Lack of strength.... prayer.... sigh of relief....

People often lack the strength to live, and it emerges from this that they desire too little strength from God, that they try to master everything by themselves but that their own strength is not sufficient against strong opposition and that they should therefore seek help where the outcome of every event is. Whether hardship and worry come upon people through their own fault or whether God Himself sends them suffering as a test, strength from God must always be called upon if this hardship is to be overcome. But man has lost this realization that God only wants to reveal Himself through suffering so that man remembers Him and takes refuge in Him. The will is extraordinarily weakened so that he often allows himself to be ruled by the adversity indifferently and without resistance instead of wanting to fight everything that is difficult and calling upon God's help to do so. If God is called upon for help, he will succeed in freeing himself from both the lethargy of the spirit and the captivity of the soul.... For the will to liberate oneself will become strong. The basic evil always has to be removed first, the will has to be freed again from the power of the adversary who has bound it, then it will express itself again according to God's will. And again the human being must come to the father of his own accord in his greatest need.... He must pray, for only prayer in spirit and in truth reaches God, and only this prayer can be answered by God. The sigh for strength can be sent up to the father in the most difficult emergency.... The more fervently and imploringly it rises to the heights, the more surely it will be heard. For God waits for this call that comes from the heart.... God wants the child on earth to stretch out its hands longingly towards Him, He wants it to regocnize its own weakness and surrender itself to the father in heaven.... that it desires to avail itself of His love and grace.... He wants it to come to Him in every need.... for He is willing to distribute His strength if only it is desired. Receive God into your hearts, regocnize that He is close to you and only waits until your heart turns to Him. Do not seek Him in the distance, open your heart and hear His voice.... He speaks to you like a loving father and will comfort you if you present your adversity to Him, for He is love after all, and this love wants to help you, yet you must desire it with an alert spirit, you must request strength from God at every hour, for every action and in every situation in life.... You must ask God for deliverance from the adversity you have caused yourselves by granting the adversary power over you and thereby weakening your will. Fervently ask God for deliverance from his power and you will truly not make a wrong request....

힘 부족. 기도. 한숨.

사람들에게 살 힘이 부족한 경우가 많다. 이런 일은 원인은 그들이 하나님의 힘이 너무 적게 갈망하고, 모든 일을 스스로 다스리려고 하고, 강한 저항에 맞서기에는 자신의 힘이 부족하기 때문이다. 그러므로 그들은 모든 일을 시작하는 곳에서 도움 구해야 한다. 고난과 염려가 사람 자신의 잘못으로 오는 것이든, 하나님이 친히 그들에게 고난을 보내 시험을 받든, 이 고난을 벗어나려면, 항상 하나님의 힘을 요청해야만 한다. 그러나 사람은 하나님이 단지 고난을 통해서만 자신을 깨닫게 하기를 원하고, 이로써 사람들이 그를 기억하고 그에게 도피하게 한다는 깨달음을 잃었다. 의지가 특별하게 약해져서 그는 자주 무관심하고, 어려움에 대항하여 싸우기를 원하는 대신에 고난이 자신을 지배하게 한다.

하나님께 도움을 요청하면, 그는 혼에게 감옥과 같은 영의 무기력에서 자신을 자유롭게 하는 일에 성공할 수 있게 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 자신을 해방시키려는 의지가 강해지기 때문이다. 항상 먼저 근본적인 악이 제거돼야만 한다. 의지가 다시 그를 묶고 있는 대적자의 권세에서 해방되어야 한다. 그러면 의지는 다시 하나님의 뜻에 따라 자신을 표현할 것이다. 다른 한편으로 사람은 가장 큰 고난 속에서 스스로 아버지께 가야 한다. 그는 기도해야만 한다. 그러나 단지 영으로 진리의 기도가 하나님께 상달이 되고, 하나님은 단지 이런 기도에만 응답할 수 있다. 힘을 얻기 위한 한숨의 기도를 아버지께 드릴 수 있다. 이런 기도가 더 긴밀하게, 더 간절하게 드려질수록, 더 확실하게 이런 기도는 응답을 받을 것이다. 왜냐하면 하나님은 심장에서 오는 이런 부름을 기다리고 있기 때문이다.

하나님은 이 땅의 자녀가 갈망하는 가운데 그에게 손을 펼치기를 원한다. 그는 자녀가 자신의 약점을 깨닫고, 자신을 하늘의 아버지께 헌신하는 가운데 의탁하기를 원하고, 자신의 사랑과 은혜를 활용하기를 원한다. 그는 자녀가 모든 고난 가운데 자신에게 오기를 원한다. 왜냐하면 그는 자신의 힘을 단지 갈망하면, 기꺼이 자신의 힘을 나눠 주기 때문이다. 하나님을 너희의 심장에 받아들이라. 하나님이 너희의 바로 가장 가까이에 있음을 깨달으라. 그가 너희의 심장이 자기에게 향하기까지 기다리고 있음을 깨달으라. 그를 멀리에서 찾지 말라. 너희의 심장을 열고, 그의 음성을 들으라.

그는 사랑이 많은 아버지처럼 너희에게 말하고, 너희가 그에게 너희의 고난을 아뢸 때, 너희를 위로할 것이다. 왜냐하면 그는 사랑이기 때문이다. 이 사랑이 너희를 돕기를 원한다. 그러나 너희는 깨어난 영으로 이 도움을 갈망해야만 한다. 너희는 언제든지 모든 행동과 삶의 모든 상황에서 하나님으로부터 온 힘을 요청해야만 한다. 너희는 또한 대적자에게 너희에 대한 권세를 허락하고, 이로써 너희의 의지를 연약하게 하면서, 너희 자신의 잘못으로 발생한 고난에서 구해주기를 하나님께 구해야만 한다. 하나님께 대적자의 권세로부터 구원해주기를 긴밀하게 구하라. 그러면 너희는 진실로 기도를 헛되이 드리게 되지 않을 것이다.
