Various expressions of the will to live....

People's will to live expresses itself in very different ways. A person often has to struggle with all kinds of dislike and inhibitions and this strongly depresses his will to live, while others are seized by such a strong will to live and this manifests itself in cheerfulness and joy in life. Good or bad circumstances need not always be decisive for such a different expression of the will to live, but these are mostly the impulses of the soul, which adapts itself to earthly life less well or also better, but inwardly feels its predicament on earth, its unfree state more or less and this is therefore expressed in the will or unwillingness to live. This is why many a soul has to fight a very hard battle before it is redeemed, even though it endeavours to live in accordance with God's will. Sometimes it has to bear suffering that is not outwardly recognizable as such, it is exposed to exceptionally gloomy moods, it has to summon up all its willpower to overcome these depressed moods. Whereas other people have little to suffer from mental depression and are only in a depressed mood when they are faced with real suffering and worries. However, they also overcome these quickly and are always life-affirming. These souls feel at ease on earth, but they also allow themselves to be captivated by the charms of this world and are often in danger of falling victim to it. The soul's state of maturity also plays a major role here. A person in a higher state of maturity finds no edification on earth, his soul longs away towards its true home. Although it is not quite aware of its longing, life on earth is a state of torment for it and the lack of freedom weighs heavily on it. Such an earth child must very often take refuge in prayer, otherwise it can hardly bear its life on earth. Time and again it has to pray for strength for the path through the earthly valley, and in profound faith it also has to take all difficulties upon itself out of love for the saviour; people have to constantly strive towards the spiritual, then earthly life will be easier to bear for them, they will patiently submit to every sending from above and longingly look forward to the hour of release from bodily fetters, and the soul's exit from the bodily shell will be its liberation from all hardship....

Diversas expresiones de la voluntad de vivir....

La voluntad de vivir de las personas se expresa de maneras muy diferente. Las personas a menudo tienen que luchar con disgustos e inhibiciones de todo tipo, lo que deprime enormemente su voluntad de vivir, del mismo modo que otras se sienten atrapadas por una voluntad de vivir tan fuerte, y eso se manifiesta en el buen humor y la alegría de vivir. Las buenas o malas condiciones no siempre tienen que ser el factor determinante para una expresión tan diferente de la voluntad de vivir, sino que se trata principalmente de impulsos del alma, que se adapta menos o mejor a la vida en la tierra, pero que internamente siente más o menos su situación predictiva en la tierra, su estado de falta de libertad, y esto se expresa en la voluntad o la falta de voluntad de vivir.

Por eso alguna alma tiene que librar una batalla muy dura antes de que sea redimida, aunque se esfuerce por vivir según la voluntad de Dios. A veces tiene que soportar sufrimientos que no son reconocibles exteriormente como tales, está expuesta a estados de ánimo excepcionalmente oscuros y tiene que utilizar toda su fuerza de voluntad para dominar estos estados de ánimo depresivos. Mientras que otras personas sufren muy poco de depresión mental y sólo se deprimen cuando se les acercan sufrimientos y preocupaciones reales.

Pero también tales momentos los superan rápidamente y siempre son afirmativos de la vida. Estas almas se sienten cómodas en la tierra, pero también se dejan cautivar por los encantos de este mundo y muchas veces corren el peligro de ser víctimas de ellos. El estado de madurez del alma también juega un papel importante. Una persona de una madurez espiritual no encuentra edificación espiritual en la Tierra, Su alma anhela su verdadera patria. Aunque no es plenamente consciente de su anhelo, pero para ella la vida en la Tierra es un tormento para ella y la falta de libertad pesa mucho sobre ella.

Un niño terrenal así debe recurrir muy a menudo a la oración, de lo contrario tendrá dificultades para soportar su vida en la tierra. Debe pedir una y otra vez fuerza para caminar por el valle de la tierra, y con fe profunda debe asumir también todo lo difícil por amor al Salvador; Los hombres deben esforzarse constantemente hacia lo espiritual, entonces la vida en la tierra les será más fácil de soportar, se someterán pacientemente a cada envió de lo alto y esperarán con anhelo la hora de la liberación de las cadenas del cuerpo y la salida del alma de la coraza del cuerpo será su liberación de toda necesidad....
