Fight against matter in the hereafter.... help from above....

Those souls are entitled to enter the kingdom of peace who have cultivated a purely spiritual relationship in earthly life and have therefore fulfilled all preconditions for a life of bliss on earth. Everything that dedicates itself to the spiritual never has to fear an agonizing state in the beyond, for it has consciously separated itself from the earthly world.... and therefore need not fear to be in close contact with matter again, as is the case, however, with completely imperfectly departed souls or souls that are still too attached to earthly things. These have not yet become completely free from matter, and since their love is therefore still for matter, they will also have to endure the same struggles and trials in the life beyond in order to attain final liberation from it. Although all matter only exists in the imagination of such a soul, the battle is precisely to overcome it, and thus the soul suffers as it did on earth due to its greed for the possession of everything that was desirable to it on earth and will not release the soul's senses again until it has fought down all desire within itself and thus become free, i.e. has overcome matter. The state in the hereafter is not very enviable. The soul is continually tormented by the urge for possessions, it is, as on earth, unfree as soon as a desire arises in it; it also believes that it has complete right of disposal over everything material and is thus incredibly domineering and selfish as long as it is not in realization. And again, this realization cannot be imparted to the soul if it does not willingly lend a hand itself, i.e. if it shakes off everything that bound it on earth and is willing to give in return. The only possibility of complete liberation is again only the prayer of a person who remembers the soul with love or the love of the souls approaching it from above. These try to make the soul understand how little value the collection of earthly goods has for the soul in the beyond.... When this is presented to it in such detail, many a soul is still able to free itself from its tormenting shell, for the so longingly desired earthly goods...., which in truth do not exist at all...., are wrapped around the soul like shackles and weigh it down and burden it indescribably, and it will not feel the beneficence of the help granted to it by higher spiritual beings until it willingly renounces all earthly goods. Countless souls still languish in the bonds of matter.... countless beings have to atone bitterly for wasting their hearts on earthly trinkets, on worldly goods, and only when they realize that everything that seems attractive to them only exists in their imagination, only when they sense that true bliss in the beyond can only be attained by sacrificing or surrendering all earthly desires or earthly possessions, will the soul find the right connection between things and gradually approach the right realization. But then it progresses quickly; but before it has reached the right realization, its state is a pitiable one and it is extremely grateful for every help that is brought to it by loving people or higher spiritual beings, and that is why man should always remember these souls in prayer....

Lucha contra la materia en el más allá.... Ayuda desde arriba....

Tienen derecho a entrar en el reino de la paz aquellas almas que han cultivado relaciones puramente espirituales durante su vida terrenal y, por lo tanto, han cumplido todos los requisitos previos para una vida de bienaventuranza en la tierra. Todo lo que se dedica a lo espiritual nunca ha de temer un estado agónico en el más allá, porque se ha separado conscientemente del mundo material.... y por tanto no ha de temer volver a estar en estrecho contacto con la materia, como es el caso. Sin embargo, con los difuntos que se han ido de forma completamente imperfectos o con las almas demasiado apegadas todavía a lo terrenal. Estos aún no se han liberado completamente de la materia y como su amor todavía está dedicado a la materia, también tendrán que soportar las mismas luchas y pruebas en la vida del más allá, para poder alcanzar la liberación final de eso.

Aunque toda materia sólo existe en la imaginación de tal alma, sin embargo, la lucha también está encaminada para vencerla, y el alma sufre como en la tierra por la codicia de poseer todo lo que le era deseable en la tierra y no dará rienda suelta a los sentidos del alma hasta que ésta haya combatido todos los deseos en sí misma y, por tanto, se hay vuelto libre, es decir, haya vencido a la materia. El estado en el más allá no es envidiable. El alma está contantemente atormentada por la sed de bienes, ella es, como en la tierra, no libre, tan pronto como surge un deseo en ella; ella también cree que tiene pleno derecho de disposición sobre todo lo material, y es increíblemente dominante y egoísta mientras no se encuentre en el conocimiento. Y además, este conocimiento no puede ser impartido al alma si ella no echa una mano voluntariamente, es decir, que se sacude todo lo que la ataba en la tierra y, por otro lado, y está decido a dar.

La única posibilidad de liberación completa es nuevamente solo la oración de un ser humano que piensa en el alma con amor o el amor de las almas que se le acercan desde arriba. Tratan de hacer entender al alma cuán poco valor tiene para el alma en el más allá la acumulación de bienes terrenales.... si esto se le presenta con tanto detalle muchas almas aún pueden liberarse del caparazón que les tormenta, porque los bienes tan anhelados se ponen.... que, sin embargo, en verdad no existen en absoluto.... como grilletes alrededor del alma y la cargan y gravan indescriptiblemente, y no sienten la benevolencia de la ayuda que les otorgan los seres espirituales superiores hasta que renuncian voluntariamente a todos los bienes de la tierra.

Incontables almas aún languidecen en los lazos de la materia.... incontables seres tienen que expiar amargamente al haber desperdiciado sus corazones en baratijas terrenales, en bienes mundanos, y sólo cuando se dan cuenta de que todo lo que les parece atrayente sólo está presente en su imaginación, sólo cuando sienten que en el más allá la verdadera felicidad sólo puede lograrse sacrificando o entregando todos los deseos terrenales o posesiones terrenales, el alma encuentra el contexto adecuado entre las cosas y se acerca gradualmente a la cognición correcta. Pero entonces avanza rápidamente, pero antes de que haya alcanzado la cognición correcta su estado es lamentable y está extremadamente agradecida por cualquier ayuda que le es brindada por parte de semejantes amorosos o seres espirituales superiores, y por eso el hombre siempre debe pensar en estas almas en la oración....
