Relationship of man to God as of child to father....

The relationship between man and God should be the same as the relationship between a child and its father. Then the child's love is the driving force to do what the father asks, and then the father can also consider his child as a loving father does. The child should come to the father in the most faithful trust and present his needs to him in the firm confidence that he will be helped, because a good father does not leave his child in need and misery and is always ready to help. This intimate relationship with God presupposes faith in a loving being, in Whose power it lies to avert all evil from man, and God blesses such faith by not leaving unfulfilled the prayer that is sent to Him in such faith. The more heartfelt the child's devotion to His father is, the more lovingly the father will take care of the child, for the human being has now established the original relationship of his own accord, of his own free will; he has fulfilled the purpose of earthly life by bridging the separation from God, as the original spirit from which he emerged, and by God's grace he has placed himself into a state which will result in his union with God as soon as he leaves earthly life. And this can only be achieved by consciously recognizing and voluntarily submitting to a power Which inclines Itself towards earthly people in fatherly love. The relationship between child and father must be established because this was the original relationship in which the being that emerged from God was free and unimaginably happy....

Le rapport de l'homme envers Dieu comme un fils envers son père

Le rapport de l'homme envers Dieu doit être égal au rapport du fils envers le père. Alors l'amour enfantin est la force de poussée pour faire ce qu'exige le Père et alors le Père peut pourvoir Son fils comme le ferait un père affectueux. Le fils doit venir au Père dans la confiance et la foi la plus grande et Lui présenter sa misère avec la ferme confiance d'être aidé, parce qu'un bon père ne laisse pas son fils dans la misère et dans le besoin et est toujours prêt à l’aider. Cet intime rapport envers Dieu suppose la foi dans un Être affectueux et dont la Puissance veut éviter à l'homme tout mal et Dieu bénit une telle foi en ne laissant pas inécoutée la prière qui Lui est envoyée dans une telle foi. Plus la dévotion du fils envers son Père est grande, plus affectueusement le Père prendra soin du fils, parce que l'homme a établi le rapport primordial par sa propre poussée, par sa libre volonté ; il s'est acquitté du but de la vie terrestre en jetant un pont sur la séparation de Dieu, de l'Esprit UR dont il est procédé et à travers la Grâce de Dieu il s’est mis lui-même dans un état qui lui procure l'unification avec Dieu dès qu'il abandonne la vie terrestre. Et cela peut être obtenu seulement à travers la reconnaissance consciente et la libre soumission à la Puissance qui s’abaisse vers l'homme terrestre dans un Amour Paternel. Il doit être rétabli le rapport de fils au Père, parce que celui-ci était le rapport primordial dans lequel l'être procédé de Dieu était libre et inconcevablement heureux.
