Right relationship and living connection.... externalities....

Being seized by God's love and considered with His grace always eliminates erroneous human thinking. The human being's will must first have recognizably turned away from God so that he falls into disgrace, only then is it possible for untruth to take possession of his thinking. However, as long as a person's will only strives for what is right, as long as he fears God as a righteous judge and always endeavours to live for His pleasure, the gates are closed to untruth; it will not find a heart willing to receive it, and in this realization everything that is conveyed from above to a person who is visibly in God's grace may be accepted as purest truth. God loves all His children and wants to protect them from untruth, yet they mostly withdraw themselves from His protection through their willingness to be God's adversary. However, if a child consciously submits to the father, trustingly surrenders to Him, desires His love, His grace and the truth, the father will truly not leave this child unprotected.... For this is the right relationship of the child to the father, which God wants to be established between His earthly children and Himself. This contact between the child and Him is free of outward appearances, it is the living connection which the human being enters into with God and an extremely beneficial act of will which is far more valuable than customs and traditions introduced by people which are intended to feign true worship of God and yet prevent people from entering into heartfelt and sincere contact with Him. For an intimate connection with God requires seclusion from the world, it requires a complete detachment from everything earthly.... Man must go into his innermost being, free and unhindered by external influences, and now pray very fervently: "Father, here I am.... take hold of me with Your love and grace and let me be blessed in You...." Every external influence, to which the human mind is still receptive, makes such an intimate connection impossible, because the human mind remains turned towards the world. He sees and hears things that belong to the world but which do not touch the innermost essence of God, even though they are supposed to visualize Him. And this focussing of the senses on outward appearances turns the union with God into an empty form. The human being believes himself to be connected to God when he attends actions that have nothing to do with the deep inner worship of God, and he loses the desire for a truly inner union with God, and this is a great danger for him....

Il giusto rapporto ed il vivo collegamento - Le esteriorità

Essere afferrato dall’Amore di Dio e venir provveduto con la Sua Grazia, esclude sempre un pensare umano errato. La volontà dell’uomo deve dapprima essersi allontanata in modo riconoscibile da Dio per cadere in disgrazia, solo allora è possibile che la non-verità prenda possesso del suo pensare. Ma finché la volontà dell’uomo tende solo al giusto, finché teme Dio come un giusto Giudice e si sforza sempre di vivere per il Suo Compiacimento, fino ad allora le porte per la non-verità sono chiuse; non trova nessun cuore disposto ad accoglierla, ed in questa conoscenza può essere accettato come purissima Verità tutto ciò che viene trasmetto dall’Alto ad un uomo che è visibilmente per la Grazia di Dio. Egli ama tutti i Suoi figli e li vorrebbe proteggere dalla non-verità, ma si sottraggono loro stessi quasi sempre alla Sua Protezione attraverso la loro disponibilità per l’avversario di Dio. Ma quando un figlio si sottomette coscientemente al Padre, si dà fiducioso a Lui, desidera il Suo Amore, la Sua Grazia e la Verità, allora il Padre non lascia davvero non protetto questo figlio. Perché questo è il giusto rapporto del figlio verso il Padre, che Dio vuole saper stabilito fra i Suoi figli terreni e Sé Stesso. Questa frequentazione del figlio con Lui, è libera da esteriorità, è il vivo collegamento che unisce l’uomo con Dio ed un atto di Benedizione della volontà che è molto più prezioso che gli usi e costumi introdotti da uomini, che devono fingere vera adorazione per Dio ed ostacolano comunque gli uomini ad entrare intimamente e sinceramente in contatto con Lui. Perchè l’intimo collegamento con Dio richiede l’escludersi dal mondo, richiede un totale distacco da tutto il terreno. L’uomo deve entrare nel suo interiore, libero e non impedito da influenze esterne, ed ora pregare molto intimamente: “Padre, eccomi, afferrami con il Tuo Amore e Grazia e lasciami diventare beato in Te.... “ Ogni influenza dall’esterno, per la quale il senso dell’uomo è ancora ricettivo, rende impossibile un tale intimo collegamento, perché il pensare dell’uomo rimane rivolto al mondo. Vede e nota cose che appartengono al mondo, che però non toccano l’essere più intimo di Dio, benché Lo devono rappresentare. E questa guida dei sensi alle esteriorità rende l’unificazione con Dio una formalità vuota. L’uomo si crede unito con Dio, quando assiste ad azioni che non hanno nulla a che fare con la profonda intima adorazione di Dio, e l’uomo perde il desiderio per la vera intima unificazione con Dio e questo è un grande pericolo per lui.
