L’Opera d’educazione di Dio - La pigrizia spirituale - Lo scopo delle sofferenze

Voi che camminate ancora sulla Terra, andate incontro ad un tempo che per voi sarà indicibilmente sofferto, e dovrete affermarvi verso ogni difficoltà che vi è destinata. Ciò che il Creatore del Cielo e della Terra permette, è sempre soltanto un mezzo tramite il quale vuole risparmiare alle Sue creature la sofferenza animica, che è molto più dolorosa nell’aldilà e che l’uomo può evitare, quando prende su di sé la sofferenza terrena e con questa viene purificato e ne esce maturato nell’anima. L’uomo nella sua miopia, che ha per conseguenza l’assenza di fede, non può comprendere l’Opera di Educazione del Padre celeste. Egli mormora e si lamenta e non raramente è incline a negare totalmente un’eterna Divinità, perché gli sembra incomprensibile l’Opera di Questa. E non riconosce l’Amore e la Pazienza del suo Creatore, il Quale deve scegliere questa via, perché non viene dato nessun ascolto ai Suoi amorevoli Ammonimenti ed Avvertimenti, ed il tempo è sempre più serio, l’uomo sempre più pigro nel suo lavoro spirituale ed intende sempre soltanto eseguire i doveri terreni, il quale ha effetto nell’ inadempimento del dovere sull’anima. Ora anche il mondo spirituale deve muoversi in modo estremo e deve dare a sua volta la dimostrazione del suo agire in ed intorno a questo ed agli uomini sulla Terra, perché l’uomo non trova più il contatto con il suo Creatore. Un enorme scuotimento dei fondamenti della sua vita devono costringere l’uomo nuovamente alla riflessione sul suo “io”, il suo inizio e la sua fine. In un tempo totalmente calmo il pericolo è soltanto ancora maggiore di vivere nella pigrizia spirituale, dove però all’uomo viene caricato di portare dei pesi, non importa di quale genere, là nell’ultima fine si chiede quale senso abbia l’intera vita e quale via potesse percorrere, per essere privato delle preoccupazioni e sofferenze terreni. Ed allora egli afferra titubante la Mano Paterna offertagli amorevolmente, che la vorrebbe dapprima strappare alla miseria spirituale dell’anima. Questa è l’unica motivazione di questo scopo del tempo di sofferenza che giunge per tutti.

God's work of education.... spiritual inertia.... purpose of sufferings....

You, who still live on earth, are approaching a time which will be unspeakably painful for you and you will have to assert yourselves in the face of all the hardship you are destined to experience. What the creator of heaven and earth allows is only ever a means by which He wants to spare His living creations the spiritual suffering one day, which will have far more painful effects in the beyond and which the human being can avert if he humbly accepts the suffering on earth and emerges from it purified and matured in soul. Man in his short-sightedness, which is the result of faithlessness, cannot comprehend the work of education of the heavenly father. He grumbles and complains and is not infrequently inclined to deny an eternal deity altogether because the work of Him seems incomprehensible to him. And he does not recognize the love and patience of his creator Who has to choose this path because His loving admonitions and words from above are not listened to, and time has become ever more serious, the human being ever more sluggish in his spiritual work and only ever concerned with fulfilling earthly duties, regardless of how this fulfilment of duty affects the soul. Now the spiritual world must also be extremely active and must in turn give people on earth evidence of its activity in and around it. For man no longer finds the connection to his creator. A tremendous shaking of his principles of life must first force man to think again about his 'self ', his origin and his end. In a completely calm time there is only a greater danger of living in spiritual inertia, but where the human being is forced to carry burdens of whatever kind he ultimately asks himself what meaning underlies his whole life and which path he could take in order to be relieved of earthly worries and suffering. And then he will certainly timidly grasp the father’s hand which is lovingly offered to him and which first wants to snatch him from the spiritual hardship of the soul. This purpose is the only reason for all the coming time of suffering....
