Consequences of spiritual backwardness....

People's spiritual state is far more alarming than you believe, for you still walk along with great peace of mind where you would have to turn away in horror if you wanted to recognize the spiritual state correctly. And it is of utmost importance for you to receive enlightenment as to the consequences of your backwardness. You attach almost no importance to spiritual higher development in earthly life but only pay attention to the body and its desires, but you don't pay attention to the soul and don't know how dreadful the effects of your sluggishness are for the soul, how no salvation can be brought to you other than that the danger which threatens you physically and mentally is so vividly brought before your eyes.... You look back on your life at the end of days without any satisfaction, for it brought you no progress whatsoever, and all suffering on earth is small compared to the great suffering which now awaits you on the other side. And it would be easy for you to take part in all spiritual work if you only hold this 'later' in front of yourselves.... Life demands total commitment if you want to master it and rise to the lordship over all useless weaklings who shy away from the struggle for life. In the same way, the spiritual life always only demands mindfulness, determination and utmost truthfulness.... But then you will also overcome earthly life and an eternal life in all glory will beckon to you, you will then, instead of serving, be able to rule over the spiritually unfit weaklings, you will be able to rule over the spiritually unfit or arrogant souls in the beyond.... It will bring you unspeakable delight to look back at life and to be fully aware that it was used correctly for spiritual progress, you will realize that only the knowledge of spiritual things can weigh in the balance, and earthly knowledge is valued at zero by the divine saviour and redeemer.... You will accept all offered spiritual things as pure truth and seek to enrich yourselves with treasures of all kinds which, however, only let love for God and your neighbour arise in you and are therefore purest spiritual possessions, for all earthly endeavours will be recognized as useless and worthless at the end of days, and such recognition will let people die in remorse and self-reproach.... this feeling of remorse cannot be chased away arbitrarily, but endless times gnaw at the person when he has left earthly life. And therefore, again and again he will receive instructions during his lifetime to prevent him from having to perish in the beyond under suffering and remorse. And humanity should pay attention to this and only try a little to give an account of how far it contributes to promoting the spiritual state itself, and then compete to still reach the highest possible level of perfection on earth.... This struggle is certainly difficult, but of such unspeakably beneficial influence, since it gives man the opportunity to leave earth as a being of light and enter the kingdom of the beyond. For everything the father in heaven gives is a sign of His steadfast love, which wants to protect you from severe suffering and therefore sends His grace to people in abundance, so that everyone will receive what he needs to strengthen his spirit....

Le conseguenze della retrocessione spirituale

La costituzione spirituale degli uomini è molto più preoccupante di quanto credete, perché andate ancora in giro con grande tranquillità dell’anima, dove dovreste distogliervi rabbrividendo, se voleste riconoscere bene lo stato spirituale. E per voi è della massima importanza ricevere il chiarimento quali conseguenze avrà questa vostra retrocessione. Non attribuite quasi nessun valore allo sviluppo spirituale verso l’Alto nella vita terrena. ma badate solo al corpo ed i suoi desideri, ma non badate all’anima e non sapete quale terribile effetto abbia questa vostra pigrizia per l’anima, come diversamente non vi può essere portata la salvezza che mettervi ben comprensibile davanti agli occhi il pericolo, che vi minaccia corporalmente ed animicamente. Vedete, tutta la vostra vita terrena è sbagliata. Alla fine dei giorni guardate indietro sulla vostra vita senza alcuna soddisfazione che non vi ha portato nessun progresso, ed ogni sofferenza sulla Terra è da chiamare piccola contro la grande sofferenza, che vi attende ora nell’aldilà. Per voi sarebbe stato facile partecipare a tutto il lavoro spirituale, se soltanto teneste presente questo “più tardi”. La vita esige l’intero impegno, se volete superarla ed elevarvi al Signore oltre tutti i deboli incapaci che temono la lotta della vita. Precisamente così anche per la vita spirituale esiste sempre soltanto la volontà di adoperarsi, esige attenzione, determinazione e la più estrema veridicità. Ma allora vincerete anche la vita terrena, e vi farà cenno una Vita eterna in tutta la Magnificenza, allora nell’aldilà invece di servire potrete governare le anime inservibili o arroganti, vi preparerà una indicibile delizia guardare indietro nella vita e di stare nella pienissima conoscenza che è stata utilizzata bene per il progresso spirituale, riconoscerete che soltanto il sapere di cose spirituali può cadere nella coppa della bilancia ed il sapere terreno viene valutato pari al nulla dal divino Salvatore e Redentore. Accetterete senza preoccupazione ogni cosa spirituale offerta come pura Verità e cercherete di arricchirvi con tesori di ogni genere, che soltanto l’amore per Dio e per il prossimo ha fatto sorgere in voi e con ciò sono il più puro patrimonio spirituale, perché tutti gli sforzi terreni alla fine dei giorni verranno riconosciuti come inutili e senza valore, ed una tale conoscenza farà soccombere gli uomini dal pentimento ed auto accuse, questo sentimento di pentimento non potrà essere scacciato così arbitrariamente, ma rosicchierà per tempi infiniti nell’uomo, quando avrà lasciato la vita terrena. E perciò durante i tempi di vita gli giungono sempre di nuovo ancora delle indicazioni, per preservarlo dal dover soccombere nell’aldilà sotto sofferenza e pentimento. E l’umanità dovrebbe fare attenzione e cercare di rendersi conto soltanto un poco, fin dove lei stessa ha contribuito a promuovere lo stato spirituale, e poi lottare per raggiungere il gradino più alto possibile del perfezionamento ancora sulla Terra. Questa lotta è bensì difficile, ma di una influenza talmente benefica, dato che dà all’uomo la possibilità di abbandonare la Terra come essere di Luce e di entrare nel Regno dell’aldilà. Perché tutto ciò che il Padre nel Cielo dà, è un Segno del Suo immutabile Amore, che vorrebbe preservarvi da grave sofferenza e perciò fa giungere agli uomini la Sua Grazia in tutta la pienezza, affinché ognuno riceva ciò che gli serve per la fortificazione dello spirito.
