The deepest understanding of spiritual teachings can only be expected where there is also the will to be enlightened. For if the human being desires to know then he will also open his heart to the one giving out knowledge; he will take the trouble to think through what he has received and will now also be able to distinguish truth from error, for He Who sends the truth to the human being wants it to be received. Thus He will also give the one who desires truth the power of realization to regard truth as such and to deny everything that is untrue. If the human being now seeks to penetrate spiritual territory he thereby demonstrates the will to cultivate his inner life.... Separation from matter sets in, it no longer holds him exclusively captive, even if it has not yet been completely overcome. Forming the soul is the only task of earthly life; thus, if the human being pays attention to everything that benefits the soul, he begins to take the task seriously. It is now also understandable that such a soul is offered help from all sides, that all mature spirituality takes care of such souls and gives enlightenment where this is desired. Whoever carries out the work on his soul carelessly and superficially can understandably also not be given as much spiritual strength as a person who strives for perfection with all his senses. Once the human being has realized that his stay on earth is not for eternity, but if he also has the inner certainty that the life of the soul does not end with bodily death, then the human being's urge to reach a higher degree of spiritual maturity will also become stronger and he will then seek to penetrate spiritual knowledge. recognizing his purpose in life on earth involuntarily triggers an increased urge to act.... For the knowing person consciously approaches his fulfilment.... The knowledgeable person no longer gropes his way through the darkness, but takes firm steps along a brightly lit path. He desires only the light.... the truth.... the knowledge. And because he desires, he will also have the fullest understanding of everything spiritual, nothing will be incomprehensible to him, nothing inexplicable, but everything will be just one single solution to what was previously incomprehensible to him. It is the spiritual hunger that drives such people to penetrate ever deeper into the spiritual.... and which is nevertheless satisfied again and again because it is divine will that food and drink is offered to him who desires spiritual nourishment. And therefore no being, both on earth and in the beyond, will go away empty-handed if it desires to be guided into spiritual truth, for this is pleasing to God.... Seek, and ye shall find.... knock and it will be opened to you.... The lord repeatedly admonishes His own to seek the connection with Him.... He wants to point out to them that they will not strive in vain and that their requests will always be fulfilled. For He distributes spiritual goods without measure, and a person who begs the father in heaven for enlightenment, for the illumination of his spirit, will never make a wrong request. The desire for what is God's.... for spiritual knowledge.... will be fulfilled at all times, but the desire for matter will only be granted a little from the divine side, unless the latter is not a hindrance to the former. Do not take care of the body's needs.... says the lord.... And again this is an indication that only what the spirit desires is of value.... for what the body needs is given to everyone who only thinks of his soul.

The blessing of spiritual labour also extends to earthly life and its demands, and those who seek to perfect themselves spiritually will have less to struggle with. For he regocnizes his task, and it is precisely the attainment of this realization that so often requires the difficult struggle of earthly life. Therefore, the human being can be spared it once he has gained this realization. If a person cares for his soul of his own accord, God cares for his life.... He provides him with everything he needs and keeps earthly worries away from him, insofar as this serves the advancement of his soul....

Compreender o ensinamento espiritual.... Bênçãos do Trabalho Espiritual.... Necessidades Terrestres....

A compreensão mais profunda do ensinamento espiritual só pode ser esperada onde existe também a vontade de ser iluminado. Pois se o ser humano deseja saber, então abrirá também o seu coração àquele que distribui o conhecimento; fará o esforço de pensar através do que recebeu e então também será capaz de distinguir a verdade do erro, pois aquele que envia a verdade ao ser humano quer que ele encontre o seu caminho. Assim Ele também dará à pessoa que pede a verdade o poder da realização de considerar a verdade como tal e de negar tudo o que é falso. Se o ser humano procura agora penetrar no território espiritual, ele expressa assim a vontade de cultivar a sua vida interior.... A separação da matéria começa, já não o mantém exclusivamente cativo, mesmo que ainda não tenha sido completamente superado. Educar a alma é a única tarefa da vida terrena; assim, se o ser humano presta atenção a tudo o que beneficia a alma, ele começa a levar a sério a tarefa. Agora também é compreensível que a tal alma seja oferecida ajuda de todos os lados, que todos os espíritos maduros cuidem de tais almas e dêem esclarecimento onde ele é desejado. Quem é descuidado e superficial em seu trabalho de alma não pode ser tão espiritualmente capacitado como uma pessoa que se esforça pela perfeição com todos os seus sentidos. Uma vez que o ser humano tenha compreendido que sua permanência na Terra não é de duração eterna, mas uma vez que também tenha a certeza interior de que a vida da alma não termina com a morte corporal, o impulso do ser humano para alcançar um grau mais elevado de maturidade espiritual também se tornará mais forte e então ele procurará penetrar no conhecimento espiritual. O reconhecimento do seu propósito na vida terrena desencadeia involuntariamente uma vontade crescente de agir.... Pois o ser humano consciente vai conscientemente para a sua perfeição.... O conhecedor não apalpa mais o seu caminho através da escuridão, mas caminha firmemente por um caminho brilhantemente iluminado. Ele deseja apenas a luz.... a verdade.... o conhecimento. E como ele deseja, terá também a mais completa compreensão para tudo o que é espiritual, nada lhe será incompreensível, nada inexplicável, mas tudo apenas uma única solução do que até agora lhe foi incompreensível. É a fome espiritual que leva tais pessoas a penetrarem cada vez mais profundamente nas coisas espirituais.... e, no entanto, será sempre satisfeito porque é vontade divina que se ofereçam comida e bebida àquele que deseja alimento espiritual. E, portanto, nenhum ser, tanto na Terra como no além, irá de mãos vazias se desejar ser guiado à verdade espiritual, pois isso é agradável a Deus.... Procurai e encontrareis.... Bate e abrir-se-á para ti.... Uma e outra vez o Senhor admoesta os Seus a procurarem contato com Ele.... Ele quer apontar para eles que não se esforçarão em vão e que seus pedidos serão sempre atendidos. Pois Ele distribui bens espirituais sem medida, e uma pessoa que apela ao Pai no céu para a iluminação, para a iluminação do seu espírito, nunca fará um pedido errado. O desejo por aquilo que é a.... de Deus para o conhecimento espiritual.... será sempre cumprido, mas o desejo pela matéria só será concedido pouco do lado divino, a menos que este último não seja um obstáculo para o primeiro. Não providenciar para a necessidade do corpo.... diz o Senhor.... E mais uma vez isso é uma indicação de que só o que o espírito deseja tem valor, pois o que o corpo precisa é dado a todos que só pensam na sua alma.

A bênção do trabalho espiritual também se estende à vida terrena e às suas exigências, e aquele que procura aperfeiçoar-se espiritualmente terá menos a lutar. Pois ele reconhece a sua tarefa, e precisamente a realização desta realização requer tantas vezes uma difícil luta de vida terrena. Assim, o ser humano pode agora ser poupado se tiver adquirido este conhecimento. Se o ser humano cuida de sua alma por iniciativa própria, Deus cuidará de sua vida..... Ele lhe fornece tudo o que precisa e mantém as preocupações terrenas longe dele, na medida em que isso é propício ao avanço da sua alma.
