Tremendous upheaval as a result of the wrong way of life....

A tremendous upheaval of your usual life will be the result of your wrong way of life, which does not correspond to God's will. You do not consider anything important that could lead you to God, but everything that takes you away from Him. You only ever think of worldly advantages, and lose all appreciation for the value of right thinking and deep faith in God. The goal you are striving for has nothing to do with God, you truly do not need faith in Him for it, and therefore you cannot be in right thinking either, because your thinking does not lead to eternal life. But Jesus Christ says: ‘He that believeth on Me hath eternal life....’ To care for eternal life is the only purpose of (earthly) life.... To think correctly means to live for the purpose of fulfilling the task and to do everything that is conducive to the soul's higher development. However, anyone who sets himself a different goal will be living in error, for his thinking is wrong, that is, it is not guided by God but by His adversary. And this requires countermeasures on God's part so that the human being realises his wrong thinking, and tries to change himself and his distant way of life. But a change in such wrong thinking can only be brought about by an event that is so unusual that it cannot go unnoticed. It must stir all minds, it must cause even indifferent people to reflect. At the very least, man has to be affected sensitively, that is, his previous views have to suffer a severe blow as a result, he now has to try to enter into contact with that which he has so far rejected as unprovable. He must seek God so that he may find Him and partake of His grace. This event is inconceivable for you, for it takes everything you possess. You will no longer be allowed to call anything your own except faith in God, if you have it.... But this is worth more than all earthly possessions, for whoever asks God for His care with all fervour shall receive it and He will visibly lead His Own out of the adversity that the event will bring upon people. Life with its conveniences is gone, now the whole seriousness of life approaches the earthly child, which he can, however, fully cope with if he only asks God for help and courageously takes up the fight against the adversity and bitterness of existence. Only that which applies to eternity is of value, but everything else can be eliminated since it only hinders the being which is too weak to take the path leading upwards of its own accord. But God will help all those who call out to Him, for His love will not let anything perish that has the will to ascend.... He shall strengthen this will and give you humans the strength to prevail....

Consequências violentas de uma vida que correu mal....

Um tremendo tumulto de sua vida acostumada será o resultado de seu modo de vida perverso, que não corresponde à vontade de Deus. Você não considera nada importante que possa levá-lo a Deus, mas tudo o que o afasta Dele. Você só pensa em vantagens mundanas e assim perde todo o apreço pelo valor do pensamento correto e da fé profunda em Deus. O objetivo pelo qual você luta não tem nada a ver com Deus, você realmente não precisa ter fé nEle para isso, e por isso você também não pode ficar pensando direito, pois seu pensamento não leva à vida eterna. Mas Jesus Cristo diz: "Aquele que acredita em Mim tem a vida eterna....". Cuidar da vida eterna é o único propósito da vida.... Estar no pensamento certo significa viver com o propósito, cumprir a tarefa e fazer tudo o que é propício ao desenvolvimento superior da alma. No entanto, quem estabelece um objetivo diferente para si mesmo, seu modo de vida é um único erro, pois seu pensamento está errado, portanto não é guiado por Deus, mas pelo seu adversário. E isto requer contramedidas da parte de Deus para que o ser humano tome consciência do seu pensamento errado e tente mudar a si mesmo e o seu modo de vida futuro. Mas uma mudança de pensamento tão errada só pode ser provocada por um evento tão incomum que não passará despercebida. Deve excitar todas as mentes, deve fazer até as pessoas indiferentes pensarem. Ele deve pelo menos ser sensivelmente afetado, ou seja, suas visões anteriores devem sofrer um duro golpe, ele deve agora tentar entrar em contato com aquilo que até agora ele rejeitou como não-provável. Ele deve buscar a Deus para que possa encontrá-Lo e participar de Sua graça. Este evento é inconcebível para si porque lhe vai tirar tudo o que possui. Você não poderá mais chamar nada de seu, exceto a fé em Deus, se você a tiver.... Mas isto vale mais do que todos os bens terrenos, pois qualquer um que sinceramente apela a Deus para o Seu cuidado irá recebê-lo, e Ele conduzirá visivelmente os Seus para fora da adversidade que o evento trará sobre as pessoas. A vida com seu conforto se foi, agora toda a seriedade da vida se aproxima da criança terrestre, mas ela pode lidar completamente com ela se apenas pedir ajuda a Deus e assumir corajosamente a luta contra as privações e amarguras da existência. Só o que se aplica à eternidade tem valor, todo o resto, porém, pode ser eliminado, uma vez que só impede o ser demasiado fraco para seguir por si mesmo o caminho que o conduz para cima. Deus, porém, está ao lado de todos os que O invocam, pois o Seu amor não deixará perecer nada que carregue a vontade de ascender..... Ele vai fortalecer esta vontade e dar-vos força aos humanos para ultrapassar....
