The soul's hardship necessitates suffering.... 'Father, Your will be done....'

Infinite trust in divine guidance makes your earthly way of life easy, for you accept everything with a certain calm providing you bear in mind that it was determined by God in this and no other way due to His boundless concern for your soul. Every burden life imposes on you is necessary for the maturing of your soul, and the more you are in need of it the more burdensome it will be. Thus, you should first shape yourselves according to divine will and the suffering will gradually lessen and will finally entirely be taken from you. Practise love, meekness and patience, practise compassion, peacefulness, and always appeal to God for strength to do so and you will rise above everything with ease, you will be a blessing for your surrounding neighbours for they will strive to emulate you.... And your earthly life will become easier, you will have emerged victoriously from the battle against evil and through your appeals for strength have come closer to God. If you want to reach God you must completely hand yourselves over to Him, always pray 'Father, Your will be done....' You thereby give evidence of your trust in His guidance, you sacrifice your will to Him, you humbly submit yourselves to His will and acknowledge Him as your Father, and then you will have become as it is pleasing to God.... patient, gentle, humble, peaceful, you practise love if you also compassionately turn towards your fellow human being and try to make him live in the same way. It will refine your nature and the soul will become light and bright for it will become ever more capable of absorbing divine light and of spreading it as well.

Therefore, don't complain if you have to suffer, bear everything patiently and know that you still need to suffer, that your soul is still distressed and that God in His love wants to help you and release it from its still oppressing shell....The soul is still struggling for its freedom; it is still constrained by a force which refuses to set it free. Its own will is still too weak, and in order to strengthen its will it must call upon God for strength. If it fails to do so of its own accord then God must encourage it through suffering to turn to Him for help.... And it often takes an unbelievably long time before the soul takes the path to God, and just as long it will have to suffer and endure a depressing state. And yet it would be so easy to release itself from it, however, it often gives way to the adversary's urging and revolts against its fate, it grumbles and complains and therefore cannot be released from suffering either.... And your mistake rests in the fact that you do not recognise God's love and are grateful to Him that He wants to lead you into higher spheres.... If you believe in His love it will also be easy for you to confide in Him and every day, regardless how distressing it may be, will be a blessing for your soul and beneficial for your spiritual higher development....

Not der Seele erfordert Leid.... "Vater, Dein Wille geschehe...."

Das unbegrenzte Vertrauen auf die göttliche Führung macht euch den Erdenlebenswandel leicht, denn ihr nehmet alles mit einem gewissen Gleichmut entgegen, sofern ihr bedenket, daß es so und nicht anders von Gott bestimmt wurde in übergroßer Fürsorge um eure Seele. Alles, was euch das Leben zu tragen auferlegt, ist notwendig zum Ausreifen eurer Seele, und es wird euch desto schwerer drücken, je nötiger es für euch ist. Suchet euch also erst dem göttlichen Willen gemäß zu gestalten, und es wird das Leid immer geringer (werden) und zuletzt ganz von euch genommen werden. Übet euch in der Liebe, in der Sanftmut und Geduld, übet euch in der Barmherzigkeit, in der Friedfertigkeit, und bittet Gott immer dazu um Kraft, und ihr werdet alles mit Leichtigkeit überwinden, ihr werdet eurer Umgebung zum Segen sein, denn sie wird euch nachzufolgen bestrebt sein.... Und euer Erdenleben wird ein leichteres {sein} werden, ihr seid als Sieger aus dem Kampf wider das Böse hervorgegangen und durch die Bitten um Kraft Gott nähergekommen. So ihr zu Gott gelangen wollt, müsset ihr euch Ihm schrankenlos übergeben, ihr müsset stets beten "Vater, Dein Wille geschehe...." Ihr bezeuget dadurch euer Vertrauen zu Seiner Führung, ihr opfert Ihm euren Willen, ihr unterwerft euch demütig Seinem Willen und erkennt Ihn als euren Vater an, und dann seid ihr so geworden, wie es Gott wohlgefällig ist.... geduldig, sanftmütig, demütig, friedfertig, ihr übet die Liebe, so ihr euch in Barmherzigkeit auch eurem Mitmenschen zuneigt und ihn zum gleichen Lebenswandel zu bestimmen versucht. Und euer Wesen veredelt sich, und es wird licht und hell um die Seele, denn sie wird immer fähiger, göttliches Licht aufzunehmen und also auch zu verbreiten. Darum klaget nicht, so Leid über euch kommt, traget alles mit Geduld und wisset, daß ihr das Leid noch benötigt, daß eure Seele noch in Not ist und daß Gott in Seiner Liebe euch beistehen will und sie frei machen möchte von der sie noch bedrückenden Hülle.... Die Seele ringt noch um ihre Freiheit, sie ist noch gefesselt von einer Gewalt, die sie nicht freigeben will. Der eigene Wille ist noch zu schwach, und um ihren Willen zu stärken, muß sie die Kraft dazu von Gott erbitten. Tut sie das nicht aus eigenem Antrieb, dann muß Gott sie durch Leid zu bestimmen suchen, sich an Ihn um Hilfe zu wenden.... Und oft dauert es unsagbar lange, ehe die Seele den Weg zu Gott nimmt, und ebensolange muß sie sich quälen und einen sie bedrückenden Zustand ertragen. Und es wäre so leicht, sich davon zu befreien, sie gibt jedoch oft dem Drängen des Gegners nach und lehnt sich auf gegen ihr Geschick, sie murrt und klagt und kann daher auch nicht befreit werden von dem Leid.... Und das ist euer Fehler, daß ihr nicht die Liebe Gottes erkennt und Ihm dankbar seid, daß Er euch zur Höhe leiten möchte.... So ihr an Seine Liebe glaubt, wird es euch auch leichtfallen, euch Ihm anzuvertrauen, und es wird jeder Tag, sei er noch so leidvoll, für eure Seele segenbringend und der geistigen Höherentwicklung förderlich sein....
