The task of God's servants.... strength of faith before....

The task that still lies ahead of you, which you have offered yourselves to God for service, will be made known to you when your work for the lord is necessary. But first you have to become strong in faith yourselves, you still have to withstand many temptations which will be given to you by the world. And you must become knowledgeable yourselves in order to then be able to pass on the knowledge to people who are still blind in spirit. Your special task is to preach the word of God, to teach people love, to persuade them to believe and to confirm your words through extraordinary work.... For God Himself wants to make use of your shell in order to reveal Himself to humanity. People should learn to recognize what the strength of faith can do, they should see that God's word is truth, that the human being can accomplish extraordinary things as soon as he desires God's support, i.e. is in closest union with God through a way of life which is pleasing to Him. They should learn to recognize the value of true faith, which makes people free and cheerful because they are no longer attached to earthly possessions, because they have recognized their transience and because striving for spiritual possessions has become their highest purpose in life. And you have to prove this faith to your fellow human beings, you have to believe so deeply yourselves that nothing can make you waver. And this will be necessary because you will be harassed for the sake of your faith, you will be reviled and people will want to prevent you from working for God. Yet even then the strength of faith will prove itself, for you will fear nothing that threatens you from the world because you know that God Himself protects you, that under His protection you are immune to all attacks of the world.... against threats of earthly violence. For God needs you as His fighters, He has given you the task of standing up for His word before the world and He trains you for this ministry beforehand.... But your work will only begin after the divine intervention, when people will need comfort and encouragement and when they are to be taught the faith they lack. Difficult times will precede your work and you will often need divine strength yourselves so that you will become strong and inwardly mature for your task. Yet God will stand by you, He will protect those who want to serve Him and His strength will constantly flow to you as soon as you take refuge in Him. For there are only a few who consciously place themselves at God's service and these few can always be sure of His help.... He stands by them in every danger and He guides them on all paths so that they reach the right goal.... Thus they will also fulfil the task according to His will which is given to them for the sake of the salvation of their fellow human beings....

Aufgabe der Diener Gottes.... Stärke des Glaubens zuvor....

Welche Aufgabe euch noch bevorsteht, die ihr euch Gott zum Dienst angeboten habt, das wird euch kundgetan werden, so euer Wirken für den Herrn nötig ist. Zuvor aber müsset ihr selbst stark werden im Glauben, ihr müsset noch vielen Anfechtungen standhalten, die euch von der Welt beschieden sein werden. Und ihr müsset selbst wissend werden, um dann das Wissen weitergeben zu können den Menschen, die noch blind sind im Geiste. Eure besondere Aufgabe ist es, das Wort Gottes zu predigen, den Menschen die Liebe zu lehren, sie zum Glauben zu bewegen und eure Worte zu bekräftigen durch außergewöhnliches Wirken.... Denn Gott Selbst will Sich eurer Hülle bedienen, um Sich der Menschheit zu offenbaren. Es sollen die Menschen erkennen lernen, was die Kraft des Glaubens vermag, sie sollen sehen, daß Gottes Wort Wahrheit ist, daß der Mensch Außergewöhnliches vollbringen kann, sowie er Gottes Unterstützung begehrt, d.h. in engstem Verband steht mit Gott durch einen Ihm wohlgefälligen Lebenswandel. Sie sollen den Wert eines rechten Glaubens erkennen lernen, der die Menschen frei und heiter macht, weil sie nicht mehr an irdischen Gütern hängen, weil sie deren Vergänglichkeit erkannt haben und weil ihnen das Streben nach geistigem Gut höchster Lebenszweck geworden ist. Und diesen Glauben müsset ihr den Mitmenschen beweisen, ihr müsset selbst so tief gläubig sein, daß nichts euch wankend machen kann. Und dies wird nötig sein, denn ihr werdet bedrängt werden um eures Glaubens willen, ihr werdet geschmäht werden, und man wird euch hindern wollen, für Gott tätig zu sein. Doch auch dann wird sich die Kraft des Glaubens bewähren, denn ihr werdet nichts fürchten, was euch von der Welt droht, weil ihr wisset, daß Gott Selbst euch schützt, daß ihr unter Seinem Schutz gefeit seid gegen alle Angriffe der Welt.... gegen Drohungen der irdischen Gewalt. Denn Gott benötigt euch als Seine Streiter, Er hat euch die Aufgabe zugedacht, für Sein Wort vor der Welt einzutreten, und Er bildet euch zuvor für dieses Amt aus.... Doch euer Wirken beginnt erst nach dem göttlichen Eingriff, wenn die Menschen Trost und Zuspruch gebrauchen werden und wenn ihnen der Glaube gelehrt werden soll, der ihnen mangelt. Es werden schlimme Zeiten eurem Wirken vorangehen, und ihr werdet die göttliche Kraft selbst oft benötigen, auf daß ihr stark werdet und innerlich reifet für eure Aufgabe. Doch Gott steht euch bei, Er schützet, die Ihm dienen wollen, und Seine Kraft strömet euch ständig zu, sowie ihr eure Zuflucht zu Ihm nehmet. Denn es sind nur wenige, die bewußt sich in den Dienst Gottes stellen, und diese wenigen können Seiner Hilfe ständig gewiß sein.... Er steht ihnen in jeder Gefahr zur Seite, und Er führet sie auf allen Wegen, daß sie das rechte Ziel erreichen.... Also werden sie auch die Aufgabe erfüllen nach Seinem Willen, die ihnen gestellt ist um des Seelenheils der Mitmenschen willen....
