Spiritual rebirth.... mediator.... task

The moment of spiritual rebirth is immensely uplifting for the soul and yet only slightly perceptible to the body, since spiritual rebirth is a union of the soul with the spirit within itself and signifies a separation from the body. The body has little part in this act of union and therefore this is often very difficult as long as the body has not yet become still, i.e. as long as it still puts up a certain resistance to the soul if it wants to enter into this union with the spirit. And yet heartfelt prayer gives the soul the strength to carry out its will. And prayer should therefore be used as an antidote when the body's desire is too strong and the soul threatens to become weak. The spirit in the human being also struggles for the soul and would like to bring it the delights of union, and if the soul then does not comply with its urging, the body gains the upper hand and its desire is fulfilled.... The spirit in man cannot force the soul, just as the body cannot exert any compulsion on it. It is up to the soul what it chooses. The decision in favour of the spirit, however, earns the soul a spiritual reward, whereas only earthly rewards await the soul if it decides in favour of the body. The spiritual reward is a total transformation of its thinking, eternal truth and knowledge, i.e. light.... The earthly reward is the goods of this world, which are impermanent and transient with the physical death of man. The person who is born again in the spirit no longer needs to fear earthly death, for his life lasts forever and he only lays down the earthly body in order to enter eternal life without any outer shell. He is therefore reborn into a new life in which there is no more death. However, the rebirth of the spirit excludes earthly pleasures and worldly enjoyment, because spirit and body cannot be considered at the same time. The soul can only decide in favour of one or the other. He who is therefore only worldly-minded will never be able to speak of the rebirth of the spirit. He must avoid everything worldly and completely separate himself from it in his heart, only then can the soul enter into union with the spirit, and the complete fusion of both results in rebirth, which is unimaginably blissful because it makes the human being worthy of receiving the wisdom from God, because it makes him a bearer of light and consequently a link between God and people. To be able to be a mediator who is allowed to announce the divine will to fellow human beings is a grace of utmost importance and associated with a task whose fulfilment again guarantees highest maturity of soul, and again only few people make themselves worthy of this grace, and only few people offer themselves to God for service and ask Him for an earthly task for the benefit of fellow human beings. But God provides these few with His love and grace in abundance, and they may request this grace and love at any time.... God will always listen to their requests and provide them with strength so that they are able to fulfil their task, so that the power of the spirit may work in them for the blessing of humanity....

Geistige Wiedergeburt.... Mittler.... Aufgabe

Der Moment der geistigen Wiedergeburt ist ungemein erhebend für die Seele und doch dem Körper nur wenig spürbar, da die geistige Wiedergeburt eine Vereinigung der Seele mit dem Geist in sich ist und ein Trennen vom Körper bedeutet. Es hat der Körper wenig Anteil an diesem Akt der Vereinigung, und daher ist dies oft sehr schwer, solange der Körper noch nicht still geworden ist, d.h., solange er noch einen gewissen Widerstand der Seele entgegensetzt, so sie diese Vereinigung mit dem Geist eingehen will. Und doch gibt inniges Gebet der Seele die Kraft, ihren Willen zur Ausführung zu bringen. Und es soll das Gebet daher als Gegenmittel angewandt werden, wenn das Verlangen des Körpers zu stark ist und die Seele schwach zu werden droht. Der Geist im Menschen ringt gleichfalls um die Seele und möchte ihr die Wonnen des Zusammenschlusses eintragen, und so die Seele dann seinem Drängen nicht nachkommt, gewinnt der Körper Übermacht, und es wird sein Begehren erfüllt.... Der Geist im Menschen kann die Seele nicht zwingen, genau wie der Körper keinen Zwang ausüben kann auf diese. Es ist der Seele freigestellt, wofür sie sich entscheidet. Die Entscheidung für den Geist aber trägt der Seele geistigen Lohn ein, während nur irdischer Lohn der Seele winkt, so sie sich für den Körper entscheidet. Der geistige Lohn ist eine Total-Umgestaltung seines Denkens, ewige Wahrheit und Wissen, also Licht.... Der irdische Lohn sind die Güter dieser Welt, die unbeständig sind und vergänglich mit dem leiblichen Tode des Menschen. Der Mensch, der wiedergeboren ist im Geist, braucht keinen irdischen Tod mehr zu fürchten, denn sein Leben währt ewig, und er legt den Erdenleib nur ab, um in das ewige Leben einzugehen ohne jede Außenhülle. Er ist also wiedergeboren zu einem neuen Leben, in dem es keinen Tod mehr gibt. Die Wiedergeburt des Geistes schließt jedoch irdische Freuden und weltlichen Genuß aus, denn Geist und Körper zugleich kann nicht bedacht werden. Es kann die Seele sich nur für eines von beiden entscheiden. Wer sonach nur weltlich gesinnt ist, wird niemals von der Wiedergeburt des Geistes reden können. Er muß alles Weltliche meiden und völlig sich davon trennen im Herzen, dann erst kann die Seele die Verbindung mit dem Geist eingehen, und das völlige Verschmelzen beider hat die Wiedergeburt zur Folge, die unvorstellbar beseligend ist, weil sie den Menschen empfangswürdig macht für die Weisheiten aus Gott, weil sie ihn zum Lichtträger macht und folglich zu einem Bindeglied zwischen Gott und den Menschen. Ein Mittler sein zu können, der den Mitmenschen den göttlichen Willen kundgeben darf, ist eine Gnade von größter Bedeutung und verbunden mit einer Aufgabe, deren Erfüllen wieder höchste Seelenreife gewährleistet, und wiederum machen sich nur wenige Menschen dieser Gnade würdig, und nur wenige Menschen bieten sich Gott zum Dienst an und bitten Ihn um eine Erdenaufgabe zum Wohl der Mitmenschen. Diese wenigen aber bedenket Gott mit Seiner Liebe und Gnade im Übermaß, und sie dürfen diese Gnade und Liebe anfordern zu jeder Zeit.... Immer wird Gott ihren Bitten Gehör schenken und sie mit Kraft bedenken, auf daß sie fähig sind, ihre Aufgabe zu erfüllen, auf daß die Kraft des Geistes in ihnen wirke zum Segen der Menschheit....
