Earthly decrees.... worldly power....

Set My will against the earthly demands.... First fulfil the commandments I have given you before you comply with worldly demands. However, if the worldly ruling power likewise puts My will before its regulations, if it likewise acts or decrees laws which correspond to My commandments of love, it will be blessed by Me and this blessing will visibly rest on everything it undertakes. For a ruler who is accompanied by My blessing will lead his people wisely and righteously, he will fulfil his earthly task and again bestow incomparable blessings wherever he exercises his office. But the commandment of love has to be placed in front of every action, then the ruler will also be wise, then his example will also bring success. And thus people should only ever pay attention to being lovingly active and always consider their fellow human being in accordance with this love, for now he must also increase in knowledge, he will now be able to fully affirm what he previously only recognized emotionally, for the inner voice will teach him to occupy himself thoroughly with divine wisdom. Only then can it be brought to the human heart, only then will what the human being has heard become his property, only then can he also represent it to the world.... then he first subordinates his own will to God's will and, as a sign of this unity with God, he courageously confronts the regulations issued by the ruling power. Resistance can only be offered where Jesus Christ is recognized as the sole lord of heaven and earth. Firm faith in the divine redeemer makes the human being free and strong, and by virtue of this strength he opposes the decrees from the human side with his faith and will have the greatest success, he no longer fears earthly jurisdiction due to the realization that there is one Who controls all human destinies.... Who will also now appear again when earthly legislation tries to invalidate everything that has so far been taught to people as the greatest commandment.... to love God above all things and one's neighbour as oneself....

Dispositions terrestres - Pouvoir mondain

Vous opposez Ma Volonté aux exigences terrestres. Acquittez-vous d'abord les Commandements que J'ai donnés, avant d'exécuter les exigences mondaines. Si le pouvoir régnant mondain met en avant Ma Volonté par rapport à ses dispositions, s'il agit ou délivre des lois qui correspondent à Mes Commandements d'amour, il sera bénit par Moi, et cette Bénédiction reposera visiblement sur tout ce qu’il entreprend. Parce qu'un régent qui est accompagné de Ma Bénédiction, guidera son peuple sagement et pertinemment, il s'acquittera de sa tâche terrestre et cela produira à nouveau une incomparable Bénédiction là où il administre sa fonction. Mais le Commandement de l'amour doit être placé avant toute action, alors même le gouvernant sera sage. Alors son exemple procurera aussi le succès. Et ainsi les hommes devraient toujours seulement s’occuper à être actifs dans l'amour et penser toujours au prochain dans cet amour, parce que maintenant ils doivent aussi augmenter dans le savoir, maintenant ils doivent pouvoir affirmer ce que d'abord ils ont reconnus seulement affectivement, parce que la voix intérieure leur a demandé de s'occuper intensément avec la Sagesse divine. Seulement alors elle peut être guidée vers le cœur humain, seulement alors ce qu’ils ont entendu deviendra propriété de l'homme, alors ils peuvent le présenter devant le monde, seulement alors ils soumettent leur volonté à la Volonté de Dieu, et en signe de cette union avec Dieu ils affrontent courageusement les dispositions que le pouvoir régnant a délivrées. La résistance peut être opposée seulement là, où Jésus Christ est reconnu comme unique Seigneur du Ciel et de la Terre. Une foi ferme dans le divin Rédempteur rend l'homme libre et fort, et grâce à cette force il oppose aux dispositions de la partie humaine sa foi et plus grand sera son succès, il ne craint plus le tribunal terrestre grâce à la connaissance qu’il existe Un Dieu, lequel guide le destin de tous les hommes, lequel Se manifestera maintenant même de nouveau, lorsque la législation terrestre cherchera à rendre inutile tout ce qui jusqu'à présent était enseigné aux hommes comme Commandement le plus grand : aimer Dieu plus que tout et le prochain comme soi-même.
