고린도 전서 2장 10절.

고린도 전서 2장 10절. "오직 하나님이 성령으로 이것을 우리에게 보이셨으니 성령은 모든 것 곧 하나님의 깊은 것이라도 통달하시느니라."

하나님으로부터 온 영이 너희를 신성의 가장 깊은 곳을 알게 하고 신성의 영원히 헤아려볼 수 없는 본질을 알게 하고 하나님으로부터 온 영은 동시에 비록 하나님의 영이 그에게 하나님의 사역과 역사에 대한 통찰력을 허락할지라도 어떤 존재도 신성 전체를 헤아려볼 수 없다는 것을 너희에게 계시한다. 신성 전체는 모든 영원에 영원까지 비밀로 머물게 될 것이다.

그러나 그는 자신의 자녀들에게 자신을 계시한다. 즉 그는 자녀들이 받아드릴 수 있는 정도로 자녀에게 자신의 사랑을 비춰준다. 이런 일은 자신의 자녀에게 아주 밝은 빛을 비춰주는 일을 의미한다. 이로써 원래 초기에 너희의 그와의 관계에 대한 어떤 설명도 너희에게 숨겨진 것이 없게 된다. 너희가 얻을 수 있는 지식은 무궁무진한다. 그러나 너희는 영원히 그의 성품을 이해할 수 없게 될 것이다. 그러나 너희가 체험하는 것으로 너희를 끝없이 축복되게 하기에 충분할 것이다.

너희는 언제든지 지식의 정도를 높일 수 있다. 왜냐면 너희가 온전하게 되면, 너희에게 어떤 제한도 없게 되기 때문이다. 그러면 너희는 제한된 모든 것을 벗어나고 너희의 목표는 항상 단지 너희가 그의 사랑에 합당하게 되는 일이 될 것이다. 그의 사랑은 항상 또 다시 너희에게 비춰주기를 원하고 너희는 너희가 한때 행했던 것처럼 더 이상 이런 사랑을 거부하지 않는다. 너희는 이제 하나님의 영과 아주 긴밀하게 연결되어 너희가 이제 그의 힘으로 일할 수 있게 되고 너희 자신이 이 일을 하는 것이 아니고 하나님 자신이 너희 안에서 자신의 영으로 일한다. 너희는 그와 연결을 이루었고 너희가 이제 행하는 모든 일은 하나님이 너희 안에서 행하는 일이다. 그러면 너희는 진실로 아버지의 자녀이고 너희는 아버지의 거룩한 뜻 외에는 어떤 일도 행하기를 원하지 않게 된다. 왜냐면 같은 의지가 자녀 안에 있기 때문이다.

이런 성숙함에 도달한 사람은 누구나 신성의 깊이를 안다고 올바르게 말할 수 있다. 왜냐면 하나님 자신이 그에게 자신을 계시했기 때문이다. 그에게 이제 아직 가려져 있는 것이 전혀 없게 된다. 왜냐면 하나님의 영이 그 안에 거하고 그 안에 신성에 대한 느낌을 주기 때문이다. 그러면 자녀는 가장 높은 신적인 존재가 되게 하는 정도에 도달했고 그는 더 이상 영원히 하나님과 분리될 수 없다. 그러나 그는 측량할 수 없게 행복한 개별적인 존재로 머물고 그는 이제 자신의 행복을 적게 행복한 다른 존재들에게 전하기를 원하게 된다.

너희가 이 땅에서 사는 동안 이런 높은 목표에 도달하는 일이 너희 모두가 성취해야 하고 성취할 수 있는 너희의 과제이다. 이런 목표가 너희를 끝없이 행복하게 하고 어떤 존재도 너희에게서 빼앗을 수 없는 이런 운명을 맞이하게 한다. 너희가 빛의 나라에 들어가면, 너희는 계속하여 가장 높고 가장 완전한 존재를 추구할 것이고 그가 너희의 이런 의지에 보답할 것이고 그는 너희가 자기 자신을 발견하게 할 것이고 너희는 계속해서 그를 갈망하는 상태가 되게 하고 또한 계속해서 갈망이 성취되게 할 것이다.

그의 사랑은 가장 크고 그가 행하는 모든 일은 자신의 자녀들을 행복하게 만들기 위한 일이다. 그가 자신을 항상 더욱 계시해주는 일과 모든 자녀들이 그의 본질에 대한 통찰력을 얻을 수 있게 하는 일이 이 일에 속해 있다. 그의 축복이 자신의 자녀들에게 항상 더 많이 제공할 수 있고 그가 나누어 주는 분량이 무궁무진하기 때문에 그는 자신을 완전히 나타내지 않고 그와 모든 온전한 존재에게 제한이 없다.

하나님이 자신의 사도를 통해 사람들에게 신성의 깊은 곳까지 도달하는 일에 대해 알려준 일은 그가 이 땅에 거할 때 사람들의 영적인 상태를 고려할 때 필요한 일이었다. 왜냐면 어느 누구도 그가 자신의 모든 깊이를 계시해줄 정도로 하나님과 사람과의 그런 연결을 믿지 않았기 때문이다. 그러나 그런 일은 단지 하나님의 사랑이 지극히 크다는 증거이고 하나님이 사람들이 자신의 본질을 꿰뚫어 보기를 원했다는 증거이고 그가 자신을 사람들에게 제공해서 사람들이 이런 큰 비밀에 도달하기 위해 하나님의 영과 접촉할 수 있는 권한을 받은 것으로 느낄 수 있게 했다는 증거이다.

