Constant struggle.... joyful service.... victory....
It remains a constant battle against the power which wants to bring about the apostasy from God, for it uses all means to seize people's will again and therefore great resistance has to be put up in order to successfully counter it. And therefore the human being's soul is constantly in danger as long as it is fickle and thereby grants the enemy a certain amount of power over itself. It certainly proves its will towards God through deeds if it dedicates itself to the task set to it despite inner reluctance and also openly professes its faith in God, yet joyful service can only be regarded as victory, only then will the adversary give up his endeavour and the human being will then effortlessly reach his goal. The world must be completely overcome, only then is God's spirit so close that everything appears comprehensible to the human being which previously seemed incomprehensible to him. For only now can he instruct him and be active in enlightening man....

Une lutte constante – Service joyeux - la victoire
C’est une lutte constante contre le pouvoir qui veut causer la chute de Dieu, parce qu'il emploie tous les moyens pour attirer de nouveau la volonté des hommes, et donc il doit être prêté une grande résistance pour pouvoir l’affronter avec succès. Donc l'âme de l'homme est constamment en danger tant qu’elle est instable et avec cela concède à l'ennemi un certain pouvoir sur lui. Elle montre certes sa volonté pour Dieu à travers l'action lorsque, malgré la rébellion intérieure, elle se dédie à la tâche qui lui est imposée et qu’elle se déclare aussi ouvertement pour Dieu, mais un service joyeux ne peut valoir comme victoire que seulement lorsque l’adversaire renonce à ses efforts et que l'homme atteint maintenant son but sans fatigue. Le monde doit être vaincu totalement, seulement alors l'Esprit de Dieu est si proche qu’à l'homme tout ce qui d'abord lui semblait incompréhensible lui semble devenu saisissable, parce que seulement maintenant Il peut l'instruire et être actif dans l'homme au travers de ses explications.
