La lontananza da Dio - Lo stato di debolezza

Lo stato della lontananza da Dio è uno stato di debolezza, anche se l’uomo crede di essere nel pieno possesso della sua forza e che con questa di poter agire ed operare secondo il suo beneplacito. Ma potrà registrare solo il successo terreno, se questa è nella Volontà divina, ma non un qualche successo spirituale, e soltanto quest’ultimo è determinante per l’Eternità. La vita terrena presto passa, ed il successo terreno non ha nessun valore permanente. Qualunque cosa l’uomo inizia stando lontano da Dio, non troverà il sostegno delle buone Forze, perché non danno il loro aiuto ad una iniziativa, che è rivolta all’aumento della materia. Ma quello che viene fatto nello stato lontano da Dio, contribuirà anche all’aumento della forza di colui che si oppone a Dio. Se l’uomo sacrifica la sua volontà, cioè se la sottomette alla Volontà di Dio, allora in lui si è destato il desiderio di avvicinarsi a Dio, ed ora gli giunge anche la Forza. Il suo stato di debolezza è superato, e questo ancora di più, più si dà a Dio senza resistenza. Ora si avvicina allo stato primordiale, lo stato nel quale l’essenziale era nel pieno possesso della Forza da Dio, ma che non può mai sussistere in un essere che si è allontanato da Dio, dal Donatore della Forza. Il cammino terreno senza Dio non può mai procurare all’uomo un successo spirituale, perché esistono solo due possibilità, stabilire il collegamento con Dio e quindi con le Forze buone per ricevere la Forza che è da Dio, oppure rivolgere la volontà all’avversario, che rende impossibile l’apporto di Forza da Dio. Ma chi non riconosce Dio, è lontano da Lui, e rispettivamente più vicino all’avversario, che lo stimolerà sempre all’agire contro Dio. E l’uomo che sta lontano da Dio, esegue anche questo stimolo. E con ciò si dà liberamente nel potere di costui e rimane una creatura debole, incapace in ogni modo di svilupparsi spiritualmente. E’ completamente indebolita, e questo anche per propria colpa, dato che era libera di rivolgersi a Dio invece che all’avversario, ed ha usato la sua volontà in modo avverso contro Dio. La lontananza da Dio è debolezza, la Vicinanza di Dio è Forza e Vigore, e l’essere è libero di scegliere il suo stato.

God distance - state of weakness....

The state of remoteness from God is a state of weakness, even if a person believes that he is in full possession of his power and can do with it as he pleases. However, he will only be able to achieve earthly success.... if this is within the divine will.... but not any spiritual success, and only the latter is decisive for eternity.... Earthly life is soon over and earthly success has no lasting value. Whatever a person begins who is distant from God, he will not find the support of the good forces, for they do not give their help to a beginning that is aimed at the increase of matter. But what is done in a state far from God also contributes to increasing the power of the one who opposes God. If the human being sacrifices his will, i.e. if he submits it to God's will, then the desire to come closer to God has awakened in him and now he also has the strength to.... His state of weakness is overcome, and the more he surrenders to God without resistance, the more so. He is now approaching the original state, the state in which the being was in full possession of the strength from God, but which can never be with a being that has distanced itself from God as the source of strength. The earthly change without God can therefore never bring spiritual success to man, because there are only two possibilities, to establish the connection with God and therefore good powers to receive the power, which is from God, or to turn the will towards the opponent of God, which makes the supply of power from God impossible. However, anyone who does not recognize God is far from Him.... and correspondingly closer to the adversary, who will always inspire him to act against God. And the person who is far from God also follows this suggestion.... And he therefore voluntarily gives himself over to his power and remains a weak creature, incapable in every way of developing spiritually.... He is completely weakened, and this through his own fault, since he was free to turn to God instead of the adversary and he uses his will in a God-opposing way. Distance from God is weakness.... closeness to God is strength and vigour.... and the being is free to choose its state....
