Desire of the divine spirit.... love.... light and wisdom....

Desire the divine spirit in all simplicity and listen to what he reveals to you.... and take this into your heart, willingly obey everything he tells you to do and thank the lord God for his great grace that he honours you with his word.... then you shall spend your life on earth, and it will be pleasing in the sight of God. Only he knows how to live right who always heeds the instructions from above and does not take a single step without having asked for divine protection. For the lord will lead him safely and on the right path towards his eternal home. And if you desire the divine spirit, your earthly existence will be light and bright, for you know its purpose.... Your thinking will be orderly, you will strive towards what is right, you will start and end everything with God, for you regocnize God and live to please Him.... therefore your will is the will of God.... you have subordinated it to the divine will.... And thus you approach the eternal deity and earthly life brings you final redemption. But you will not become free if you revile the spirit from God, if you do not loosen the shackles and bring liberation to the spirit within you. For the divine spirit can never express itself without man giving freedom to his spirit; the light can only shine when it is ignited and the divine spirit can only speak to man when his voice is respected, thus the spiritual in him is awakened. spirit must strive for spirit, i.e., man must stand up for the teaching of Christ and obey it, he must be active in love, then his spirit unites with the divine spirit of love. And this results in a union of eternal duration, for the love which now takes effect in the human being loosens all fetters of the divine spiritual spark within him and this now pushes towards its source, the spirit of love of eternity. And thus every beginning from now on is able to have a redeeming effect, i.e., the awakened spirit of God urges the human being to follow the christian teaching, and since this places the commandment of love for God and neighbour above everything else and love always has a redeeming effect, this has to make itself felt in spiritual life in such a way that the unification of spiritual strength manifests itself in mediations.... in wisdom-filled teachings, where giver and receiver strive towards each other.... where both the giver and the receiver are willing to exchange spiritual strength, where the receiver gives love and thereby receives love again in increased measure, namely in the form of knowledge.... This striving from spirit to spirit is so extremely profitable for the human being. For only in this way can he receive something that cannot be offered to him in any other way. Everything spiritual is accessible to man if he desires it.... But always only by way of love. Without love, however, access is blocked, and if the human being wants to acquire wisdom he will always reject what is right and accept what is wrong without hesitation, for his senses are still directed by the spirit of unkindness inherent in him. Love, light and wisdom are inseparably connected, and if the human being is lovingly active according to God's will, light and wisdom will likewise be in him, for one is inconceivable without the other. And he will constantly increase in wisdom whose actions are full of love, for by carrying out unselfish deeds of love he will increasingly come into contact with the spiritual substance, which is in knowledge and whose love is again greater than great.... so that it therefore distributes unlimited wisdom to an earthly child willing to love.... If a person therefore wants to stand in the brightest light and the right realization, if he wants to be taught divine truth, he only has to practice love and send his spirit upwards, and everything that is likewise full of love and full of wisdom will communicate itself to the demanding earth child. The fountain of life will open and be refreshment for those who desire strength and nourishment. And so the spiritual in man must seek to multiply.... it must flee its earthly environment and join the spiritual, which has already entered the eternal home.... It must try to reach where its actual home is.... the human being must regocnize that living earthly life is not the actual purpose and thus fulfil the right purpose.... strive for union with spiritual perfection in order to finally be able to unite with the father-spirit of eternity....

Begehren des göttlichen Geistes.... Liebe.... Licht und Weisheit....

