God's blessing.... prayer and success of the work....

It is irresponsible carelessness if the lord is not thought of before any work is started. If it is at a person's disposal to receive the lord's blessing, which then makes all work easy and successful for him, and he does not pay attention to this blessing, then all burden and responsibility rests on his shoulders alone and he will therefore have to toil and strain much more, than if he entrusts himself to the lord and appeals to Him for His assistance.... However, where the work on earth is successful even without the requested help and the human being believes he does not need God's blessing, good spiritual strength is not always involved in the success of the work but often arises with the support of opposing power in order to prevent the human being from turning to the creator of heaven and earth in prayer for assistance. Therefore, an apparently successful striving on earth without recourse to the divine lord must not be misleading or misjudged.... the fallacy must not be drawn from it that the human being can very well do without divine help without suffering harm.... only as long as he is completely ignorant and thus does not consciously neglect the divine commandments to ask for blessing, no disadvantage will arise for him and he will be protected from the influence of the opposing power, but if he acknowledges an eternal deity and recognizes His creator and controller in His earthly existence, yet intends to carry out his earthly activity without His assistance, he will then often be offered resistance.... He will have to recognize his powerlessness through failures and difficult successes; He will have to realize that he is not always in control of the success of his work; he will feel a certain resistance from above which he can overcome himself through right thinking. And if he has used his thoughts correctly and trustingly revealed himself to the father in heaven and entrusted his work and its success to Him, he will be honoured with blessings from above and need never fear that they will be withdrawn from him as long as he desires to be blessed by God and expresses this through prayer and trusting devotion. To stand in God's blessing means to be able to go through life light-heartedly, to be relieved of earthly worries and to be able to hand over everything difficult to Him.... And this awareness lets the human being go through life joyfully and cheerfully, he no longer bears the responsibility alone but has handed it over to the lord, and only, where the human being falters in faith or becomes negligent in prayer, the hardships of life approach him again and drive him to renewed reflection on his own weakness without divine help, so that the human being clearly recognizes that his earthly path leads astray if he does not avail himself of divine help and consciously asks the father in heaven for blessing....

Segen Gottes.... Gebet und Gelingen der Arbeit....

Ein unverantwortlicher Leichtsinn ist es, wenn des Herrn nicht gedacht wird, bevor irgendwelche Arbeit in Angriff genommen wird. So es den Menschen zu Gebote steht, den Segen des Herrn zu empfangen, der ihm dann alle Arbeit leicht und erfolgreich werden läßt, und er achtet dieses Segens nicht, so ruht alle Last und Verantwortung allein auf seinen Schultern, und er wird sich daher viel mehr plagen und anstrengen müssen, als wenn er sich dem Herrn anvertraut und Ihn um Seinen Beistand bittet.... Doch wo die Arbeit auf Erden auch ohne die erflehte Hilfe erfolgreich ist und der Mensch den Segen Gottes nicht zu benötigen glaubt, dort ist nicht immer gute geistige Kraft beteiligt am Gelingen der Arbeit, sondern oft entsteht diese mit Unterstützung der Gegenmacht, um den Menschen zu verhindern, sich im Gebet an den Schöpfer des Himmels und der Erde um Beistand zu wenden. Es darf deshalb ein anscheinend erfolgreiches Streben auf Erden ohne Inanspruchnahme des göttlichen Herrn nicht beirren oder falsch bewertet werden.... es darf daraus nicht der Trugschluß gezogen werden, daß der Mensch sehr wohl die göttliche Hilfe entbehren könne, ohne Schaden zu nehmen.... nur solange er völlig unwissend ist und also nicht bewußt der göttlichen Gebote das Erbitten des Segens versäumt, wird ihm kein Nachteil erwachsen und er behütet werden vom Einfluß der Gegenmacht, so er aber eine ewige Gottheit anerkennt und in Ihr seinen Schöpfer und Lenker im Erdendasein erkennt, doch seine Erdentätigkeit ohne Dessen Beihilfe auszuführen gedenkt, wird ihm nun oft Widerstand geboten werden.... Er wird an Fehlschlägen und erschwerten Erfolgen seine Ohnmacht erkennen müssen; er wird einsehen müssen, daß er nicht immer das Gelingen seiner Arbeit in der Hand hat; er wird es spüren, daß ihm von oben ein gewisser Widerstand entgegengesetzt wird, den er selbst durch rechtes Denken beheben kann. Und hat er das Denken recht genützt und sich dem Vater im Himmel vertrauensvoll offenbart und Ihm seine Arbeit und deren Gelingen anheimgestellt, so wird er des Segens von oben gewürdigt werden und nimmer zu fürchten brauchen, daß ihm dieser entzogen wird, solange er in Gottes Segen zu stehen wünscht und dies durch Gebet und vertrauensvolle Hingabe äußert. Im Segen Gottes zu stehen heißt, unbeschwert durch das Leben gehen zu können, der irdischen Sorgen enthoben zu sein und alles Schwere Ihm übergeben zu können.... Und dieses Bewußtsein läßt den Menschen froh und heiter durch das Leben gehen, er trägt nicht mehr allein die Verantwortung, sondern hat diese dem Herrn übergeben, und nur, wo der Mensch wankend im Glauben oder nachlässig im Gebet wird, treten auch die Nöte des Lebens wieder an ihn heran und treiben ihn zu erneutem Nachdenken über die eigene Schwäche ohne die göttliche Hilfe, so daß der Mensch klar erkennt, daß sein Erdenweg in die Irre führt, so er nicht der göttlichen Hilfe sich bedient und bewußt den Vater im Himmel um Segen bittet....
