Light.... love activity.... higher development....

Man's degree of love is decisive for his spiritual higher development both on earth and in the beyond. Higher development is an increase in wisdom and strength, thus the life of love, i.e. a life of active love, must bring knowledge and strength to the being.... the being must become the recipient of light and strength from God and thus be in the circuit of God's emanation of love, Who is light and strength in Himself. Thus the activity of love will only have a purely spiritual effect, no earthly success can be recorded, but only the soul is the recipient of the goods which the life of love brings in. Consequently, these possessions are also the soul's share in the beyond, and the soul's degree of maturity depends on the abundance of possessions which the human being has acquired on earth and takes with him into the kingdom of the beyond. For if the soul has received much, if it has great wealth to record, then it will also be able to distribute accordingly.... it stands in the light itself and can let the light radiate, i.e. pass on light and strength for its own happiness. And again, this is an activity of love that brings it an increased degree of maturity, and so the soul strives ever higher, in the light towards the primordial light.... The abundance of light accessible to it is incomprehensible to the human being, yet light is the epitome of the spiritual kingdom which has God-connected beings as its inhabitants.... And it is God's immense grace that people on earth are already allowed to participate in this abundance of light, that they can receive light and strength if they are willing and open their hearts, that the light flows to them in the form of knowledge and this in turn gives them the strength to develop themselves upwards, i.e., to be able to work with increased love....

빛. 사랑을 행하는 일. 높이 성장하는 일.

이 땅과 저세상 모든 곳에서 영적으로 더 높은 성장을 위해 인간의 사랑의 정도가 결정적인 역활을 한다. 더 높이 성장하는 일은 지혜와 힘의 증가되는 일이고, 그러므로 사랑의 삶이, 즉 사람을 행하는 삶이 존재에게 지식과 힘을 줘야만 하고, 존재는 하나님으로부터 빛과 능력을 받는 존재가 되어야만 한다. 그러므로 그는 자체가 빛이요 능력인 하나님의 사랑의 발산의 흐름 안에 서게 되야만 한다. 그러므로 사랑을 행하는 일은 단지 순전히 영적인 효과를 나타낼 것이다. 세상적인 성공에는 도달할 수 없게 될 것이고, 단지 혼이 사랑의 삶이 가져 오는 재물을 받게 될 것이다.

결과적으로 혼의 재물은 저세상에 속한 것이고, 혼의 성숙도는 인간이 이 땅에서 얻어, 저세상으로 가져가는 재물의 풍성한 정도에 달려 있다. 왜냐면 혼이 많이 받았다면, 혼은 많은 부를 갖게 되고, 혼은 또한 그에 따라 분배할 수 있기 때문이다. 혼 자신이 빛 안에 서고, 빛을 비출 수 있게 된다. 다시 말해 자신의 행복을 위해 빛과 힘을 전할 수 있게 된다. 이런 일이 다시 너희에게 영적인 성숙의 정도를 높여주는 사랑을 행하는 일이다. 이렇게 혼은 항상 더 높은 곳을 추구하고, 빛 가운데 원래의 빛을 추구한다.

어떤 충만 한 빛에 너희가 도달하게 되는 지를 사람이 이해할 수 없다. 그러나 빛은 하나님과 연결된 존재가 거주하는 영의 나라의 기본적인 요소이다. 사람들이 이 땅에서 이미 이런 풍성한 빛에 참여할 수 있게 되는 일은, 그들이 자원하여 그들의 심장을 열고 지식의 형태로 그들에게 흐르고, 이런 지식이 다시 그들에게 자신을 높이 성장시키기 위한 힘을 받을 수 있게 하는 일은, 다시 말해 증가된 사랑을 행하는 일을 할 수 있게 되는 일은, 아주 큰 하나님의 은혜이다.