In aller Einfalt begehren den göttlichen Geist und lauschen, was er euch kundgibt.... und dies in euer Herz aufnehmen, willig alles befolgen, was er zu tun euch heißt, und Gott dem Herrn danken für Seine große Gnade, daß Er euch Seines Wortes würdigt.... so sollet ihr euer Leben auf Erden verbringen, und es wird wohlgefällig sein vor Gott. Nur der weiß richtig zu leben, der immer nur der Weisungen von oben achtet und keinen Schritt allein geht, ohne göttlichen Schutz erbeten zu haben. Denn ihn führet der Herr, und wahrlich sicher und auf rechtem Weg der ewigen Heimat entgegen. Und so ihr den göttlichen Geist begehret, ist euer Erdendasein licht und hell, denn ihr wisset um seinen Zweck.... Es wird euer Denken ein geordnetes sein, ihr werdet dem Rechten entgegenstreben, ihr werdet alles anfangen und beenden mit Gott, denn ihr erkennet ja Gott und lebet ihm zum Wohlgefallen.... also ist euer Wille der Wille Gottes.... ihr habt ihn dem göttlichen Willen untergeordnet.... Und so nähert ihr euch der ewigen Gottheit, und das Erdenleben bringt euch letzte Erlösung. Nicht aber werdet ihr frei, so ihr den Geist aus Gott schmähet, so ihr die Fesseln nicht lockert und dem Geist in euch Befreiung bringt. Denn es kann nimmermehr göttlicher Geist sich äußern, ohne daß der Mensch seinem Geist die Freiheit gibt; es kann das Licht nur leuchten, so es entzündet wird, und göttlicher Geist zum Menschen sprechen, so seiner Stimme geachtet wird, also das Geistige in ihm erweckt ist. Geist muß zu Geist streben, d.h., es muß der Mensch sich einsetzen für die Lehre Christi und sie befolgen, er muß liebetätig sein, dann verbindet sich sein Geist mit dem göttlichen Liebegeist. Und es geht hieraus ein Zusammenschluß hervor von Ewigkeitsdauer, denn die im Menschen sich nun auswirkende Liebe löst alle Fesseln des in ihm sich bergenden göttlichen Geistesfunken, und dieser drängt nun seinem Ausgang, dem Liebegeist von Ewigkeit, entgegen. Und so vermag alles Beginnen von nun an erlösend zu wirken, d.h., der erweckte Gottesgeist drängt den Menschen zur Befolgung der christlichen Lehre, und da diese das Gebot der Liebe zu Gott und zum Nächsten über alles setzt und Liebe stets erlösend wirkt, muß sich im Geistesleben dies bemerkbar machen, und zwar dergestaltig, daß der Zusammenschluß von Geisteskraft sich äußert in Vermittlungen.... in weisheitsvollen Belehrungen, wo Geber und Empfänger zueinanderstreben.... wo sowohl der Gebende als auch der Empfangende willig ist zum Austausch geistiger Kraft, wo der Empfangende Liebe gibt und dadurch wieder Liebe in erhöhtem Maß empfängt, und zwar in Form von Wissen.... Es ist dieses Streben von Geist zu Geist so überaus gewinnbringend für den Menschen. Denn nur dadurch kann er etwas empfangen, was ihm anders nicht geboten werden kann. Alles Geistige ist dem Menschen zugänglich, so er es begehrt.... Doch immer nur auf dem Wege der Liebe. Ohne Liebe jedoch ist der Zugang versperrt, und will nun der Mensch sich Weisheiten aneignen, so wird er stets das Rechte abweisen und Falsches unbedenklich annehmen, denn es sind seine Sinne noch gerichtet durch den Geist der Lieblosigkeit, der ihm innewohnt. Liebe, Licht und Weisheit sind unzertrennlich miteinander verbunden, und so der Mensch liebetätig ist nach dem Willen Gottes, wird Licht und Weisheit gleichfalls in ihm sein, denn eins ist ohne das andere nicht denkbar. Und es wird stets an Weisheit zunehmen, dessen Tun voller Liebe ist, nimmt er doch in der Ausübung uneigennütziger Liebeswerke immer mehr Fühlung mit dem Geistigen, das im Wissen steht und dessen Liebe wieder übergroß ist.... so daß es also austeilet unbegrenzt an Weisheiten einem liebewilligen Erdenkind.... Will der Mensch also im hellsten Licht und der rechten Erkenntnis stehen, will er göttliche Wahrheit gelehrt bekommen, so muß er nur sich in der Liebe üben und seinen Geist zur Höhe senden, und es wird alles, was gleichfalls voller Liebe ist und voller Weisheit, sich mitteilen dem verlangenden Erdenkind. Es wird sich der Born des Lebens öffnen und Labung sein denen, die Kraft und Nahrung verlangen. Und so muß das Geistige im Menschen sich zu vermehren suchen.... es muß seiner irdischen Umgebung entfliehen und sich dem Geistigen zugesellen, das schon in die ewige Heimat eingegangen ist.... Es muß dorthin zu gelangen suchen, wo seine eigentliche Heimat ist.... es muß der Mensch erkennen, daß nicht das Erdenleben zu leben eigentlicher Zweck ist, und also den rechten Zweck erfüllen.... die Vereinigung mit geistig-Vollkommenem anstreben, um endlich sich einen zu können mit dem Vatergeist von Ewigkeit....
