의심의 여지가 없는 믿음이 인간에게 넘치는 힘을 준다.

인간은 연약하다. 그러나 그가 나와 연결이 된 가운데 모든 일을 성취한다는 것을 단지 믿는다면, 모든 일을 가능하게 하는 정도의 힘을 얻을 수 있다. 그는 단지 나와 긴밀하게 연결을 이루고 전적으로 신뢰하는 가운데 내 도움을 요청하면 되고 내가 도울 수 있고 돕기 원한다는 것을 믿기 만하면 된다. 나는 이런 믿음이 부끄러움을 당하지 않게 한다. 그러나 그런 깊은 믿음을 어디에서 찾아볼 수 있느냐? 너희 사람들은 항상 의심에 빠지고 이런 의심이 믿음의 힘을 약화시키고 이런 의심이 내가 내 사랑과 내 권세를 명백하게 나타내는 일을 방해한다.

너희 사람들은 진실로 산을 움직일 수 있고 모든 일을 이룰 수 있다. 그러나 너희는 이런 가능성을 활용하지 않는다. 왜냐면 너희의 믿음이 약하기 때문이다. 그러나 너희가 끊임없이 자신의 유익을 구하지 않는 이웃사랑을 행하면, 너희는 너희의 믿음을 전적으로 강하게 만들 수 있다. 왜냐면 사랑을 행하는 일이 영원한 사랑 자체인 나와 연합하는 일을 보장하기 때문이다. 내 가까이와 내 임재는 너희가 요구하는 모든 것을 내가 성취시킨다는 안전한 느낌을 주는 결과를 가져올 것이다. 너희의 요청이 이제 주로 영적인 요청이라는 사실은 말할 필요도 없다. 왜냐면 사랑이 너희의 생각을 깨우쳐주기 때문이다. 그럴지라도 너희의 세상적인 요청도 응답을 받는다. 왜냐면 너희의 요청이 사랑에 근거를 두고 있고 너희가 고난 가운데 있는 사람들을 돕기를 원하기 때문이다.

너희는 강한 믿음으로 많은 일을 이룰 수 있다. 그러나 너희는 항상 사랑을 행함으로 그런 믿음을 비로소 갖게 될 것이다. 사랑을 행하는 일이 너희가 나로부터 직접 힘을 받게 하고 그러면 그런 믿음의 힘이 모든 일을 행할 수 있다. 너희는 항상 내 약속을 명심해야 한다. 내가 이 땅에 살았을 때 사람들에게 한 말은 진리이고 성취가 된다. 너희가 내 이름으로 아버지에게 구하는 것을 받을 것이라고 내가 약속했다면, 너희는 또한 내가 내 말씀을 지킬 것이라는 모든 확신을 가지고 기대할 수 있다. 너희는 항상 또 다시 내 말씀을 기억해야 하고 내 모든 말씀을 지켜야 한다. 너희가 이제 나를 너희의 하나님 아버지요 죄와 죽음에서 구원한 너희의 구세주로 믿는다면, 너희는 또한 내가 너희에게서 모든 고통을 거둘 수 있고 너희가 전적으로 신뢰하는 가운데 구한다면, 내가 또한 모든 고통을 거둔다는 것을 알게 된다.

너희 모두의 믿음은 아직 아주 연약하다. 이로써 너희가 스스로 내 손을 묶는다. 왜냐면 내가 너희의 믿음이 아직 연약한 동안에는 너희의 믿음을 강요하지 않기 위해 전혀 특별한 일을 행할 수 없기 때문이다. 그러나 너희는 나에게 불가능한 일이 없다는 것을 알고 너희는 또한 내가 사랑이라는 것을 안다. 사랑은 실패하지 않고 사랑은 항상 행복하게 해주고 성취시켜주기를 원한다. 너희가 이제 이를 붙잡는다면, 너희에게 너희가 헛되이 요구하지 않는다는 확신이 될 것이다. 그러면 너희는 신뢰하고 전적으로 믿는 가운데 나에게 나오라. 그러면 너희는 영으로 진리로 나에게 구하고 성취를 기다리게 된다. 너희는 받게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 내가 그런 믿음이 부끄러움을 당하게 하지 않기 때문이다.

내가 임재할 수 있는 사람은 나를 느끼고 그는 자신의 요청이 성취될 것을 확신한다. 그러나 나는 단지 자신의 유익을 구하지 않는 사랑을 행하는 사람에게 임재할 수 있다. 그러므로 믿음의 강한 정도는 항상 사랑을 행하는 일에 달려 있다. 그러나 너희가 단지 내 사랑의 계명을 지키면, 너희 모두는 강한 믿음을 가질 수 있다. 그러므로 이 땅의 삶에서 가장 중요한 일은 내 사랑의 계명을 지키는 일이다. 왜냐면 사랑이 비로소 생명력 있는 믿음을 갖게 해주기 때문이고 그러면 너희에게 어떤 일도 성취할 수 없는 일이 없게 될 것이기 때문이다.

Unquestioning faith earns the human being overabundant strength....

The human being is weak and yet he could have a measure of strength at his disposal that everything would be possible for him if only he believed that he could accomplish everything in union with Me. He only needs to intimately attach himself to Me and in full confidence appeal for My help.... He only needs to believe that I can help and want to help.... and I will not let this faith be shattered.... But where can such a deep faith be found? Doubt will always creep in with you humans, and this doubt weakens the strength of faith, this doubt prevents Me from making My love and My might evident. You humans could truly remove mountains, you could accomplish everything and yet you do not use this possibility because you are weak in faith.... But you can develop your faith to full strength if you are constantly active in unselfish neighbourly love. For activity in love also guarantees unity with Me, Who am Eternal Love Itself.... And My nearness, My presence will have an effect in the feeling of certainty that you will also gain everything from Me you ask for. It goes without saying that your requests now are mainly spiritually directed, because love also illuminates your thinking, nevertheless, earthly requests are also granted to you as soon as they are based on love again, as soon as you want to help those who are in trouble. You can achieve much with a strong faith, yet you will only ever muster such a faith through loving activity which directly brings you strength from Me, and such a strength of faith is then also capable of accomplishing everything. You must always keep My promise in mind.... the words I spoke to people when I lived on earth are truth and come true.... And if I have promised you that you will receive what you ask 'the Father in My name', then you can also expect with all certainty that I will fulfil My word.... Time and again you must recall My words and adhere to all of them. And if you now believe in Me as your God and Father, as your Redeemer from sin and death, you will also know that I can take all suffering from you and will also do so if you trustingly ask Me for it. The faith of all of you is still very weak and you thereby tie My hands yourselves, because I cannot accomplish anything unusual so as not to coerce your faith.... as long as it is still weak.... Yet you know that nothing is impossible for Me, and you also know that I am Love.... Love does not deny itself but always wants to please and fulfil, and if you now bear this in mind then it will also become a certainty to you that you are not asking in vain.... Then you will come to Me trustingly and in full confidence, and then you will ask Me in spirit and truth and await fulfilment.... And it will come to you, because I will not let such a faith be shattered.... Anyone to whom I can be present also feels Me, and he is certain of the fulfilment of his request. But I can only be present to those who are unselfishly active in love, and therefore the strength of faith will always depend on the activity of love.... But all of you can attain a strong faith if only you fulfil My commandments of love, which are therefore the most important thing in earthly life.... For only love gives birth to a living faith, and then nothing will be impossible for you to achieve....
