Overcoming oneself.... refinement of the being....

Without overcoming himself the human being cannot ascend, for only the human being who overcomes himself, who constantly fights against the ignoble in his nature, will shape himself such that he can approach the eternal deity and partake of His love and grace. He has to carry out the changes of his nature himself, he has to work on himself and thus take care of the reorganization of his soul, only then will the spirit from God be able to unite with the soul. But once this moment has occurred, when the union of soul and spirit has taken place, then the working of the spirit can also be clearly recognized.... Then the spirit in the human being drives him to lively activity for God.... Man's endeavours are now constantly directed towards the spiritual realm, while earthly life has lost its attraction for him. Although he still carries out earthly activities, his creative urge is directed towards the expansion of God's kingdom on earth, and it is his activity for this kingdom that gives him inner satisfaction. Spiritual work has now become his purpose in life, and he now also recognizes the necessity of this for his fellow human beings. What he has recognized as a treasure he now also tries to convey to his fellow human beings, and this undertaking requires perseverance and strength of resistance and can therefore only be carried out by a person who is serious about serving God, who recognizes the hardship of his fellow human beings, who is aware of their great distance from God and wants to remedy this situation. And his willingness to serve is accepted by God, it testifies to his love for God and his fellow human beings. But it will only be successful when the spirit of God is at work in the person, for only then will he be able to help his fellow human being in an enlightening way, otherwise he will be unable to give anything that will benefit him. For only the truth will benefit him again and therefore the one who wants to give must be in the knowledge. But this knowledge is imparted to him by the spirit from God so that he can now pass it on to those who want to receive it. Only then do they likewise begin to mould themselves according to God's will, to change their nature and to make themselves receptive to the spirit from God. For all higher development must be preceded by the transformation of the innermost being, without this the maturing of the soul is not possible....

L'autodépassement - l'ennoblissement de l'être

Sans autodépassement l'homme ne peut pas arriver en haut, parce que seulement l'homme qui se surmonte lui-même, qui combat constamment contre ce qui est bas dans son être, se formera de sorte qu’il puisse s'approcher de l'éternelle Divinité et participer à Son Amour et à Sa Grâce. Lui-même doit exécuter le changement de son être, il doit travailler sur lui et donc soigner la transformation de son âme, seulement alors l'esprit de Dieu pourra s'unir avec l'âme. Mais lorsque cet instant surgit, lorsqu’à eu lieu l'unification de l'âme et de l'esprit, alors l’action de l'esprit est clairement reconnaissable. Alors l'esprit dans l'homme le pousse à une vive activité pour Dieu. La tendance de l'homme est tournée maintenant exclusivement vers le Royaume spirituel, tandis que la vie terrestre a perdu pour lui tous ses charmes. Même s’il exécute encore l'activité terrestre, sa poussée vers l’action est tournée vers l'agrandissement du Royaume de Dieu sur la Terre et seulement l'activité pour cela lui donne la satisfaction intérieure. Maintenant le travail spirituel est devenu le contenu de sa vie, et maintenant il reconnaît aussi la nécessité de celui-ci pour le prochain. Ce qu’il a reconnu comme étant précieux il cherche maintenant aussi à le transmettre au prochain, et cette intention demande persévérance et force de résistance et donc elle peut être exécutée seulement par un homme qui entend sérieusement servir Dieu, qui reconnaît la misère du prochain, car il connait leur grande distance de Dieu et voudrait suspendre cet état. Et cette disponibilité de servir est acceptée par Dieu, elle témoigne de l'amour pour Dieu et pour le prochain. Mais il pourra réussir seulement lorsque l'esprit de Dieu agit dans l'homme, parce que seulement alors celui-ci est capable de pouvoir aider le prochain avec des explications, autrement il ne peut donner rien de ce qui sert à l'autre. Parce que pour celui-ci seulement la Vérité sera acceptable et donc celui qui veut donner, doit être dans le savoir. Mais ce savoir lui est transmis par l'esprit de Dieu de manière que maintenant il puisse guider ceux qui veulent l'accueillir. Seulement alors ces derniers commencent à se former selon la Volonté de Dieu, changer leur être et se rendre réceptifs pour l'esprit de Dieu. Parce que chaque transformation de l'être le plus intérieur doit être précédée d’un développement vers le Haut, sans celle-ci un mûrissement de l'âme n'est pas possible.
