Servitori chiamati da Dio nella Vigna

Chi si decide di lavorare per il Regno di Dio, ha svolto il ritorno a Dio, benché non deve aver necessariamente raggiunto la perfezione più alta che può essere raggiunta sulla Terra. Ma ha intrapresa la via del ritorno a Dio e Gli ha anche offerta la sua volontà per la collaborazione ed in tutta l’umiltà sé stesso. Ed ora Dio non lo lascerà più in eterno. Ma è premessa una seria volontà d’azione. Lavorare per il Regno di Dio richiede una tale seria volontà per la collaborazione nella Vigna del Signore, richiede un grado di conoscenza in quale miseria spirituale si trova l’umanità, e questo grado di conoscenza è l’effetto di una vita d’amore, senza la quale un uomo non si offre mai seriamente per il lavoro nella Vigna. Ma si possono dichiarare disposti degli uomini per motivi egoistici, che sono anche disposti di servire Dio, ma ai quali manca ancora la giusta conoscenza di che cosa Dio esige per un tale servizio. Questi sono i servitori che chiamano sé stessi per via della “vocazione”, che non sono ancora abbastanza vivi per riconoscere, quale lavora aspetta un vero collaboratore di Dio e quali premesse devono essere presenti, per poter adempiere le Esigenze di Dio. La miseria spirituale dei prossimi non deve far pensare un vero servitore di Dio ai propri bisogni, perché appena lui stesso è già nella Luce della conoscenza, costui sà anche che tutti i suoi bisogni e preoccupazioni giacciono nelle Mani di Colui, il Quale è disposto a servire, che Egli provvede ai Suoi servi come un buon Padre di Casa. E perciò può impiegare tutta la sua preoccupazione e forza solo per la miseria dei prossimi ed aiutarli a giungere alla Luce. Ed allora eseguirà questo suo lavoro da Vigna con tutto il fervore ed avrà anche successo, cosa che però non è il caso presso coloro che pensano troppo alle proprie miserie e non hanno ancora nessun vero legame con Colui, Che provvede ai figli Suoi come un Padre. Lui Stesso ha detto: “Cercate dapprima il Regno di Dio e la Sua Giustizia, e tutto il resto vi viene dato in sovrappiù.... “ Un vero operai della Vigna non avrà nemmeno più grandi legami con il mondo, il contenuto della sua vita sarà soltanto la disposizione spirituale dei suoi prossimi, cioè vedrà il suo compito nel dare la Luce a coloro che sono ancora di spirito oscurato, lui stesso come operaio della Vigna si sentirà obbligato ad essere costantemente attivo per il suo Signore, avrà chiuso con il mondo terreno per così dire e vivrà solo ancora per Dio ed il Suo Regno, benché il mondo terreno gli porrà ancora delle pretese alle quali non si può sottrarre. Sarà fervente nella sua attività per il motivo che sente chiamato da Dio Stesso, benché si sia offerto a Lui al servizio nella libera volontà. Una tale vocazione la sentirà sempre soltanto l’uomo che ha stabilito con l’Eterno Amore il legame attraverso l’agire nell’amore e perciò ha anche sentito la Sua “Chiamata” e Le si è piegato. Ora poteva essere accesa in lui la Luce della conoscenza, ed ora ha anche riconosciuto il suo compito, nel quale consisteva il suo “servizio per il Signore”. Ed ora cerca di eseguire questo compito con tutto il fervore, ora opera vivamente fra i suoi prossimi come un collaboratore, come un fedele servo, che esegue sempre soltanto la Volontà del suo Signore e perciò il suo lavoro sarà benedetto.

Servants called by God in the vineyard....

Anyone who decides to work for the kingdom of God has completed the return to God, even though he does not yet need to have reached the highest perfection he can achieve on earth.... But he has taken the return path to God and also offered Him his will to cooperate and in all humility himself.... And God will now eternally no longer leave him out.... But the prerequisite is an earnest will to act.... Working for the kingdom of God requires such a serious will to cooperate in the vineyard of the lord, it requires a degree of realization of humanity's spiritual hardship, and this degree of realization is the result of a life of love without which no human being will ever seriously offer himself to work in the vineyard. Yet people can declare themselves willing for self-interested reasons, that is, they are also willing to serve God but still lack the right realization of what God requires for such service. These are the servants who call themselves for the sake of the 'calling'.... who are not yet alive enough to recognize what work awaits a true co-worker of God and what prerequisites must be present in order to be able to fulfil God's requirements. The spiritual hardship of his fellow human beings should not make a true servant of God think of his own needs, for as soon as he himself is already in the light of realization he also knows that all his needs and worries are in the hands of Him Whom he is willing to serve.... that He cares for His servants like a good householder.... And therefore He can only apply all His care and strength to the need of His fellow human beings and help them to come to the light.... And then he will carry out his vineyard work with all diligence and also achieve success, but this is not the case with those who think too much of their own needs and do not yet have a right relationship with Him, Who cares for His children like a father, Who Himself said: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.... everything else will be added to you...." A true vineyard labourer will therefore no longer have any great worldly ties, only the spiritual condition of his fellow human beings will be his purpose in life, i.e. he will see his task in bringing light to those who are still darkened in spirit.... he will feel obliged as a vineyard labourer to be constantly active for his lord, he will, as it were, have finished with the earthly world and only live for God and His kingdom.... even though the earthly world still makes demands on Him which he cannot escape. He will therefore be so eager in his activity because he feels called by God Himself, even though he freely offered himself to Him for service. Such a calling will only ever be felt by the human being who, through loving activity, established the bond with the eternal love and thereby also heard Its 'call' and bowed down to It. Now the light of realization could be kindled in him and now he also recognized his task, which consisted of his 'service for the lord'.... And he now seeks to fulfil this task with all diligence, and he now works among his fellow human beings in a living way as a co-worker, as a faithful servant who only ever carries out his lord's will and whose work will therefore be blessed....
