Über den Vorentwicklungsgang der Seele....

Lange schon weilet ihr Menschen auf dieser Erde, ohne daß ihr es wisset. Aber es sollte euch Mein Wort genügen, daß ihr schon eine endlose Zeit hinter euch hattet, als ihr das Erdenleben als Mensch begannet.... Nun aber habt ihr die letzte Probe zu bestehen, um dann den Entwicklungsgang auf Erden beenden zu können, um dann geistig höher schreiten zu können in ungeahnter Seligkeit. Das hinter euch-liegende Erdenleben war schwer, darum wurde euch als Mensch die Rückerinnerung genommen, denn diese würde genügen, euch anzutreiben zu höchstem Streben, aber ein solches Streben nur aus der Angst geboren sein, nicht aber im freien Willen. Ihr wisset also nichts über eure Vorzeit, sondern könnet es nur glauben.... und euer Glaube daran wird nur sehr schwach sein, also ein Willenszwang besteht nicht zu eurer Umwandlung auf Erden. Doch mit großer Dringlichkeit wird euch dieses Wissen unterbreitet, auf daß ihr verantwortungsbewußt durch das Erdenleben geht.... Ihr mußtet sehr leiden in allen euren Vorverkörperungen, und dadurch nur konntet ihr jene Reife erlangen, die zur Verkörperung als Mensch Voraussetzung ist.... Aber ihr solltet nun auch alles tun, um eure endgültige Freiheit zu erlangen, die ihr dann auch nimmermehr verlieren werdet. Vor euch liegt eine überaus selige Zukunft, hinter euch ein Leben in Qual und Gebundenheit.... Und ihr selbst entscheidet es während des Erdenlebens, welches Los ihr eurer Seele bereitet.... Eure Seele aber ist euer eigentliches Ich, also gedenket nicht an ein zweites Wesen, dessen Los euch gleichgültig ist, sondern gedenket, daß ihr selbst es seid, die selig sein können oder maßlos leiden müssen, und also schaffet ihr selbst euch ein Los in Freiheit und Seligkeit, solange ihr noch auf Erden weilet, denn ihr habt dazu nicht mehr lange Zeit.... Noch seid ihr ichbewußte Wesen mit der Fähigkeit, denken zu können und entsprechend eurem Willen und Denken auch zu handeln, denn dazu steht euch die Lebenskraft zur Verfügung.... Jener Zustand aber, der hinter euch liegt, war ein Zustand völliger Lichtlosigkeit, und wäre dieser Zustand wieder euer Los, dann schwindet euer Ichbewußtsein und die Fähigkeit zu denken. Aber die Qualen werdet ihr empfinden, weil ihr gefesselt seid in festester Form.... während ihr, so euch ein seliges Los beschieden ist, in Licht und Freiheit eures Seins bewußt, überaus glücklich seid und eure Seligkeit ständig erhöhen könnet. Doch auch davon fehlen euch die Beweise, denn solche würden ebenfalls den freien Willen beschneiden und ein Streben zur Höhe entwerten. Doch eure innere Stimme wird immer wieder euch antreiben, und dieser sollet ihr Gehör schenken und sie befolgen. Ihr sollet euch bemühen, gut zu sein um des Guten willen, ihr sollet eure Urnatur zum Durchbruch kommen lassen, denn diese war gut und edel, weil ihr vollkommen aus der Hand Gottes hervorgegangen seid. Die Zeit ist kurz, die ihr auf Erden lebet als Mensch, aber sie genügt, euch umzuformen aus einem mangelhaften Geschöpf, zu dem ihr im freien Willen einst geworden seid, zu jener Vollkommenheit, die einst euch zierte. Die kurze Erdenzeit genügt, wenn nur euer Wille dazu bereit ist. Und das ist die Entscheidung, die Willensprobe, zwecks derer euch das Erdenleben gegeben ist. Es steht sehr viel für euch auf dem Spiel, und ihr solltet daran denken, auch wenn ihr keinen Beweis dafür habt. Nur glaubet nicht, daß ihr vergeht mit eurem Leibestode. Ihr bleibt bestehen, doch in welcher Form, das bestimmet ihr selbst, und das Los müsset ihr auf euch nehmen, das ihr selbst der Seele bereitet habt....

On the pre-developmental course of the soul....

You humans have lived on this earth for a long time without knowing it. But My word should suffice you that you already had an endless time behind you when you began your earthly life as a human being.... But now you have to pass the last test in order to be able to finish the course of development on earth, in order to then be able to spiritually progress higher in undreamed-of bliss. The earthly life behind you was difficult, that is why your recollection as a human being was taken away from you, for this would suffice to impel you to highest striving, but such striving can only be born of fear and not of free will. You therefore know nothing about your past but can only believe it.... and your faith in it will only be very weak, thus there is no compulsion of will for your transformation on earth. Yet this knowledge is presented to you with great urgency so that you will go through earthly life responsibly.... You had to suffer greatly in all your previous embodiments, and only through this were you able to attain the maturity which is a prerequisite for embodiment as a human being.... But now you should also do everything to attain your final freedom, which you will then never ever lose. An exceedingly blissful future lies ahead of you, behind you a life of torment and bondage.... And you yourselves decide during your earthly life which fate you will prepare for your soul.... But your soul is your actual self, therefore do not think of a second being whose fate is indifferent to you, but remember that it is you yourselves who can be blissful or have to suffer immeasurably, and thus you create a fate of freedom and bliss for yourselves as long as you still live on earth, for you do not have much time left for this.... You are still self-aware beings with the ability to think and also to act in accordance with your will and thinking, for you have the strength of life at your disposal to do so.... But the state which lies behind you was a state of complete lightlessness, and if this state were to be your lot again, then your ego-consciousness and the ability to think would disappear. But you will feel the agony because you are bound in the most rigid form.... whereas you, if you are granted a blissful fate, are conscious of your being in light and freedom, are exceedingly happy and can constantly increase your bliss. Yet you lack evidence of this too, for such would also curtail free will and devalue an aspiration to ascend. Yet again and again your inner voice will urge you on, and you should listen to it and obey it. You should strive to be good for the sake of good, you should let your original nature break through, for it was good and noble because you emerged completely from the hand of God. The time you live on earth as a human being is short but it is enough to transform you from a flawed creature, which you once became of your own free will, into that perfection which once adorned you. The short time on earth is enough if only your will is ready for it. And that is the decision, the test of will, for the purpose of which earthly life is given to you. A great deal is at stake for you, and you should think of it even if you have no proof of it. Just don't believe that you will perish with your physical death. You will continue to exist, yet in what form you will determine yourselves, and you will have to accept the fate which you yourselves have prepared for the soul.
