Undermining the teaching of Christ....

The Lord's vision goes far ahead, and the threads of fate run together everywhere into eternity. Put the axe to the roots of a tree, and you inevitably have to cut down the whole tree.... and in the same way a whole building will collapse if you would break down the foundation walls.... and where work is constantly being done to undermine the building of God, which is the teaching of Jesus Christ...., there the whole of humanity must inevitably perish, because eternal life is based on this teaching alone....

What once the Lord and Master clearly expressed to mankind, was the constant commandment to follow all His teachings. During the time when He walked on earth, His teachings accompanied and supported countless miracles and gave the unbelievers visible knowledge of the fact that God's Being and supreme power hid Himself in the human shell of Jesus and spoke through it to the people.

A work as powerful as the teachings revealed to mankind through Jesus could never be the work of a human.... the Divine power of His words, combined with the deepest love for the people, testifies to the fact that it was the Lord Himself who spoke to the people.... and such a work, the Word of God.... which existed from eternity and will remain in eternity.... shall now be destroyed through the will of man.... The world itself will rather fall apart before mankind would accomplish this....

And where someone nevertheless wants to lend a hand and will try to tackle the work of destruction, there he will rob himself of the vital nerve and slowly perish both psychologically and physically. For would you then fight against the Lord with your own hands and not be defeated? Like false friends, you will be advised by those who think they are justified in having an enlightening effect on this earthly life.

These are themselves so selfish beyond all measure that they also seek their own benefit in this striving.... that they themselves presumptuously issue commandments in an unmistakably calculating sense.... that they furthermore selfishly want to make people understand that God Himself never gives Himself to the earthly beings to recognize, except through the visible activity of nature.... a people spiritually impressed like this, rendering the connection of God with humans through Jesus Christ only credible in such a way, will be robbed of the power of their own will and the energy of this people would be weakened for unforeseeable times.

However, this view will presently not allow for unlimited power, for the people would rather keep the commandments of God in mind if they believe.... and they would live strictly according to them. But this would then be a disadvantage for the earthly rulers who want to dominate everything.... it would set a sure limit to their power. They therefore seek to present all Divine work as an earthly illusion in order to campaign against it. According to Divine counsel, Divine teaching must endure this admission in order to rise again purified and with renewed strength - and to assert itself all the more strongly in distant future times. And whoever shall lay hands on the word of God, shall perish in body and soul. But His Word will remain unchanged until all eternity....

그리스도의 교리를 훼손....

주님의 관점은 훨씬 앞서 있고, 운명의 실마리들은 모든 곳에서 영원을 향해 함께 간다. 나무의 뿌리를 도끼로 치면, 너희는 필연적으로 전체의 나무를 잘라야만 한다. 마찬가지로 너희가 건물의 기초를 파괴하면, 건물 전체가 피할 수 없게 붕괴되어야만 한다. 그리고 하나님의 건물에 지속적인 작업하는 일이 예수 그리스도의 교리의 토대를 약하게 하는 일이라면, 어쩔 수 없이 인류 전체가 멸망을 받아야만 한다. 왜냐하면 유일하게 이 가르침에 영원한 생명이 달려 있기 때문이다. 주님이신 선생님이 한때 사람들에게 분명하게 알려준 것이 항상 그의 모든 가르침에 순종하라는 계명이었다.

주님이 이 땅에 거할 때 수많은 기적들이 그의 가르침을 동행하고 지원하는 가운데 불신자들에게 하나님의 본질과 최고의 권세 자체가 인간의 겉 형체인 예수 안에서 거하면서, 이 겉형체를 통해 사람들에게 말했다. 예수가 사람들에게 계시해 준 권세 있는 가르침은 절대로 사람의 작품이 될 수 없다. 사람들을 향한 가장 깊은 사랑과 결합이 된 권세있는 하나님의 말씀이 주님 자신이 사람들에게 말했음을 증거한다. 그리고 영원 전부터 존재했고 영원히 존재할 그런 하나님의 말씀이 이제 사람의 뜻에 의해 파괴되려고 한다.

인류가 그런 일을 행하기 전에 오히려 세상 자체가 파괴될 것이다. 그리고 사람들이 여전히 그들의 손을 대어 파괴하려고 하면, 사람들은 스스로 자신의 생명의 핵심을 빼앗고 서서히 혼적으로, 육체적으로 자신을 파괴한다. 그러면 너희가 직접 너희 손으로 주님과 싸우고, 너희가 패배해야만 하지 않겠느냐냐? 이 땅의 삶을 위해 계몽하는 일을 할 권리가 있는 것으로 느끼는, 거짓 친구들과 같은 사람들의 조언을 너희가 받게 될 것이다. 그들 자신이 무엇보다 자신의 유익을 구하고, 그들이 추구하는 일에서 자신의 유익을 구하고, 그들 자신이 명백하게 계산적인 생각을 하는 가운데 계명을 만들 수 있다는 교만을 부리고, 더 나아가 자신의 유익을 생각하는 가운데 하나님 자신이 이 땅의 존재들에게 볼 수 있게 자연에서 역사하는 일을 제외하고는 자신을 절대로 드러내지 않는다고 사람들에게 이해시키려고 한다.

그러나 하나님이 사람과 예수 그리스도를 통해 연결되는 일을 백성들에게 믿을만 하게 만든 이유는 단지 영적으로 아주 감명을 받은 백성들에게서 그들 자신의 의지의 능력을 빼앗아, 그들의 행하는 능력을 예견할 수 없는 기간 동안 연약하게 만들기 위해서 였다. 그러나 현재에 주장되는 견해가 제한이 없는 권세를 가진 것을 인정하지 않고, 오히려 백성들이 하나님의 계명을 눈 앞에 두고, 그들이 믿는다면, 엄격하게 계명에 따라 산다. 그러나 이런 일은 모든 것을 다스리기 원하는 이 땅의 통치자들에게 불리할 것이고, 이를 통해 그들의 권세에 어떤 제한을 가할 것이다.

그러므로 그들은 모든 하나님의 역사로 눈을 속이는 이 땅의 역사를 세우려고 노력한다. 하나님의 뜻에 따라 하나님의 가르침은 이러한 허용을 견뎌야만 한다. 그 이유는 하나님의 가르침이 순수하게 되기 위해서 이고, 새로운 권능으로 일어서기 위해서 이고, 그럴수록 미래에 더 강력하게 주장되기 위해서이다. 그러므로 하나님의 말씀에 대항하여 손을 대는 육신과 혼은 멸망을 받을 것이다. 그러나 하나님의 말씀은 영원히 변하지 않을 것이다. 아멘
