Willingness to believe.... influence of the good forces of the spirit....

Perseverance in faith is unspeakably blissful for the soul. It gives it a feeling of well-being, as it beneficially experiences the blessings of divine strength and grace and the ascent to higher regions becomes easier as a result. And so a soul can only be redeemed if the human being, in profound faith, accomplishes everything that is beneficial to the soul. For faith is followed by love.... and in love the human being then seeks affirmation.... and works of love again increase the strength, attract the closeness of God, and the soul gradually releases itself from its bonds and unites with the spirit from God within it. For all progress can only take place when the soul separates itself from the desire that has hitherto bound it.... when it desires nothing other than to be with God, then every endeavour will be easy for it and will certainly lead to the goal. In order to come into possession of complete faith, man must free himself from all false doctrine, from superstition.... He must try to entrust himself to the supreme being, Whom he cannot intellectually deny, and ask this being for spiritual enlightenment.... Then the right faith will already be offered to him in a palatable form, for if the human being wants to, then he is already on the right path as soon as he freely turns to the supreme being in supplication. Only someone who is so completely without faith that he does not want to recognize anything and looks at and accepts life around and within himself with indifference, his heart is very hardened and will not come closer to faith so easily. He too will be told about the faith and the teaching of Christ, but he will reject everything and arrogantly consider himself to be knowledgeable and recognizing, while laughing at others. If such people are not taught otherwise by the deep suffering sent to them by the lord, then it looks very sad for such a soul and all endeavours of the good spiritual beings, whose protection they are entrusted with, are in vain.... It is an unparalleled struggle for such souls who persist in faithlessness, and the most extreme means must be used to dissuade them from their deluded thinking, whereas a believing earthly human being triggers indescribable joy in the kingdom of the beyond and inspires the good spirits to ever greater activity of love towards the souls entrusted to them. The slightest concession on earth will be used to influence a person's train of thought, and thus even unbelieving people will often feel prompted to think about the most unsolved problems. They certainly reject everything but they cannot always resist their thoughts, which often lead people into areas where they themselves cannot find their way, and such musings are always of value even if they are still far removed from the truth. And no matter how devoted a person is to the world.... there come hours when even all earthly things cannot entice him.... where he thinks about the beginning and the end.... where a quiet restlessness creeps over him when he thinks of his demise. If nothing in life could change him, then the thought of death will shake him out of his mental torpor, albeit in a less than pleasant way, but it can then be built upon by the spiritual forces that care for him. And blessed is he who follows the admonitions within him.... who, even at the end of his days, deals with everything that can lead him to faith and who seriously repents in earthly life of what he has neglected and asks God for His help and mercy. The father will lovingly meet him in the last hour and bless him.... and his struggle in the afterlife will be an easier one....

Voluntad de creer..... Influencia de las buenas fuerzas espirituales.....

La perseverancia en la fe es un deleite indescriptible para el alma. Le da una sensación de bienestar, ya que siente cono benevolencia las bendiciones de la fuerza divina y gracia, y a través de esto le facilita su ascenso a regiones superiores. Y así, un alma solo puede ser redimida si el hombre con fe profunda logra todo lo que es beneficioso para el alma. Porque el amor sigue a la fe..... y en el amor el hombre busca la actividad..... y las obras del amor vuelven a aumentar la fuerza, atraen la cercanía de Dios, y el alma se deprende gradualmente de sus ataduras y se une con el Espíritu de Dios en ella. Porque cualquier progreso solo puede tener lugar cuando el alma se separa del deseo que antes la cautivó..... Cuando no exige nada más que estar con Dios, entonces cada esfuerzo será fácil para ella y conducirá a la meta con certeza.

Para llegar a poseer la verdadera fe ahora, el hombre debe liberarse de cualquier herejía, de la superstición..... Debe tratar de confiarse al ser más elevado, que no puede negar intelectualmente y pedirle a este Ser una aclaración espiritual..... Entonces la fe correcta ya se le será ofrecido a él en una forma agradable, porque si una persona quiere, entonces ya está en el camino correcto tan pronto como se dirige al Ser supremo suplicándole en libre albedrío. Solo quien es tan completamente incrédulo que no quiere reconocer nada y mira y acepta con indiferencia la vida a su alrededor, su corazón está muy endurecido y no se acerca a la fe tan fácilmente. Él también se dará cuenta de la fe y de Cristo, pero lo rechaza todo y se considera arrogantemente conocedor y discernidor, mientras él se reirá de los demás. Si tales personas no aprenden del profundo sufrimiento que el Señor les envía, entonces se ve muy triste por tal alma, y todos los esfuerzos de los buenos seres espirituales, cuya protección se les ha confiado, son en vano.

Existe una lucha incomparable por tales almas que permanecen en la incredulidad, y se deben usar los medios más extremos para disuadirlas de su pensamiento engañoso, mientras que un hombre terrenal creyente desencadena una alegría indescriptible en el reino del más allá, lo que inspira a los buenos espíritus a una actividad amorosa cada vez mayor en las almas que se les han confiado. El más mínimo compromiso en la tierra se usa para influir en el proceso del pensamiento del hombre, y así muy a menudo incluso las personas sin fe se sentirán incluidas a pensar en los problemas más no resueltos. Probablemente rechazan todo, pero no siempre pueden oponerse a sus pensamientos, los cuales a menudo llevan al hombre a áreas donde no pueden encontrar su camino, y esa inquietud siempre es valiosa, incluso si todavía están lejos de la verdad.

Y no importa cuánto tiempo una persona se dedica al mundo..... llegan horas en las que ni siquiera las cosas terrenales pueden atraerla..... donde piensa en el principio y el final..... Cuando siente una ligera inquietud se apodera de ella cuando piensa en su fallecimiento. Si nada en la vida podía cambiarla, entonces el pensamiento de la muerte la sacará de su entumecimiento, de una manera desagradable, pero luego puede ser construido en esto por las fuerzas espirituales que se ocupan de ella. Y bien para aquel, que cede a las advertencias en él..... que al final de sus días se ocupa de todo lo que puede llevarlo a la fe, y que lamenta seriamente lo que ha descuidado mientras aún estaba en la tierra, y pide a Dios por Su ayuda y Su misericordia. El Padre lo encontrará amorosamente en la última hora y lo bendecirá..... y su lucha en el más allá será fácil.....
