Ritirarsi nel silenzio – Inquietudini in arrivo

Ancora c’è un tempo di pace, dove l’uomo può occuparsi in calma e riflessione con questioni spirituali, se lo vuole. E quindi ha da condurre soltanto la lotta con sé stesso, escludendo tutti i pensieri terreni e si occupa soltanto con ciò che serve alla sua anima, mentre riflette sul suo compito terreno, sul suo inizio e sulla sua meta. Egli può seguire questi pensieri solo nei minuti o nelle ore di distacco dal mondo terreno ed egli deve cercare sovente questo distacco nelle ore di silenzio durante le quali può riflettere su sé stesso e lavorare su di sé. Non dura più molto, allora viene trasportato nell’inquietudine attraverso l’avvenimento mondiale, in modo che diventa sempre più raro il tempo per l’introspezione. Ed il mondo si spinge in avanti e riempie totalmente i suoi pensieri, perché gli avvenimenti si accavallano, perché l’attenzione di ogni uomo viene guidata su ciò che si svolge nel mondo. Ed allora sarà difficile, di potersi dare a pensieri spirituali, e sarà già stimato molto se l’uomo può sovente mandare in Alto soltanto dei brevi pensieri, a Colui, che guida il destino di tutti gli uomini, il Quale sa anche, che l’avvenimento mondiale si formerà in modo che sia visibile. Stabilire il contatto con Lui sarà di ultragrande benedizione, perché allora fluisce anche la Forza all’uomo per la dura lotta della vita terrena, e poi si rivolgerà sempre là, dov’è la Forza del Creatore il Quale provvederà anche costantemente a lui. L’assenza di forza può essere sospesa sempre soltanto quando viene stabilito il contatto con la Fonte della Forza, ed ognuno si sentirà senza forza in vista degli avvenimenti, che si stanno soverchiando minacciosi ed inquietanti e rendono oltremodo necessario il contatto con il Creatore e Padre dall’Eternità. Appena all’uomo riesce a ritirarsi nel silenzio e tenere il dialogo con il suo Dio e Creatore, appena gli riesce, di chiamare come figlio il Padre e di chiederGli Forza e Consiglio, gli avvenimenti terreni retrocederanno e perderanno di spaventi, perché allora l’uomo sente notevolmente l’apporto di Forza, e calma e pace entrano nel suo cuore, nella conoscenza, che nulla avviene senza la Volontà di Dio o la Sua Concessione, e che tutto ciò che avviene, è quindi la Volontà o la Concessione di Dio e può quindi anche produrre una benedizione per l’anima. Perciò agli uomini può soltanto essere dato il serio Consiglio, di cercare più sovente il contatto con Dio, di osservare sempre più sovente delle ore dell’introspezione e di stabilire un rapporto fa sé e Dio, che rende all’uomo sempre possibile rivolgersi al Padre, quando è nella miseria. Chi ha stabilito questo legame del figlio con il Padre, troverà anche sempre di nuovo un’ora di silenzio, perché allora Dio E’ già più vicino all’uomo che il mondo, e questo viene considerato solamente tanto quanto è necessario per la conservazione della vita del corpo. Nessuno deve far prendere sopravvento al mondo, bisogna sempre lottare contro questo, e tanto meno l’avvenimento mondiale toccherà anche l’uomo, persino quando è immenso per l’ambiente e può provocare la più grande inquietudine. L’uomo che si collega con Dio, che invia sovente un pensiero in Alto, a Lui, non si lascerà nemmeno trattenere da avvenimenti terreni, di cercare sempre di nuovo da Lui Conforto, Forza e Consiglio, e costui soltanto vince il mondo, e non avrà da temere gli avvenimenti in arrivo, perché gli arriva la Forza illimitatamente, perché rimane sempre in contatto con la Fonte della Forza.

Retreating into silence.... coming riots....

There is still a time of peace where the human being can occupy himself with spiritual questions in peace and contemplation if he wants to.... And thus he only has to fight the battle with himself by switching off all earthly thoughts and only occupying himself with what is helpful for his soul, by thinking about his earthly task, about his beginning and about his aim. Only in minutes or hours of turning away from the earthly world can he pursue such thoughts, and he should often seek this turning away, the hours of silence, in which he can reflect on himself and work on himself.... It won't be long before he will be disturbed by world events so that the time for inner contemplation will become increasingly rare. And the world will force itself upon him and completely fill his thoughts because events will rush by, because every person's attention will be drawn to what is happening in the world. And then it will be difficult to devote oneself to spiritual thoughts, and it will already be highly valued if the human being often only sends short thoughts upwards, to the one Who directs the fate of all people, Who also knows that world events are taking shape as they are evident. For establishing contact with Him will be exceedingly beneficial, for then strength will also flow to the human being for the difficult earthly struggle, and then he will always turn to where the originator of strength is, Who will also constantly provide for him. For the lack of strength can only ever be remedied when the connection with the source of strength is established, and everyone will feel powerless in view of the events which threaten and disturb and make the connection with the creator and father of eternity extremely necessary. As soon as the human being succeeds in withdrawing into silence and conversing with his God and creator, as soon as he succeeds in calling upon the father as a child and asking Him for strength and advice, earthly events will recede and lose their terror, for then the human being will noticeably feel the supply of strength and peace and tranquillity will enter his heart in the realization that nothing happens without God's will or His permission and that everything that happens is therefore God's will or permission and can therefore also bring blessings for the soul. Therefore, people can only be given the serious advice to seek frequent contact with God, to keep the hours of inner contemplation more and more often and to establish a relationship between themselves and God which always enables the human being to turn to the father when he is in need.... Anyone who has entered into this bond of the child with the father will also always find a quiet hour, because God will then already be closer to the human being than the world and the latter will only be heeded as far as it is necessary for the preservation of the life of the body. No one should let the world gain the upper hand.... The struggle shall always be with the world, and the less world events will affect a person, even if they are powerful for the environment and can cause the greatest unrest. The human being who unites himself with God, who often sends a thought upwards to Him, will not let earthly events hold him back from repeatedly seeking comfort, strength and advice from Him, and he alone will overcome the world, but he need not fear the coming events, for strength will flow to him without measure because he will constantly remain in contact with the source of strength....
