Erroneous thinking of God-denying people....

The train of thought of a man who denies God can never lead to a right result because all preconditions are missing. The evil beings are connected to such a person through the same attitude, since they also rebel against God. The power of such beings who reject God is now likewise active and tries to express itself where the same attitude and the same will exist and is also accepted there without resistance. But the thinking of those beings is wrong, for correct realization would also lead them towards God, make them love Him and be submissive to His will. Consequently, this wrong thinking must also be transferred to the human being.... The truth, however, can only be experienced by beings turned towards God. A being united with God is in the light, i.e. in the realization of truth, and therefore only hands out truth. Dark beings, on the other hand, are in error and can also only spread error. And thus the truth can only be found through God, since God Himself is the truth and thus He Himself has to be desired or regocnized in order to be in purest truth and deepest knowledge. Therefore, it is impossible that an unbelieving, God-rejecting or God-denying human being can ever solve the great problem that the whole of creation is for mankind. To solve it, man must be a believer.... He must seek God in order to be guided to the truth about the eternal deity. The adversary apparently works with the same means. He, too, tries to influence people's thoughts and to awaken in them the conviction that they have come close to the truth, and the consequence of this is people's self-assured attitude, who are without faith and try to explain everything in creation in a completely opposite sense to the truth. They are without any knowledge but so imbued with their opinion that they believe themselves to be completely superior and reject every instruction a believer wants to give them about God and His working. The former expresses the arrogance that separates everything impure and imperfect from God.... However, pure truth can only be attained through humility, for standing in the truth is a great gift of grace from God, which can only be given to the humble, for he regocnizes his distance from God and longs to return to Him, and his desire is fulfilled by being given light.... And light is knowledge.... light is truth.... Thus the true believer need not be put off if counter-objections are made to him by unbelievers, for no matter how convincingly they are put forward they cannot correspond to the truth, because the originators of these thoughts are themselves the greatest opponents of the truth; because they fight everything that signifies light and because they are opposed to God Himself and therefore can never stand in the truth....

하나님을 부인하는 사람의 잘못된 생각.

하나님을 부인하는 사람의 생각은 절대로 올바른 결과를 나타낼 수 없다. 왜냐하면 올바른 결과에 이르기 위한 모든 선행 조건이 부족하기 때문이다. 이런 사람들은 같은 생각을 통해 악한 존재와 연결이 되어있다. 왜냐하면 악한 존재들도 하나님을 대적하기 때문이다. 하나님을 떠난 존재의 힘이 마찬가지로 역사하고, 같은 생각과 같은 의지가 있는 곳에서 자신을 나타내려고 하고, 그 곳에서 저항이 없이 영접을 받는다. 그러나 이런 존재의 생각은 오류 가운데 있다. 왜냐하면 올바른 깨달음이 존재를 하나님께 인도했을 것이고, 하나님을 사랑하게 만들었을 것이고, 자신의 의지를 하나님께 복종하게 만들었을 것이기 때문이다. 이로써 이런 잘못된 생각이 사람에게 전달돼야만 한다.

그럴지라도 진리는 단지 하나님을 향한 존재에게서만 얻을 수 있다. 하나님과 연결된 존재는 빛 가운데 있다. 다시 말해 그는 진리를 알고 있어, 반드시 진리만을 전파한다. 반면에 어두운 존재는 오류 가운데 있고, 그는 단지 오류만을 전파할 수 있다. 그래서 진리는 단지 하나님을 통해만 찾을 수 있다. 왜냐하면 하나님 자신이 진리이기 때문이다. 그러므로 순수한 진리와 깊은 지식 안에 거하기 위해 하나님 자신을 사모하고, 인정해야만 한다. 그러므로 믿지 않는 사람이, 하나님을 거절하는 사람이, 하나님이 없다고 하는 사람이, 모든 창조물이 인류에게 어떤 의미가 있는지에 관한 큰 문제를 해결하는 일이 불가능하다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 사람은 믿어야만 한다. 영원한 하나님을 통해 진리로 인도받기 위해, 하나님께 구해야만 한다.

하나님의 대적자도 겉 보기에 같은 수단을 활용해서 일한다. 그는 사람들의 생각에 영향을 미쳐, 그들이 진리에 가까이 있다는 확신을 심어주려고 한다. 그로 인한 결과는 믿음이 없이, 전적으로 진리에 반대되는 의미로 모든 창조물들을 설명하려는, 스스로 확신하는 사람의 관점이다. 그들은 아무런 지식이 없지만, 그러나 자신의 관점에 깊이 빠져, 자신이 전적으로 낫다는 확신을 가지고, 믿는 사람이 하나님과 하나님의 역사에 대해 그들에게 가르쳐 주기 원하는 모든 가르침을 거절하고, 모든 순수하지 못한 것과 온전하지 못하는 것이 하나님으로부터 멀어지게 만드는 교만을 먼저 드러낸다.

그러나 순수한 진리는 단지 겸손을 통해 얻을 수 있다. 왜냐하면 진리 안에 거하는 일은 단지 겸손한 사람에게 줄 수 있는 하나님의 큰 은혜의 선물이기 때문이다. 이런 사람은 자신이 하나님과 얼마나 멀리 떨어져 있음을 알고, 그에게 다시 돌아가길 소망한다. 그의 소원은 그에게 빛이 공급됨으로 성취가 된다. 빛은 지식이다. 빛은 진리이다. 진실되게 믿는 사람은, 하나님을 믿지 않는 사람편에서 나온 반박하는 변론을 받을 때, 오류에 빠질 필요 없다. 왜냐하면 비록 그들이 확신을 가지고 설명할지라도, 그들의 설명은 결국 진리에 합당할 수 없고, 그들의 생각의 근원지가 바로 하나님의 가장 큰 대적자이고, 그들은 모든 빛에 대항해 싸우고, 하나님 자신에게 대적하는 자세를 가졌기 때문이다. 그러므로 그들은 절대로 진리 안에 설 수 없다.
