Love is the key to truth....

Activity of love inevitably results in realisation, and thus actions of love are the only way to truth. This is what the earthly children need to know first and foremost. They will never ever attain the truth in any other way. If they receive knowledge which appears acceptable to them without actively living a life of love, then it will be a work of deception by Satan, or, if they are offered the truth, they will not recognise it as such and thus reject it. The pure truth will indeed be offered to many yet dismissed precisely because people are lacking love.... But people like that cling to falsehood with tenacity and it is impossible to explain to them that they are mistaken, that they are being led astray by wrong teachings. Love is the key to truth, without it the access remains blocked....

Truth, however, is everything that comes from God.... Truth cannot be intellectually ascertained but is received from God through the heart. The human being can certainly receive the truth mentally, yet then he will always experience the desire for God.... This desire, however, is love and love takes effect in deeds of selfless neighbourly love.... Only this testifies to love of God. And then the person will think correctly, that is, the thoughts he receives will correspond to the truth. They arise from the heart even though the person believes himself to have reached an intellectual conclusion. But an unloving person's thoughts will never correspond to truth, for then truth-fighting forces will exercise a strong influence on such people's thinking, since through their lack of love they open their hearts to such forces, thus they gain access and use their power by confusing people's thinking.

God is truth, God is love.... one without the other is unthinkable. Consequently, there can only be truth where there is love.... Countless errors have come into the world due to people's heartlessness, and the truth has been displaced. It can only spread amongst humanity again if it changes itself to love, and therefore love has to be cultivated first before a person can attain realisation. All studies are futile if a person lacks love, for whatever knowledge he gains thereby.... will either not correspond to the truth or it is dead knowledge, in as much as it will not further the soul's higher development as long as it does not affect the heart, as long as it does not result in an activity of love. And this is why all spiritual knowledge has to be assessed by the guideline of love.... it has to flow from a helpful heart and teach helpful activity in turn, then it will be truth, and God Himself will be the source of such knowledge....

El amor es la llave a la Verdad

El obrar en amor arrastra sin falta tras sí el conocimiento, y de este modo, el único camino a la Verdad es la actividad en el amor. Esto es lo primero que tienen que saber los hijos de la tierra. Por otro camino no llegarán jamás a la Verdad. Un saber que les llega, pareciéndole a ellos que es aceptable, sin que ellos actúen en su vída en amor, es entonces una fantasmagoría de Satanás, o, si se les ofrece la Verdad, la rechazan por no reconocerla como tal. La pura Verdad se les ofrece bien a muchos, pero precísamente por eso no la reciben, no la admiten, porque a los hombres les falta el amor. Mas al engano y mentira se agarran díchos hombres con una tenacidad que no se les puede poner en claro que caminan por camino errado, que a causa de enseñanzas falsas están engañados. El amor es la llave a la Verdad, sin él está obstruído el acceso.

Verdad es todo lo que viene de Dios. La Verdad no puede ser averiguada intelectualmente, sino por el camino del corazón recibida de (por) Dios. El hombre bien puede recibir la Verdad ídeológicamente, pero en ese caso él (el hombre) estará siempre en el anhelo vivo hacía Dios. Este anhelar es amor, sin embargo, y el amor repercute en obras de amor desinteresado al prójimo. Este atestigua el amor a Dios. Y entonces el hombre se encuentra en un modo justo y verdadero de pensar, es decír, los pensamientos que le vienen ahora, corresponden a la Verdad. Han nacido del corazón, aunque el hombre se crea que ha llegado a ese resultado intelectualmente. Mas un hombre sin amor, no llegará jamás a lograr que sus pensamientos correspondan a la Verdad, pues las fuerzas que combaten la Verdad (espíritus malignos) tienen una fuerte influencía en el pensamiento de dichos hombres, porque estos abren su corazón a tales fuerzas por su falta de amor y tienen así acceso en él y ahora aprovechan su poder confundiendo el pensamiento del hombre. Dios es la Verdad. Dios es el Amor. Uno sin el otro es imposible concebir. Por consiguiente sólo puede estar la Verdad, donde está el Amor. Innumerables herejías han venido al mundo por la falta de cariño de los hombres, y la Verdad ha sido suprimida. Ella puede tener otra vez cabida (lugar) entre la humanidad, si ésta camina en el amor, y por eso tiene que ser cultivado el amor primero, antes que el hombre pueda llegar al conocimiento (cognición): Si al hombre le falta el amor, es en vano toda clase de estudio, pues el saber que se apropía a través de él, o no corresponde a la Verdad, o es un saber muerto, por no contribuir al desarrollo superíor del alma, mientras el corazón no se sienta afectado de él, así que no repercute en la actividad en el amor. Y por eso ha de ser medido todo saber con la medida del amor. Tiene que afluir del corazón activo en el amor y que eduque de nuevo a la actividad en el amor, entonces será "Verdad", y Dios Mismo será el manantial de semejante saber.
