 소유하려고 노력한다. 그러므로 그런 일은 세상적이고, 이 땅의 재물을 향한 욕망에서, 육신의 삶의 행복을 증가시키기 위한 것이다. 그런 사랑이 신적인 사랑이 될 수 없다. 왜냐면 신적 사랑이 단지 하나님으로부터 나올 수 있는 것처럼, 신적인 사랑은 단지 하나님을 목표로 하기 때문이다. 자신의 감정을 양심적으로 살펴보는 일이 사람에게 세상적인 것을 향한 사랑이 하나님을 향한 사랑을 약화시키는 반면, 이타적이고 순수한 사랑은 하나님을 향한 사랑을 강하게 한다는 것을 확인시켜 줄 것이다. 그러므로 순수한 이타적인 사랑은 행복하게 할 것이다. 반면에 세상 사랑은 끊임없는 성취를 요구하는 욕망을 일으킨다.

빛이 있는 높은 곳에서 사랑이 계속해서 선물의 형태로 이 땅을 비춘다. 이런 선물은 혼이 영과 연합하여 빛이 있는 높은 곳으로 돌아갈 수 있도록 돕는 선물이다. 그러나 잘못된 사랑은 혼이 영을 떠나게 하고, 영이 깨어나고 성장하여 발전하는 일을 막고, 혼을 깊은 곳에 빠지게 한다. 잘못된 사랑은 이기적인 사랑이고, 사랑이라고 말할 수 없다. 왜냐면 그런 사랑은 신적인 사랑이 아니고, 자신에게 사랑이 없는, 그러므로 끊임없이 사랑을 무효화시키기 위해 역사하는 자의 특징이기 때문이다.

하나님은 자신의 말씀을 통해 사람들이 사랑으로 변화시키려고 노력한다. 하나님의 대적자는 세상을 통해 사랑을 자신을 위해 얻으려고 노력한다. 인간은 이제 자유의지로 하나님의 말씀에 귀를 기울이고, 이로써 하나님 가까이로 돌아 가기 위해 하나님의 사랑의 빛을 받을 수 있다. 그러나 인간이 그를 유혹하며 빛을 발하고, 인간의 사랑을 이기적인 사랑으로 바꾸는 세상에 빠질 수 있다. 그러면 그는 멈출 수 없게 사랑이 전혀 없는 자를 추구하게 된다._>아멘
