Rechtes Verhältnis zu Gott....

Wie bedeutsam es ist, das rechte Verhältnis herzustellen zu Gott, das werden die Menschen erfahren, so die große Not über sie hereinbrechen wird, denn nur die Menschen, die wie Kinder zum Vater flüchten und Ihn um Hilfe anrufen, werden diese Not ertragen und immer wieder fühlbar der Fürsorge innewerden, mit welcher sie der himmlische Vater umgibt. Sie sind niemals verlassen, denn sie wissen den Einen stets um sich, Der die Macht hat, ihnen zu helfen, und Der voller Liebe ist und Seine Kinder nimmer ohne Beistand lässet. Es muß das rechte Verhältnis zu Gott hergestellt werden, soll der Mensch richtig beten können zu Ihm, sollen die Hilferufe aus tiefstem Herzen kommen und das Ohr des himmlischen Vaters erreichen. Denn wer sich nicht als Kind des Vaters fühlt, der vermag nicht, vertrauensvoll mit Ihm zu reden, er vermag nicht, einem Kinde gleich zu bitten, sondern er wird nur ein Formgebet stammeln können ohne Gedanken und ohne Vertrauen auf Hilfe. Und dieses Gebet dringt nicht zu Ihm, es ist wohl ein Angstruf, den aber nicht der Glaube veranlaßt, sondern nur die Not. Gott aber verlangt den Glauben an Ihn, Er verlangt das kindliche Vertrauen, Er will nicht als mächtiger Gott, sondern als liebender Vater angerufen werden, Er will, daß das Kind die Hände bittend ausstreckt zum Vater, um ihm in aller Liebe Sich zuneigen und ihm helfen zu können. Das rechte Verhältnis zu Gott ist des Menschen Stärke, denn der Vater wird Sein Kind nicht in der Not lassen, Er wird es behüten und betreuen, wo es geht und steht. Die Liebe des Vaters wird sich nie einem Kind versagen, und darum kann getrost der kommenden Zeit entgegensehen, der das Verhältnis des Kindes zum Vater hergestellt hat durch das innige Gebet zu Gott um Kraft und Stärke. Und er wird sie empfangen zu rechter Zeit, er wird fähig sein, Gott seine Not vorzutragen und Ihm seine Schwäche vorzustellen, und er wird gläubig harren auf Seine Hilfe, und diesen Glauben lässet Gott nicht zuschanden werden, den Glauben des Kindes an seinen Vater, Der sowohl die Macht als auch den Willen hat, ihm zu helfen und die Not abzuwenden von ihm.... So der Mensch das rechte Verhältnis zu Gott herzustellen vermag, wird ihn nichts mehr schrecken, was auch kommen mag, denn das Urverhältnis war innigster Verband mit Gott, und dieses Urverhältnis trug ihm Macht und Kraft ein, die er in aller Freiheit des Willens nützen konnte. Und die Kraft aus Gott steht ihm auch nun zur Verfügung, sowie er sie nur nützen will, sowie er sie anfordert durch das Gebet, das in der rechten Einstellung zu Gott emporgesandt wird. Er wird nicht zu fürchten brauchen, daß der Vater Sein Kind verlässet, und er kann die Kraft aus Gott in Empfang nehmen, er kann jede Not überwinden und von sich abwenden im rechten Gebet zu Gott. Suchet darum, des Vaters Liebe zu gewinnen, suchet als Seine Kinder stets Seinen Willen zu erfüllen, dann habt ihr das rechte Verhältnis zu Gott hergestellt, und die Not der Zeit wird euch nur schemenhaft streifen, denn eure Kraft bannet sie, die Kraft, die euch aus dem rechten Verhältnis zu Gott erwächst, die Kraft, die von Gott auf euch überströmt, die euch über eure menschliche Schwäche hinaushebt und euch alles leicht ertragen läßt....

Right relationship with God....

People will experience how important it is to establish the right relationship with God when great adversity befalls them, for only those people who take refuge in the father like children and call upon Him for help will endure this adversity and again and again feel the care with which the heavenly father surrounds them. They are never abandoned, for they always know the one around them Who has the power to help them and Who is full of love and never leaves His children without help. The right relationship with God must be established, if the human being is to be able to pray to Him correctly, if the cries for help are to come from deep within the heart and reach the heavenly father's ear. For anyone who does not feel like a child of the father will not be able to speak to Him trustingly, he will not be able to appeal like a child but will only be able to stammer a formal prayer without thought and without trust in help. And this prayer will not reach Him, it is indeed a cry of anguish which, however, is not prompted by faith but only by need. God, however, demands faith in Him, He demands childlike trust, He does not want to be called upon as a powerful God but as a loving father, He wants the child to stretch out its hands in supplication to the father in order to draw close to Him in all love and to be able to help him. The right relationship with God is the human being's strength, for the father will not leave His child in adversity, He will protect and look after it wherever it goes and stands. The father's love will never deny itself to a child, and therefore he who has established the child's relationship with the father through intimate prayer to God for strength and fortitude can confidently look forward to the coming time. And he will receive them in due time, he will be able to present his adversity to God and present his weakness to Him, and he will faithfully wait for His help, and God will not let this faith fail, the child's faith in its father Who has both the power and the will to help it and to avert the adversity from it.... If the human being is able to establish the right relationship with God, nothing will frighten him any longer, no matter what may come, for the original relationship was the most intimate union with God, and this original relationship endowed him with power and strength which he could use in all freedom of will. And the strength from God is also now at his disposal as long as he wants to use it, as soon as he requests it through prayer, which is sent up to God in the right attitude. He will not need to fear that the father will rely on His child, and he can receive the strength from God, he can overcome every adversity and turn it away from himself in the right prayer to God. Therefore, try to win the father's love, as His children always try to fulfil His will, then you will have established the right relationship with God and the adversity of the time will only dimly touch you, for your strength will banish it, the strength which arises from the right relationship with God, the strength which flows over you from God, which lifts you above your human weakness and lets you bear everything easily....
