Imperishable good.... prayer for the deceased.... power of love....

All earthly wealth is to be replaced, but what was neglected to be acquired is irretrievably lost for eternity. The lord has given the earthly children time and leisure to acquire these goods, since they are of inestimable value for the actual life in the beyond. The human being's will alone determines whether they are desired and acquired or not, and a person who only cares for life on earth does not pay attention to the grant of grace which could increase his heavenly wealth.... He is constantly only active for the sake of earthly advantage and will therefore one day stand empty in front of the gate to eternity. And this is of such grave importance. For even if his life on earth has passed in prosperity and without worries.... he cannot take anything of his earthly wealth with him but is now dependent on what is offered to him in love by other souls in extreme poverty. And now it will be decided and have an effect what good deeds he has accomplished on earth. He will reap the reward for these or have to live a desolate life in the beyond completely naked and empty. The soul will then be in extreme hardship if no help is offered to it anywhere, and everything unpleasant and difficult, which it knew how to avoid on earth, will now pursue it until it has recognized the error of its views of life on earth itself and now has the will to create a different life, a different state for itself. For again the soul's will alone is decisive, and it can also bring about a change of situation over there in the beyond. It is therefore infinitely valuable when the soul has left love ones behind on earth who remember it with love.... For love's strength is the only help, that can be offered to it, and therefore you should always make an effort to cultivate love.... Only it can bring salvation, and when a loving heart prays for a deceased from the bottom of ist heart it will send imperishable possessions to him in the beyond, and this signifies relief and help for the soul which is still struggling for knowledge. The body has certainly been taken into account on earth, but the soul has been thought of too little or not at all. But now the soul has to bear the consequences of the wrong life on earth, and often in the most bitter way.... But those who soon recognize their error are to be called fortunate, for although they still have to struggle unspeakably this will nevertheless be successful, for every soul will receive help if its striving for light is recognizable....

불멸의 선함. 죽은자를 위한 기도. 사랑의 힘.

이 땅의 모든 부는 대체될 수 있다. 그러나 쇠하지 않는 재물을 얻는 일을 소홀히 하면, 영원을 위해 회복할 수 없는 손실이다. 주님은 이런 재물을 자신의 것으로 만들 시간과 여가를 이 땅의 자녀들에게 주었다. 왜냐하면 이런 재물이 저 세상의 실제 생활에 헤아릴 수 없을 만큼 가치가 있기 때문이다. 유일하게 인간의 의지가 이 재물을 소망하고, 얻을지를 정한다. 단지 이 땅의 삶만을 돌보는 사람은 자신에게 하늘의 부를 증가시켜줄 수 있는, 제공되는 은혜에 주의를 기울이지 않는다.

그는 단지 세상의 유익을 위해 끊임없이 활동한다. 그러므로 그는 언젠가 아무 것도 없이 영원의 문 앞에 서게 될 것이다. 이는 매우 중요한 의미가 있다. 왜냐하면 비록 이 땅에서 그의 삶이 편안하고 걱정없이 보냈을 지라도 그는 자신의 이 땅의 부의 어떤 것도 가지고 갈 수 없고, 극심한 궁핍함 속에서 이제 다른 혼이 사랑으로 그에게 제공하는 것에 의존하게 된다. 이제 그가 이 땅에서 행한 선행이 결정적이고, 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 그는 저세상에서 선행에 대한 보상을 거두거나, 완전히 벌거벗고 공허한 가운데 암울한 삶을 살아야만 하게 될 것이다.

혼에게 어디에서도 도움이 제공되지 않는다면, 혼은 극도로 궁핍해진다. 혼이 이 땅에서 피할 줄 알았던 모든 불쾌하고 어려운 모든 일들이, 혼이 스스로 자신의 이 땅에서의 잘못된 인생관을 깨닫고, 다른 삶을, 다른 상태를 만들려는 의지를 가질 때까지, 혼을 박해할 것이다. 왜냐하면 유일하게 혼의 의지가 결정적이고, 이 의지가 또한 저 세상의 형편에 변화를 가져올 수 있기 때문이다.

그러므로 혼이 사랑으로 자신을 생각하는 사랑의 사람들을 이 땅에 남겨둔다면, 그런 일은 무한한 가치가 있는 일이다. 왜냐하면 사랑의 힘이 혼에게 제공될 수 있는 유일한 도움이기 때문이다. 그러므로 너희는 항상 사랑을 돌보려고 노력해야 한다. 오직 사랑이 구원해줄 수 있다. 사랑하는 심장이 가장 깊은 곳에서 죽은 사람을 위해 기도할 때, 저세상의 죽은 자에게 쇠하지 않는 재물이 보내진다. 이는 아직 깨달음을 얻기 위해 고군분투하고 있는 혼에게 수월해지는 일을 의미하고, 도움을 의미한다.

육체는 이 땅에서 잘 돌봄을 받았지만, 혼은 너무 적게 또는 전혀 돌봄을 받지 못했다. 그러나 혼은 이제 이 땅의 잘못된 삶의 결과를 감당해야만 하고, 자주 가장 끔찍한 방식으로 감당해야만 한다. 그러나 자신의 잘못을 빠르게 깨닫는 사람은 행복한 사람이다. 왜냐하면 비록 그들이 아직 말할 수 없이 투쟁을 해야만 할지라도, 성공하게 될 것이기 때문이다. 왜냐하면 혼의 빛을 향한 추구를 알아볼 수 있는 곳에서, 모든 혼에게 도움이 주어지기 때문이다.
