Wille allein Weg zu Wahrheit und Wissen.... Demut.... Überheblichkeit....

Je nach der Stärke seines Willens wird auch das Erkennen des Menschen sein. So die Absicht zugrunde liegt, Gott dem Herrn wohlgefällig zu leben und seine Bestimmung auf Erden dem Willen Gottes gemäß zu erfüllen, so wird es auch in ihm selbst bald licht und hell werden, und er wird mit vollster Sicherheit im Herzen spüren, was recht ist, und die Wahrheit wird sich ihm offenbaren. Denn nur allein der Wille lenkt ihn auf den rechten Weg, den Weg der Wahrheit und des Wissens. Wem der Wille mangelt, der wird ewig nicht zu voller Klarheit gelangen, und es ist daher auch ratsamer, in gutem Willen sich der Fügung Gottes zu überlassen, als eigenmächtig verstandesmäßig die Wahrheit ergründen zu wollen.... Denn es bleibt der Mensch immer irrend, solange nicht das Streben aus dem Grunde einsetzt, der allein nur dem Willen Gottes entspricht.... dem Schöpfer von Ewigkeit sich dadurch willfährig zu erzeigen. Die Demut und vollste Unterwürfigkeit dem Herrn gegenüber sind erste Bedingungen, um dereinst zum Herrn zu gelangen.... Was die Seele einst von Gott getrennt hat, war Überheblichkeit und Herrschsucht. Und so kann nur durch Selbsterniedrigung die Seele wieder zu Gott zurückfinden.... Im verstandesmäßigen Ergründenwollen aber liegt keinerlei Demut.... Es wähnet sich der Mensch aus eigener Kraft fähig, in die Schöpfung und ihre Geheimnisse einzudringen, und wird daher niemals die rechte Erhellung des Geistes finden können, bis er endlich in Selbsterkenntnis seiner Schwäche sich bittend und in tiefer Demut an den Schöpfer Selbst wendet.... Dann wird sein Streben von Erfolg gekrönt sein und ihm alles Wissen vermitteln. Und daher ist der Weg zur Erkenntnis nur dann zu betreten, wenn sich der Seele die tiefste Bereitwilligkeit bemächtigt, Gott dem Herrn zu dienen.... Es ist dieser Wille so überaus erfolgreich, weil er alles in sich vereinigt.... die Demut und die tiefe Liebe zu Gott und somit auch die tätige Nächstenliebe, denn für sich allein begehrt der Mensch die Wahrheit nicht, sondern ist gleichzeitig bemüht, für den Herrn zu wirken und sich der irrenden Seelen der Mitmenschen anzunehmen. Es wird ein solches Streben dann auch gesegnet sein, gilt doch das ganze Erdenleben nur der Erlösung aus der Finsternis des Geistes. In unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit der tatkräftigen Unterstützung steht dann auch die fortlaufende Unterweisung des Erdenkindes, denn es kann der Wille des Menschen dann erst ununterbrochen tätig bleiben, wenn er durch das Zuführen geistiger Nahrung rege gehalten wird.... Er wird zu höchster Leistungsfähigkeit gestählt werden, so der Mensch vom himmlischen Vater Selbst unterwiesen wird in seiner Aufgabe.... Denn je mehr sich dem Erdenkind die göttliche Liebe offenbart, desto eifriger wird es bestrebt sein, dieser Liebe würdig zu werden, und es wird sich daher voll und ganz der Aufgabe hingeben, Licht zu empfangen und zu geben allen seinen Mitmenschen. Denn dies allein ist Bestimmung eines jeden auf Erden, sich aus der Nacht des Geistes zu erlösen, um eingehen zu können in das Reich des Lichtes.... der ewigen Wahrheit....

Will alone the path to truth and knowledge.... humility.... arrogance....

Depending on the strength of his will, man's realization will also be. If the intention is to live pleasing to the lord God and to fulfil his destiny on earth according to God's will, then it will also soon become light and bright in him, and he will feel with complete certainty in his heart what is right, and the truth will reveal itself to him. For only the will guides him onto the right path, the path of truth and knowledge. He who lacks the will will never attain full clarity, and it is therefore also more advisable to leave oneself to God's providence in good will than to want to fathom the truth intellectually on one's own authority.... For the human being will always err as long as the endeavour does not begin for the reason that alone corresponds to God's will.... to thereby show himself compliant to the creator from eternity. Humility and complete submission to the lord are the first conditions for reaching the lord one day.... What once separated the soul from God was arrogance and imperiousness. And so only through self-abasement can the soul find its way back to God.... But there is no humility in the intellectual desire to fathom.... Man imagines himself capable of penetrating creation and its secrets by his own strength and will therefore never be able to find the right illumination of the spirit until he finally, in self-recognition of his weakness, turns to the creator Himself in supplication and deep humility.... Then his endeavour will be crowned with success and provide him with all knowledge. And therefore the path to realization can only be entered when the soul is seized by the deepest willingness to serve the lord God.... This will is so extremely successful because it unites everything in itself.... humility and deep love for God and thus also active neighbourly love, for the human being does not desire the truth for himself alone but at the same time endeavours to work for the lord and to take care of the erring souls of his fellow human beings. Such endeavours will then also be blessed, as the whole of earthly life is only for the redemption from the darkness of the spirit. The continuous instruction of the earthly child is then also directly related to the active support, for the human being's will can only remain active without interruption if it is kept active through the supply of spiritual nourishment.... He will be steeled to the highest efficiency if the human being is instructed in his task by the heavenly father Himself.... For the more divine love reveals itself to the earthly child, the more eagerly it will endeavour to become worthy of this love, and it will therefore fully dedicate itself to the task of receiving and giving light to all its fellow human beings. For this alone is the destiny of everyone on earth, to redeem himself from the night of the spirit in order to be able to enter the kingdom of light.... of eternal truth....
