Bright heights.... selfless or inverted love....

God's voice sounds down to earth from bright heights, and love reigns in these high regions, and love speaks to people and tries to change them into love, because again only a soul which has become love can enter these bright heights. And therefore the soul has to be shown the path as to how it can shape itself into love, and God Himself shows it this path through His word.... Thus, wherever love is taught, wherever the human being is encouraged to act with love, wherever love for God and his neighbor is suggested to people, God Himself is at work there and He speaks through those who spread the divine teaching of love. And you should listen to them. You need not fear falling prey to error, you need not fear hostile forces which want to divert you from the truth but you can without doubt regard God Himself as the giver, because love can only be preached by people who receive their knowledge from the heights of light. Love is of divine origin and no human being or spiritual being will ever use words of love if he stands apart from God and is therefore far removed from love. Yet anyone who teaches love will always be in contact with bright heights, and God Himself will place the words into his mouth so that they will not remain without effect, for it is His word which the human being passes on if he preaches love. Yet people have to pay attention to one thing, that only pure, selfless love is divine, whereas craving love is not entitled to be addressed as divine love. Divine love wants to give, and the divine doctrine of love only ever commands love for God and one's neighbor, but love for oneself should never predominate because then desire sets in, which suffocates pure love....

Wrong love always has something material as its goal, it seeks to possess something which still contains immature spiritual substances and is therefore earthly, it arises from the desire for earthly goods, for increased well-being of the body.... And such love cannot be divine, for divine love only has God as its goal, just as it can only emanate from God. A conscientious examination of his feelings will confirm to the human being that love for earthly things diminishes love for God, whereas selfless, pure love strengthens love for God. And therefore pure, selfless love will make you happy, while earthly love triggers desires that call for constant fulfillment. Love continues to radiate down to earth from bright heights in the form of gifts which are intended to help the soul to unite with its spirit, i.e. to return to bright heights again. But wrong love separates the soul from the spirit, it prevents its awakening and development and thus pushes the soul into the abyss; it is a selfish love which should not be called love as such because it is not divine but the characteristic of the one who is without love and therefore tries to weaken love through constant activity. God tries to change people to love through His word. His adversary tries to appropriate this love through the world, the human being himself can now listen to God's word of his own free will and thus receive the divine emanation of love in order to return to God again through it. However, he can also fall prey to the world, which lures and shines with its false rays and turns the human being's love into selfish love; then he inexorably strives towards the one who is devoid of all love....

Alture luminose – L’amore altruistico o sbagliato

La Voce di Dio risuona sulla Terra da Alture luminose ed in queste alte regioni governa l’Amore e questo parla agli uomini e cerca di cambiarli nell’amore, perché in queste Alture luminose può entrare nuovamente soltanto un’anima diventata amore. E perciò all’anima dev’essere indicata la via, come si può formare nell’amore e questa via le indica Dio Stesso attraverso la Sua Parola. Dove quindi viene insegnato l’amore, dove l’uomo viene spinto all’agire d’amore, dove l’amore per Dio e per il prossimo viene sempre di nuovo portato vicino agli uomini, là Dio Stesso E’ all’Opera e parla attraverso coloro che diffondono la divina Dottrina dell’amore. E questa la dovete sentire. Non dovete temere di cadere nell’errore, non dovete temere delle forze nemiche che vi vogliono deviare dalla Verità, ma potete considerare senza dubbio Dio Stesso come il Donatore, perché solo l’amore può essere predicato agli uomini che ricevono il loro sapere da Alture luminose. L’amore è di origine divina e l’uomo o un essere spirituale non si serve mai di parole d’amore che stanno lontane da Dio, quindi che sono lontane dall’amore. Ma colui che insegna l’amore, starà sempre in collegamento con Alture luminose e Dio Stesso gli metterà la Parole in bocca affinché non rimangano senza effetto, perché è la Sua Parola che l’uomo dà oltre se predica l’amore. Ma gli uomini devono badare ad una cosa, che solo il puro amore altruistico è divino, mentre l’amore desideroso non ha il diritto di essere considerato come amore divino. L’amore divino vuole dare e la divina Dottrina dell’amore impone sempre soltanto amore per Dio e per il prossimo, ma l’amore di sè stesso non deve mai essere maggiore, perché allora subentra il desiderio che soffoca il puro amore. L’amore invertito ha per meta sempre qualcosa di materiale, cerca di possedere qualcosa che porta in sé ancora delle sostanze spirituali immature e perciò è terreno, sorge dal desiderio per beni terreni, per un aumentato ben vivere del corpo. Ed un tale amore non può essere divino, perché il divino amore ha per meta solamente Dio, come può anche solo procedere da Dio. Un esame coscienzioso dei propri sentimenti darà all’uomo la conferma che l’amore per il terreno diminuisce l’amore per Dio, mentre l’amore puro, altruistico rafforza l’amore per Dio. E perciò il puro amore altruistico renderà felice, mentre l’amore terreno fa scaturire delle bramosie che richiamano il costante esaudimento. L’Amore risplende continuamente da Alture luminose sulla Terra in forma di Doni che devono aiutare l’anima ad unirsi con il suo spirito, quindi di ritornare di nuovo in Alture luminose. L’amore sbagliato però separa l’anima dallo spirito, impedisce il suo risveglio ed il suo sviluppo e spinge quindi l’anima nell’abisso; è un amore egoistico che in sè non dovrebbe essere chiamato amore, perché non è divino, ma il segno di riconoscimento di colui che è senza amore e perciò cerca di indebolire l’amore nel costante agire. Dio tramite la Sua Parola cerca di cambiare gli uomini nell’amore. Il Suo avversario cerca di appropriarsi di questo amore attraverso il mondo, ora l’uomo nella libera volontà può dar ascolto alla Parola di Dio e così ricevere la divina Irradiazione dell’Amore, per ritornare così di nuovo vicino a Dio. Ma può anche cadere al mondo che con i suoi falsi raggi seduce e scintilla e fa diventare l’amore dell’uomo un amore dell’io; allora tende inarrestabilmente incontro a colui che è privo di qualsiasi amore.
