Fight against Christianity.... Submission questions to God Himself.... Responsibility of the soul....

The Lord has decided to take the greatest possible retribution when His will is no longer acknowledged and His name is mocked..... For among mankind, all reverence for the eternal Godhead has been extinguished, and only earthly power, wealth and rank still rule. One applies force to the true confessor of His name and believes to be deprived of any justification towards Him.... Certain circles even try to shake the foundations of Christianity by denying the Author of it and questioning His existence altogether. At present, they have countless followers who find such an explanation pleasant and comfortable and therefore do not hesitate to adopt this view and likewise reject everything that is connected with Jesus Christ as the Redeemer of mankind.

These people give themselves such a great indictment of poverty, they do not give themselves an account, because their inner voice would guide them in the right direction.... In return, they let something be taken from them that everyone should first submit to their own judgment. Only if the human being connects a serious striving with the will to fathom the truth, he can get clarity about what is the doctrine of God and what is the doctrine of man..... Who lets this great question resound in the human heart.... who seriously strives to acknowledge the Divinity, if He proves Himself as such to the earthly child, he will not be left without answer for a long time, because the heavenly Father sends help to such searching souls very soon..... He also lets them find the way where they will get clarity about such and similar questions.

Whoever earnestly desires to be enlightened about the nature of Christ, will soon receive such a clear and comprehensible picture of the Savior, that his doubts will vanish and he will surrender to the teachings of Christ with full conviction. And so only people should present this question to the heavenly Father Himself, so they would not get into the danger to turn away completely from the Saviour of mankind. Everything breathes God's goodness and love.... where man asks in error or ignorance, there he is lovingly led to the way of truth.... but to reject out of one's own intellectual wisdom, will lead to ever greater error....

But what the human being believes to recognize as an individual, is left to him.... who however wants to talk up his own opinion full of conviction also to the fellow human being, is a great sinner before God and the people. The lot of his own soul is unspeakably sad if he is on the wrong path; But to have been responsible for the fate of fellow human beings is irresponsible, and God's judgment will be sent to them while they are still on earth, so that they will realize that the Lord does not allow His name to be mocked and does not tolerate the salvation of countless fellow human beings to be endangered.

For if you take earthly goods from man, this is not right before God.... But how will you answer for yourselves, you who take the eternal kingdom from your fellow man.... He who is weak listens to his fellow man and thoughtlessly accepts what brings him the greatest harm for his soul.... Therefore beware to persuade these weak in spirit of your opinion, if you do not want to be punished in the most sensitive way still in the earthly life.... because the Lord has the power over everything in heaven and on earth.... He will also know how to protect His Word, and this will not pass away until all eternity and will bear witness to Jesus Christ as the Son of God and Redeemer of mankind....

De strijd tegen het christendom – Het voorleggen van de vraag aan God Zelf – Verantwoordelijkheid voor de ziel

De Heer heeft besloten om de grootst mogelijke vergelding uit te oefenen, wanneer Zijn wil niet meer erkend en Zijn naam bespot wordt. Want onder de mensheid is elk ontzag voor de eeuwige Godheid verdwenen en alleen aardse macht, rijkdom en aanzien regeren nog maar. Men doet ware belijders van Zijn naam geweld aan en gelooft van elke rechtvaardiging tegenover Hem ontheven te zijn.

Bepaalde kringen proberen zelfs het fundament van het christendom aan het wankelen te brengen, doordat ze de Grondlegger hiervan loochenen en Zijn bestaan toch al in twijfel trekken. Ze hebben op dit moment talloze aanhangers, voor wie zo’n uitleg aangenaam en gemakkelijk is en die daarom niet aarzelen om zich deze zienswijze eigen te maken en eveneens alles afwijzen, wat met Jezus Christus als Verlosser van de mensheid in verband staat. Deze mensen geven zichzelf zo’n groot brevet van onvermogen. Ze leggen aan zichzelf geen rekenschap af, want hun innerlijke stem zou hen al juist leiden. Daarentegen laten ze zich iets ontnemen, wat eenieder eerst aan de eigen beoordeling zou moeten onderwerpen.

Pas wanneer de mens met de wil om de waarheid te doorgronden ook zijn ernstige streven verbindt, kan hij er zichzelf helderheid over verschaffen, wat de leer van God of van de mens is. Degene, die deze grote vraag in het mensenhart laat klinken, die zich ernstig inspant om de Godheid te erkennen als ze zich als zodanig bewijst, zal niet lang zonder antwoord gelaten worden, want de hemelse Vader laat zulke zoekende zielen heel spoedig hulp toekomen. Hij laat hen ook de weg vinden, waar hun helderheid over zulke en gelijksoortige vragen gegeven wordt.

Degene, die er ernstig naar verlangt om opheldering te krijgen over het wezen van Christus, zal spoedig zo’n helder en duidelijk beeld van de Heiland krijgen, dat zijn twijfels zullen verdwijnen en hij zich met volle overtuiging aan de leer van Christus zal wijden. En als de mens deze vraag maar aan de hemelse Vader Zelf voor zou leggen, zou hij niet het gevaar lopen zich volledig van de Verlosser van de mensheid af te keren. Alles ademt de goedheid en liefde van God. Waar de mens dwalend of onwetend vraagt, wordt hij liefdevol naar de weg van de waarheid geleid, maar afwijzen op basis van de wijsheid van het eigen verstand zou tot een steeds grotere dwaling leiden.

Maar wat de mens als individu gelooft te herkennen, blijft aan hem overgelaten. Wie echter de medemensen zijn eigen mening met volle overtuiging aanpraten wil, is een grote zondaar voor God en de mensen. Het lot van zijn eigen ziel is onnoemelijk treurig, wanneer hij zich op de verkeerde weg bevindt. Maar schuld te hebben aan het lot van de medemens is onverantwoordelijk en dezen zal al op aarde het gericht van God gezonden worden, opdat ze herkennen, dat de Heer niet met Zijn naam laat spotten en niet duldt, dat het zielenheil van talloze medemensen in gevaar gebracht wordt. Want wanneer jullie aardse goederen van de mens afpakken, keurt God dit niet goed. Maar hoe willen jullie je verantwoorden, als jullie het eeuwige rijk van de medemensen afnemen?

Wie zwak is, luistert naar zijn medemensen en neemt gedachteloos aan, wat hem echter het grootste gevaar voor zijn ziel oplevert. Hoed jullie er daarom voor om deze zwakken van geest jullie mening aan te praten, als jullie niet al in het aardse leven het gevoeligst gestraft willen worden, want de Heer heeft de macht over alles in de hemel en op aarde. Hij zal ook Zijn woord weten te beschermen en dit zal niet vergaan tot in alle eeuwigheid en zal getuigenis afleggen van Jezus Christus als Gods Zoon en Verlosser van de mensheid.
