Claiming and imploring divine grace....

Call upon divine grace and invoke God's blessing upon yourselves, and your whole course of life will correspond to God's will. You will be able to accomplish everything you want, because you will then do everything with divine support. And if you now devoutly entrust yourselves to the Father in heaven, He will lead you by His hand and you can rest assured that you will safely reach your goal. Divine grace is the outflow of His love. He knows about your adversity and weakness of will, He knows about your task, and if you are now willing to fulfil your task He will not let you struggle alone, but He will help you by strengthening your will and giving you strength. And therefore you should never neglect to implore divine grace, for God wants to be called to every beginning. Yet without making use of divine grace your path cannot lead upwards, for whatever you do will only fulfil your earthly desire but will not result in any spiritual success. But your earthly life is only given to you so that you seek the connection with God. If you ask for His grace then you trustingly hand yourselves over to Him, and thus you seek the connection with Him. And then your path must inevitably lead upwards, then the infinitely long path on earth will not have been in vain, for it will have brought the being close to God again. And the more intimately it requests His help the closer it is to God, for the heartfelt prayer presupposes an intimate relationship.... the right relationship of a child to its father. The separation between the being and God is now overcome when the child stretches out its hands pleading for help, and asks the Father for His grace and love. Everything will now seem easy to him and nothing impossible, for God Himself takes care of the endeavour, and gives the earthly child the strength to accomplish it. Therefore, you should not begin anything without asking for God's blessing, so that your endeavours will not be in vain. It is something precious to be allowed to stand in the divine sun of grace, for then life will seem exceedingly easy to you, since God is always and constantly with you and guides you.... towards Himself. Constantly ask for His grace, and thereby prove to Him your desire for Him.... and you will be able to walk your path through life without worry, for God Himself will guide you and help you to manage....

Goddelijke genade opeisen en afsmeken

Vraag om de goddelijke genade en roep Gods zegen over u af en uw gehele levenswandel zal overeenkomen met de wil van God. U zult alles uit kunnen voeren wat u wil, want u doet dan alles met goddelijke hulp. En als u zich nu vol overgave aan de Vader in de hemel toevertrouwt, leidt Hij u aan Zijn hand en u kunt er zeker van zijn, dat u uw doel bereikt.

De goddelijke genade is de uitstroming van Zijn liefde. Hij kent uw nood en de zwakte van uw wil. Hij kent uw opdracht en als u nu bereid bent om uw opdracht te vervullen, laat Hij u niet alleen strijden, maar Hij helpt u, doordat Hij uw wil sterker maakt en u kracht toe doet komen. En daarom moet u nooit verzuimen om de goddelijke genade af te smeken, want God wil bij iedere onderneming aangeroepen worden. Maar zonder gebruik te maken van de goddelijke genade kan uw weg niet naar boven leiden, want wat u ook doet, alles zal dan alleen maar overeenstemmen met het aardse verlangen, maar geen geestelijk succes opleveren.

Maar uw aardse leven is u alleen maar gegeven, opdat u de verbinding zoekt met God. Als u om Zijn genade smeekt, dan geeft u zich vol vertrouwen aan Hem over en u zoekt dus de verbinding met Hem. En dan moet uw weg onvermijdelijk naar de hoogte leiden. Dan is de eindeloos lange gang over de aarde niet nutteloos geweest, want deze weg heeft het wezen dichter bij God gebracht. En het is des te dichter bij God, naarmate het inniger om Zijn hulp vraagt, want de innige vraag stelt een innige verhouding voorop. De juiste verhouding van het kind tot de Vader.

Nu is de scheiding tussen het wezen en God overwonnen, wanneer het kind de handen om hulp smekend uitstrekt en de Vader om Zijn genade en liefde smeekt. Alles zal hem nu makkelijk lijken en niets lijkt onuitvoerbaar, want God Zelf bekommert Zich om het voornemen en geeft het mensenkind de kracht het aan te kunnen. Daarom moet u niets beginnen zonder de zegen van God te vragen, opdat uw moeite niet tevergeefs is.

Het is iets kostbaars om in de goddelijke genadezon te mogen staan, want het leven zal u buitengewoon makkelijk lijken, omdat God voortdurend bij u is en u leidt. Hem tegemoet. Smeek onophoudelijk om Zijn genade en bewijs Hem daardoor uw verlangen naar Hem en u zult zorgeloos uw levensweg kunnen gaan, want God Zelf leidt u en helpt u overwinnen.
