L’effetto della volontà rivolta contro Dio

Contro la Volontà di Dio la volontà dell’uomo è impotente, per quanto si creda saggio e forte. Ogni intervento nell’Ordine divino punisce sé stesso, perché allora la volontà umana si rivolge contro la Volontà divina, e questo ha per conseguenza che un tale procedere ha l’effetto sull’uomo stesso in quanto che mediante la sua volontà viene su di lui sofferenza e miseria. Non è un caso quando l’uomo deve soffrire di ciò che lui stesso ha causato o a cui ha teso. Perché sovente ha lavorato contro la Volontà di Dio mediante la propria volontà, ed ora deve sentire su sé stesso gli effetti. Ed attualmente predomina questo stato sulla Terra, che la volontà umana non rispetta più la Volontà divina, che abusa della sua libertà per commettere delle azioni che infrangono l’Ordine divino, e che da ciò si creano delle situazioni che sono per l’uomo stesso di straordinaria sofferenza. Dio non tollera che si disdegni la Sua Volontà. Egli comunque non ostacola la volontà dell’uomo, ma comprensibilmente non può essere qualcosa di buono che si rivolge contro la Volontà divina. E ciò che non è buono, non può nemmeno avere il suo effetto a vantaggio dell’uomo. Di conseguenza l’uomo danneggia sé stesso mediante la sua volontà rivolta contro Dio. E questo sia spiritualmente come anche terrenamente. E’ da registrare una retrocessione spirituale, se non si rispetta la Volontà di Dio, ed ora deve essere impiegata da Parte di Dio una miseria terrena come mezzo contrario, per fermare la retrocessione spirituale, cioè per eliminarla. E contro tale misura l’uomo è impotente e la può diminuire solamente quando cerca di adempiere la Volontà di Dio, quindi quando riconosce il suo basso stato spirituale e cerca di eliminarlo. Allora la sua volontà non si oppone più contro la Volontà divina; egli vive nell’Ordine divino e diminuisce di conseguenza anche lo stato di sofferenza, che era soltanto l’effetto della sua volontà rivolta contro Dio.

Effect of the God-opposing will....

Man's will is powerless against God's will, no matter how wise and powerful he believes himself to be. Every intervention in the divine order punishes itself, for then the human will is directed against the divine will, and the result is that such an action has an effect on the human being himself in that suffering and hardship come upon him through his will. It is no coincidence that the human being often has to suffer from what he himself has caused or striven for. For he has often worked against God's will through his own will and he must now feel the effect of this on himself. And this state is currently predominant on earth, that the human will no longer respects divine will.... that it abuses its freedom for actions which violate divine order and that this results in conditions which are extremely painful for the human being himself. God does not tolerate His will being disregarded. He does not hinder the will of man, but understandably something cannot be good which is contrary to the divine will. And what is not good cannot benefit man in its effect either. Consequently, man harms himself through his will that is contrary to God.... And this both spiritually and earthly.... A spiritual decline can be observed if God's will is disregarded, and earthly adversity must now be used as an antidote by God in order to stop the spiritual decline or to remedy it. And the human being is powerless against such and he can only reduce it when he tries to fulfil God's will, that is, when he recognizes his spiritual low and tries to remedy it. Then his will no longer opposes the divine will; he lives in the divine order and consequently also reduces the state of suffering, which was only the effect of his will directed against God....
