Intercession and answering....

Pray to the working of the Spirit, who introduces you to all truth.... And where a doubt oppresses your heart, where a question arises in you, there consult the spirit within you.... i.e., ask God for enlightenment through the power of His spirit, and you will receive clarification and be instructed according to the truth.... The hardship on earth is indescribably great, there is almost no human being who remains untouched by it; however, earthly hardship is only minor compared to spiritual hardship, the effects of which are not obvious to people and which they therefore take little or no account of. Earthly hardship is limited because every person's earthly life is only of very short duration as soon as the standard is applied to the infinitely long time in eternity, where an imperfect soul languishes in the bonds of darkness. And God wants to avert these torments from the soul through earthly hardship, He wants to purify the soul while it is still on earth in order to spare it the much more bitter suffering in the beyond. God can certainly spare humanity on earth, but this would be a lack of love which the souls would feel painfully in the beyond, just as, conversely, the souls will one day look back with gratitude on the time of suffering on earth which spared them unspeakable suffering in the beyond. For suffering on earth should lead people to knowledge, suffering on earth should make people seek contact with God and cause their will to lead their life on earth in a way that is pleasing to God.... Only then can the suffering be removed from them. The spiritual adversity must therefore first be remedied before God can avert the earthly adversity from people. And this spiritual hardship must be the reason for intercession.... Recognizing this spiritual adversity and its consequences people have to pray for misguided people; they have to ask God for strength and grace for them so that they come to recognize their plight and strive towards the light of their own free will. For earthly adversity is a grace for these people which is intended to bring about this very realization. People are easily inclined to believe that earthly suffering is a punishment for people who do not live in accordance with God's will. And this is why they ask God for mercy, they ask for an end to their earthly hardship, for a shortening of their state of suffering and thus, to a certain extent, for averting the means of grace which, after all, are intended to help people achieve spiritual maturity. Admittedly, their love for their fellow human beings determines them to make such intercession, yet this should only apply to people's spiritual well-being, then they will prove their profound love for them, and then God can also answer the prayer by sending them more graces so that they can gain knowledge more easily. But He cannot eliminate the freedom of will. People themselves must have the will to take the right path before God, only then will intercession bring them the blessing that they will be enlightened and that their suffering on earth will not be in vain....

Fürbitte und Erhörung....

Gebet euch dem Wirken des Geistes hin, der euch einführt in alle Wahrheit.... Und wo ein Zweifel euer Herz bedrückt, wo eine Frage in euch auftauchet, dort ziehet den Geist in euch zu Rate.... d.h., bittet Gott um Erleuchtung durch die Kraft Seines Geistes, und ihr werdet Aufklärung erhalten und belehrt werden der Wahrheit gemäß.... Es ist die Not auf Erden unbeschreiblich groß, es ist fast kein Mensch, der unberührt davon bleibt; es ist aber die irdische Not nur gering, gemessen an der geistigen Not, deren Auswirkung dem Menschen nicht offensichtlich ist und die er darum wenig oder gar nicht in Betracht zieht. Es ist die irdische Not begrenzt, weil das Erdenleben für jeden Menschen nur von ganz kurzer Dauer ist, sowie der Maßstab angelegt wird an der endlos langen Zeit in der Ewigkeit, wo eine unvollkommene Seele in den Banden der Finsternis schmachtet. Und diese Qualen will Gott durch die irdische Not von der Seele abwenden, Er will die Seele läutern noch auf Erden, um ihr das viel bitterere Leid im Jenseits zu ersparen. Wohl kann Gott die Menschheit auf Erden verschonen, doch es wäre dies ein Mangel an Liebe, den die Seelen im Jenseits schmerzlich empfinden würden, wie umgekehrt die Seelen dereinst von Dank erfüllt auf die Leidenszeit auf Erden zurückblicken, die ihnen unsägliches Leid im Jenseits erspart hat. Denn das Leid auf Erden soll die Menschen zur Erkenntnis führen, das Leid auf Erden soll die Menschen Verbindung suchen lassen mit Gott und ihren Willen veranlassen, das Erdenleben Gott-wohlgefällig zu führen.... Dann erst kann das Leid von ihnen genommen werden. Die geistige Not muß also erst behoben werden, bevor Gott die irdische Not von den Menschen abwenden kann. Und diese geistige Not muß Anlaß sein zur Fürbitte.... Es müssen die Menschen im Erkennen dieser geistigen Not und ihrer Folgen beten für die irregeleiteten Menschen; sie müssen Gott um Kraft und Gnade bitten für diese, auf daß sie zum Erkennen ihrer Notlage kommen und aus freiem Willen dem Licht zustreben. Denn die irdische Not ist für diese Menschen eine Gnade, die ebendiese Erkenntnis bewirken soll. Es ist der Mensch leicht geneigt, zu glauben, daß das Erdenleid eine Strafe sei für die Menschen, die nicht dem Willen Gottes gemäß leben. Und darum bitten sie Gott um Erbarmen, sie bitten um Beendigung der irdischen Nöte, um Verkürzung des Leidenszustandes und also gewissermaßen um Abwendung der Gnadenmittel, die doch den Menschen zur seelischen Reife verhelfen sollen. Zwar bestimmt die Liebe zum Mitmenschen sie zu solcher Fürbitte, doch diese soll nur dem geistigen Wohl der Menschen gelten, dann beweisen sie ihre tiefe Liebe zu diesen, und dann kann Gott das Gebet auch erhören, indem Er jenen in vermehrtem Maße Gnaden zugehen läßt, auf daß sie leichter zum Erkennen kommen können. Doch die Freiheit des Willens kann Er nicht ausschalten. Es müssen die Menschen selbst den Willen haben, den vor Gott rechten Weg einzuschlagen, dann erst trägt ihnen die Fürbitte den Segen ein, daß es in ihnen Licht wird und daß das Leid auf Erden nicht vergeblich ist....
