Lies and truth....

The greatest evil is lying.... If you recognize the truth and yet pay no attention to it, you allow the spirit of lies to gain power over you.... and its power is greater than you believe, for it poisons your whole thinking.... it robs you of all power of judgement and always has a myriad of vices and bad habits behind it, all of which have their origin in lies. If the light is to shine for you, you must remain in the truth, for where there is falsehood, there is also darkness. No soul likes such darkness, but it is inevitably pushed into it where the truth is not respected. All tribulation comes from lies.... The lie opens the door to evil passions and desires.... it is often so inconspicuous in itself and yet it destroys all good instincts in people. And so all corruption is rooted in the lie, for it is a product of darkness. And so listen up: as long as you do not endeavour to cultivate the purest truth within you.... as long as you take refuge in even the smallest paraphrases or untruths, the spirit of truth will never be able to enlighten you, for you can only unite with the eternal deity when you are completely pure of heart and detest lies with all your heart. And now you see the consequences of a lie swelling to enormous proportions.... You do not know how enormous the effects of the lie are.... how it creates evil and reproduces itself, always giving birth to new lies.... And that is why the lie is the death of the soul, just as the pure truth is the light from the heavens for it. But if you stand up for the truth, it will remain light and bright in you and you will defeat the lie.... For just as the lie is mighty in its power and constantly brings evil in its wake, the pure truth is nevertheless much stronger and can illuminate the night of lies with the brightest light by virtue of its power.... And if mankind only wanted to seek the truth, it would force the lie to its feet and bring infinite blessings to the earth. But as it is, too many opposing forces prevail and are fought little or not at all, and the lie spreads across the whole earth and brings about incredible destruction.... And this is one reason why so little credence is given to the possibility of a pure spiritual connection between the earth and the beyond. What is not so easy for people to understand, they immediately throw into the realm of lies.... They do not scrutinize, but immediately reject, because they know the lie and its accompanying phenomena only too well and know that its devastation extends over all areas.... Pure truth is a lie in their eyes.... they are much more likely to accept the lie unchecked.... If they were to turn to God for enlightenment, they would soon lose all doubt and their powers of judgement would be sharpened, and they would very soon know how to distinguish truth from lies. There would be light in their hearts and they would flee the lie as the most shameful work of evil.... But as long as mankind does not take refuge in prayer.... and plead for knowledge of the truth, it will remain subject to the lie, and that through its own fault.... For the lord imparts the pure truth to His children on earth and wants to offer it to all people.... But who accepts it?.... Only a small part, but the others grope in the blackest darkness and remain children of lies of their own will, and so they will hardly attain eternal life, for only the truth guarantees them this....

Lüge und Wahrheit....

Der Übel größtes ist die Lüge.... so ihr die Wahrheit erkennet und achtet ihrer dennoch nicht, lasset ihr dem Lügengeist Macht über euch gewinnen.... und seine Macht ist größer, als ihr glaubet, denn er vergiftet euer ganzes Denken.... er nimmt euch jede Urteilskraft und hat hinter sich stets eine Unzahl Laster und Untugenden stehen, die alle in der Lüge ihren Ursprung haben. So euch nun das Licht leuchten soll, müsset ihr in der Wahrheit bleiben, denn wo die Lüge ist, ist auch die Finsternis. Keiner Seele behagt solche Finsternis, sie wird aber unweigerlich in diese gedrängt, wo der Wahrheit nicht geachtet wird. Alle Trübsal kommt von der Lüge.... Die Lüge öffnet Tür und Tor den bösen Leidenschaften und Begierden.... sie ist an sich oft so unscheinbar und vernichtet doch alle guten Triebe im Menschen. Und so wurzelt alles Verderben in der Lüge, denn sie ist ein Produkt der Finsternis. Und so horchet auf: Solange ihr euch nicht bemüht, die reinste Wahrheit in euch zu pflegen.... solange ihr zu noch so kleinen Umschreibungen oder Unwahrheiten eure Zuflucht nehmt, wird euch der Geist der Wahrheit niemals erleuchten können, denn ihr könnt erst dann mit der ewigen Gottheit euch vereinen, wenn ihr völlig reinen Herzens seid und die Lüge aus ganzem Herzen verabscheut. Und ihr sehet nun die Folgen eines Lügengewebes anschwellen zu ungeheurer Tragweite.... Ihr wisset nicht, wie gewaltig die Auswirkungen der Lüge sind.... wie sie Übles erzeugt und sich fortpflanzet, immer neue Lügen gebärend.... Und darum ist die Lüge der Tod der Seele, so wie die reine Wahrheit das Licht aus den Himmeln für diese bedeutet. So ihr euch aber für die Wahrheit einsetzet, wird es in euch licht und hell bleiben, und ihr werdet die Lüge besiegen.... Denn wie auch die Lüge gewaltig ist in ihrer Macht und ständig Böses nach sich zieht, so ist die reine Wahrheit doch um vieles stärker und kann die Nacht der Lüge mit hellstem Licht erleuchten kraft ihrer Macht.... Und so die Menschheit nur die Wahrheit suchen möchte, würde diese die Lüge zu Füßen zwingen und unendlichen Segen über die Erde bringen. So aber walten zu viele Gegenkräfte und werden wenig oder gar nicht bekämpft, und die Lüge verbreitet sich über die ganze Erde und bringt unglaubliche Zerstörungen zustande.... Und dies ist ein Grund, weshalb so wenig Glauben geschenkt wird der Möglichkeit einer reingeistigen Verbindung zwischen der Erde und dem Jenseits. Was den Menschen nicht so leicht begreiflich ist, werfen sie sofort in das Reich der Lüge.... sie prüfen nicht, sondern lehnen sofort ab, weil sie die Lüge und ihre Begleiterscheinungen nur zu genau kennen und wissen, daß ihre Verheerungen sich über alle Gebiete erstrecken.... Reine Wahrheit ist in ihren Augen Lüge.... Die Lüge nehmen sie ungeprüft viel eher an.... So sie sich zu Gott um Erleuchtung wenden möchten, würde ihnen bald jeder Zweifel schwinden und ihre Urteilskraft geschärft werden, und sie würden sehr bald die Wahrheit von der Lüge zu unterscheiden wissen. In ihren Herzen würde es hell werden, und sie würden die Lüge fliehen als schändlichstes Werk des Bösen.... Doch solange die Menschheit nicht Zuflucht nimmt zum Gebet.... und flehet um Erkenntnis der Wahrheit, wird sie der Lüge unterworfen bleiben, und das aus eigener Schuld.... Denn der Herr vermittelt Seinen Kindern auf Erden die reine Wahrheit und möchte sie allen Menschen bieten.... Wer aber nimmt sie an?.... Nur ein kleiner Teil, die anderen aber tappen in schwärzester Finsternis und bleiben Kinder der Lüge aus eigenem Willen, und so werden sie schwerlich zum ewigen Leben gelangen, denn nur die Wahrheit verbürgt ihnen dieses....
