Earth’s state of peace depends on spiritual attitude ....

The peace which one day shall make the people on earth very happy is still far out of sight. Too many demons are still interfering in world events and find too much cover behind people’s spiritual attitude; consequently, a turning point in earthly life will only become apparent when humanity’s mentality turns more towards spiritual experience .... The promises of the Lord will therefore only apply on earth when the earthly children’s faith in Him comes alive in their hearts. Everything of a spiritual nature does not, in a manner of speaking, walk with the world but next to the world .... Only one or the other can dominate a person entirely, and the world will lose to the same extent as faith wins. When the spirit tilts the balance in its favour then peace will bring joy to the world and all earthly hardship will come to an end. Yet humanity’s yearning is still far removed from this. Worldly desire keeps a firm hold on them, sacrifices will always only be made for this, and almost all interests merely apply to temporal joys. The broad, passable path, which leads to the soul’s downfall and into disaster, is preferred to the narrow path, which is indeed full of thorns but it will lead to the goal with certainty .... to eternal life in all splendour and glory. And as long as people’s intentions and thoughts don’t change, as long as their thinking does not become deeper and more internalised, world events cannot change either, because they shape them themselves through their will. For as long as their love purely concerns their bodily satisfaction, they will draw their strength for their endeavour from the materialistic spirit world, and this can only result in an increase of all secular cravings and never a decrease of the same. On the other hand, the strength for good will grow tremendously if people do not apply their love to themselves but to their fellow human beings and therefore to the all-retaining Creator again .... Any support which now flows to people is beneficial spiritual strength, which will always result in the desire for the spirit and an assured spiritualisation of human thinking. Hence people themselves will reshape world events and are therefore the bearers of the spirit of peace if they undermine their inclination towards the world and seek fulfilment in spiritual experience and perfection. Then a peaceful state will bring joy to the world .... there will neither be discord nor envy among the nations .... No-one will try to curtail the other’s wealth but always share with him, and a life of love among each other will help people to attain highest spiritual maturity. For the world is part of the dark power .... Anyone who desires it also hands himself over to this power, yet he who detests it will be seized by the blessed spiritual world and, continually receiving strength, can entrust himself to it. And so a state of peace will make those earthly children exceedingly happy who have utterly discarded their longing for the world and completely turned towards the spirit. Yet only the one who has recognised this can participate in the co-operation of bringing eternal peace to earth.

Estado de paz en la tierra depende del estado mental....

La paz que algún día deberá hacer feliz a la tierra estará muy lejos todavía. Demasiados demonios todavía intervienen en los eventos mundiales, que encuentran en la actitud mental de la gente un apoyo demasiado grande, por lo que una revolución en la vida terrenal solo se notará cuando los sentidos y las aspiraciones de la humanidad se vuelven de nuevo hacia la experiencia espiritual .... Y, por lo tanto, las promesas del Señor sólo se aplicarán al tiempo terrestre cuando la fe de los hijos terrenales en Él cobre vida en el corazón.

Todo lo espiritual no va con el mundo, por así decirlo, sino al lado del mundo .... Sólo uno u otro puede dominar completamente al hombre, y el mundo perderá en la misma medida en que gana la fe. Si la balanza de lo espiritual tendrá la preponderancia, la paz también hará feliz a la tierra, y toda esta miseria terrenal llegará a su fin.

Pero el anhelo de la humanidad todavía está muy lejos de esto. El deseo mundano los mantiene en lazos firmes, solo siempre se sacrifica a esto, y casi todos los intereses solo están dirigidos a los placeres terrenales. El camino ancho y transitable que conduce a la ruina del alma y a la perdición se prefiere al camino angosto, que probablemente esté lleno de espinas, pero ciertamente conduce a la meta.... a la vida eterna en todo su esplendor y gloria. Y antes de que no cambien los esfuerzos y los pensamientos de las personas, antes de que su pensamiento no se vuelva más profundo y más interno, los acontecimientos mundiales tampoco pueden cambiar, porque las personas mismas lo forman a través de su voluntad. Mientras que su amor solo está dirigido a la satisfacción del cuerpo, tanto tiempo también obtengan el suministro de fuerza para sus almas del mundo espiritual materialista, y esto solo tiene como consecuencia un aumento de los placeres mundanos, pero jamás una disminución de los mismos.

Por otro lado, la fuerza para el bien aumentará enormemente si el amor del hombre no es por sí mismo, sino por los semejantes y, por lo tanto, nuevamente por el Creador que todo lo mantiene.... Todo apoyo que ahora se dirige a los semejantes es una energía espiritual buena que siempre aumenta el deseo por lo espiritual y tiene como consecuencia una espiritualización segura del pensamiento humano. Por lo tanto, son las personas mismas las que transforman los acontecimientos mundiales y, por lo tanto, también portadores del espíritu de paz cuando socavan su inclinación hacia el mundo y buscan su realización en la experiencia y la perfección espiritual.

Entonces un estado de paz hará feliz a la tierra.... No habrá discordia ni envidia entre los pueblos.... Nadie intentará menoscabar el bien del otro, sino que siempre lo compartirá con el otro, y una vida amorosa el uno para el otro ayudará para el mayor desarrollo del espíritu. Porque el mundo es parte del poder oscuro.... Quien lo anhela, también se entrega a este poder, pero quien lo detesta será acogido del mundo espiritual bendito y puede entregarse continuamente a este mientras recibe fuerza.

Y así, el estado de paz será extremadamente feliz para los niños terrenales que ha renunciado por completo al deseo por el mundo y se han vuelto completamente hacia lo espiritual. pero solo aquel que ha reconocido esto puede participar en la cooperación para traer la paz eterna al mundo.