비록 사람들이 자신의 본질을 탐구하는 일에 완전히 성공하지는 못할지라도 그들이 이런 탐구를 줄이지 않도록 그는 자극해주기를 원했다. 그러나 그는 사람들에게 신성의 가장 깊은 곳까지 계시될 것을 약속했고 이런 약속을 통해 사람들이 가장 높고 가장 온전한 존재와 영적인 연결을 이루도록 자극해주었다. 세상적으로는 불가능한 일을 하나님의 영이 사람들에게 가르치기를 원했다. 그러므로 하나님이 이런 연결을 이루었을 때 사람들에게 증거를 주었다. 이 증거는 비록 사람들에게 하나님의 성품에 대한 지식을 줄지라도 절대로 하나님의 성품을 남김 없이 사람들이 이해하게 해줄 수 없을 지라도 하나님 자신이 결코 능가할 수 없는 가장 높고 완전한 존재로서 자신을 계시했다는 것을 증명하는 것으로 인정받는 증거였다.

사람이 이런 증거를 의심하면, 성경이 하나님의 영이 그에게 자신의 본질에 관한 가장 깊은 내용을 알려주었다는 가장 최고의 증거이다. 너희는 바로 책들 중의 책에서 증거를 찾는다. 그러나 너희는 하나님의 영이 모든 것을 살핀다는 가장 중요한 증거를 인정하기를 원하지 않는다. 너희가 인정한다면, 너희는 위로부터 오는 계시를 의심할 수 없게 될 것이고 그러면 너희는 이성으로 계시를 헤아려 보고 너희에게 선한 의지가 있다면, 너희가 진리를 얻는 일이 쉽게 될 것이다.

First Corinthians, 2-10....

It is the spirit out of God, who introduces you into the deepest depths of the divinity, into His eternally unfathomable nature, but Who also reveals to you at the same time that no being is able to fathom Him completely, even if He allows him insight into His rule and work in infinity, if He would like to initiate His children into the greatest secrets of His nature.... But these will remain a secret until all eternity. But He reveals Himself to His children, i.e., as far as they are receptive He can illuminate them with His love.... This means that in His child a light shines, which is so bright that nothing remains hidden, what could give you information about your relationship to Him from the beginning. Inexhaustible is the knowledge, which you can receive, and still you will not be able to grasp His nature in eternity, but that what you experience will be enough to make you endless happy. You yourselves can increase the measure of knowledge at any time, because also no limits are set for you, provided that you have become perfect. Then you leave everything limited behind you; your aim will always only be that you become worthy of His love, which again and again wants to shine at you and which you now no longer reject, as you once did. You have now entered into such intimate contact with the divine spirit that you can now also work in His strength.... that it is not you yourselves who work, but God Himself is in you with His spirit; you have united yourselves with Him, and whatever you do now.... it is God Himself Who works every deed in you. Then you are truly His children who want to do nothing else than it is the father's sanctified will, for the same will is also in the child.... He who has reached this maturity can rightly say that he knows about the 'depths of the Godhead', for God Himself has revealed Himself to him. And for him there is now nothing more that is still veiled to him, because God's spirit is in him and thus creates for him this feeling of the divine in him. But then the child has reached highest divinization; then it is eternally no longer to be separated from God, but still remains an individual being, which is exceedingly happy and now also wants to transfer its happiness to other less happy beings. To reach this high aim still during earth life is your task, which you all are to fulfil and also can, which earns you endless happiness, a lot, which no being can rob from you anymore. For once you have entered the kingdom of light you will constantly strive for the highest and most perfect being, and the being will also repay you for this will; It will let Itself be found by you and continue to put you into the state of longing for It and also constantly fulfil your longing. Because the greatest is His love, and He does everything to make His children happy. And to this also belongs that He reveals Himself more and more, that they all can gain insight into His nature and that He still does not reveal Himself completely, because exactly therein lies His happiness to be able to offer more and more to His children, because the measure, which He hands out, is inexhaustible, because there is no limit for Him as well as for everything perfect. That God now pointed out to man through His apostle the 'penetration into the depths of the Godhead' was necessary with the spiritual state of men at the time of His walk on earth, because no man believed in such a bond of God to men that He could reveal Himself to them in His depth. And still it was just the sign of it that the love of God was exceedingly great and that He wanted it that men sought to penetrate into His nature, that He offered Himself to them so that they should feel empowered to get in touch with the spirit out of God to get behind this great secret. He wanted to encourage them not to slacken their efforts to explore His being, even though they did not succeed completely, but He promised them that the 'deepest depths of the divinity' would reveal themselves, and thereby inspired people to establish spiritual contact with the highest and most perfect being.... For what was earthly not possible, that the spirit out of God wanted to teach men, and therefore God gave men a sign when this union was established: when knowledge about the nature of God would be given to men, which indeed could never be made exhaustively comprehensible to them, but was nevertheless regarded as a proof that God revealed Himself as the highest and most perfect being, Which can never be surpassed. And if a man now doubts this, the bible gives him the best proof for it that the spirit out of God reveals to him the deepest things about His being. Because exactly out of the book of books you seek the proofs, but you do not want to accept the most important proof that the 'spirit out of God investigates all things', otherwise you could not oppose the revelations from above with any doubt. You could then also deal with it intellectually, and with good will it would be easy for you to acquire the truth....
