Confessing to the world....

It is God's will that all those who profess Him in their hearts should also do so before the world, that they should not be afraid to openly present themselves as His followers, that they should not allow themselves to be intimidated by threats but remain faithful to Him. For an open decision will be demanded and the believers are to draw strength from their faith to stand firm. And that is why God gives them His promises beforehand, He directs His word to earth in order to strengthen the faith of those who accept His word as a mission from above. He assures them of His protection when the world will turn against the believers, and He points them to the coming time in order to prepare the people who listen to His voice. But He demands of them that they do not betray and deny Him when the hour of decision has come, when the unbelievers use their power to take action against the believers, when they demand the surrender of everything that is people's spiritual property.... the surrender of faith in Jesus Christ, the divine redeemer. Then people should resist this demand, they should loudly and fearlessly confess whose side they are on, they should fight for their faith by speaking fearlessly as soon as the decision is demanded of them. They will indeed meet with incomprehension from the worldly people and their statements will be ridiculed and mocked, but this should not make the believers waver, it should rather increase their courage of conviction so that they test the strength of faith where the opportunity presents itself. For the unbelievers will, as it were, challenge them to prove the effectiveness of their faith, and for the sake of the souls which can still be won, the believers should not hesitate to prove it to them. For as long as they themselves are deep believers, they will not lack strength. They will accomplish things which clearly prove God's working because He Himself will now express Himself through the believers. And thus He wants people to stand up for Him and His name, for only in this way is it possible to convince the unbelievers who are not yet completely turned away from God. It is a special grace that God still comes to their aid in their inability to believe, but it requires people's cooperation so that the unbelievers are not forced to believe but can decide completely freely. And this is why God requires people to confess before the world, so that the strength of faith can visibly manifest itself and people can be offered the final opportunity to recognize God and His strength and power....

세상 앞에서 고백하는 일.

심장으로 하나님을 고백하는 모든 사람이 세상 앞에서도 두려워하지 않고 하나님을 고백하고, 위협을 받아도 겁을 먹지 않고, 하나님께 충실하게 머무는 하나님의 제자로써 공개적으로 자신을 나타내는 일이 바로 하나님의 뜻이다. 왜냐면 사람들이 공개적인 고백을 하도록 요구 받게 될 것이고, 믿는 사람들은 그들의 믿음에서 힘을 얻어, 굳게 서야 하기 때문이다. 그러므로 하나님은 이 전에 그들에게 약속을 했고, 자신의 말씀을 위에서 보내준 것으로 믿는 사람들의 믿음을 강하게 하기 위해 자신의 말씀을 이 땅으로 전해준다. 하나님은 세상이 믿는 사람들을 대적하게 되면, 믿는 사람들에게 자신의 보호를 보장하고, 자신의 음성을 듣는 사람들을 준비시키기 위해 이 땅에 다가올 일을 알려준다.

그러나 결단의 시간이 되었을 때, 불신자들이 그들의 권세를 신자들을 대적하는 일에 사용할 때, 사람이 가진 영적인 모든 재물을 포기할 것을 요구하고, 하나님의 구세주 예수 그리스도를 믿는 믿음을 포기하라고 요구할 때, 하나님은 신자들이 자신을 배신하지 말고, 하나님을 부인하지 말 것을 요구한다. 그러면 사람들은 이런 요구에 저항해야 하고, 자신이 어느 편에 섰는지 큰 소리로 두려움 없이 고백해야 한다. 이로써 그들은 그들에게 결정을 요구하면, 두려움없이 말함으로써 그들의 믿음을 위해 싸워야 한다.

그들은 실제 세상 사람들의 이해를 받지 못하는 일에 직면하게 될 것이고, 그들의 행하는 일은 비웃음을 받고 조롱을 받게 될 것이다. 그러나 이런 일이 신자들을 흔들리게 해서는 안 된다. 오히려 믿음을 고백할 용기를 키워야 한다. 이로써 그들이 기회가 있는 곳에서 믿음의 힘을 시험해야 한다. 왜냐면 믿지 않는 사람들이 믿는 사람들에게 어떤 의미에서 그들의 믿음의 효과를 증명하라는 도전을 할 것이기 때문이다. 믿는 사람들은 아직 얻을 수 있는 혼들을 위해 주저하지 말고 그들에게 증거를 줘야 한다. 왜냐면 믿는 사람들 자신에게 깊은 믿음이 있다면, 그들에게 힘이 부족하지 않을 것이기 때문이다. 믿는 사람들은 하나님의 역사를 분명하게 증명하는 일을 행할 것이다. 왜냐면 하나님 자신이 이제 믿는 사람들을 통해 자신을 표현하기 때문이다.

다시 말해 하나님은 사람들이 자신과 자신의 이름을 위해 나서기를 원한다. 왜냐면 이로써 아직 하나님께 완전히 돌이키지 않은 불신자들에게 확신을 줄 수 있기 때문이다. 하나님이 무기력한 그들이 믿음에 도달하도록 돕는 일은 특별한 은혜이다. 그러나 믿지 않는 사람들의 동참을 요구한다. 이로써 불신자가 강제로 신자가 되는 것이 아니라, 전적인 자유로 결정할 수 있다. 그러므로 하나님은 사람들에게 세상 앞에 고백하라는 요구를 한다. 이로써 믿음의 힘이 볼 수 있게 나타나게 하고, 사람들이 하나님과 하나님의 힘과 권세를 깨달을 수 있는 마지막 가능성을 제공한다._>아멘
